The Best Way To Make 1 Million Per Year Profit

YouTube monologue by valued-canopus arguing that the easiest way to build a $1M-per-year profit business is an agency built around a 100% repeatable niche and standardized service. The speaker emphasizes choosing a narrow, repeatable B2B niche (example: commercial cleaning companies), systematizing delivery (training, sales, hiring, marketing), and reusing winning outreach, ad creatives, landing pages, and automations across cities. The video includes back-of-envelope math assuming a 50% margin, $6,000 revenue per client per month, and an illustration that ~30 clients (spread across cities) yields the target profit. The tone is practical, direct, and results-focused; it argues specialization yields predictability, higher margins, and easier scaling.

This is going to be what is the best and easiest way to make a $1 million profit per year agency. So I think an agency is the best and easiest way to make a million dollars profit of all the business types as well, because it's accessible to everyone. It's, you don't have to go to University for 10 years, you don't have to have family connections, you don't have to be in a certain place or having a certain level of capital to invest. So I think not just how to make a $1 million profit per your agency, but this is also the best way to make $1 million profit per year as a whole. So the reason that agencies kind of suck a lot of the time is because people build them very incorrectly. So I'm just going to get to the point and not have some big preamble because I've actually built over $1 million profit per year agency three times. And this is what I would do if I was going to do it again because I didn't follow a lot of the advice in this video and I did it the hard way in some ways. So the first thing we need is we need something a niche plus service that is 100% repeatable. And this could potentially be the moat God with the typos. This could potentially be the most important part of this entire thing because a lot of people think they have a niche but they actually don't because one a niche like E commerce or startups, like those are really niches. Every E commerce store and product is different. They all have their ins and outs that you have to know. And there's not one ad or one particular piece of content or one landing page or one thing that's going to work for every single E commerce store. Something like startups is also pretty bad because not only is every startup pretty different, they don't even have product market fit or probably have a sales team or anything like that. So we need to have a niche, preferably in B2B that is 100% repeatable. And what I mean by that is let's say, let's just do an example. So let's do a commercial cleaning company. So this is an example of a niche that is 100% repeatable. Because let's say you start in New York City, you have a commercial cleaning company as your client, you charge them X, Y and Z, you get them leads. You can do that through cold email and outreach because it's B2B and that's allowed. You can do it through ads you can do it through content and you can do it through partnerships. Now this is where it's different because a lot of people, like in the E commerce niche, if you crack the code for one client, it doesn't necessarily mean you crack the code for every client. But if we did this commercial cleaning company, we found a cold email script that works basically, you know, we could just sort by physical office plus location plus, I don't know, 10 plus employee count, and that will probably give us our potential clients. Right? We could do the same with the ads, you know, in the paid ad creatives and the paid, or let's go paid ads here, the paid ad creatives, the landing page and the lead magnets and the email flows, these are all going to be the same, right? If we find a successful paid ad creative and landing page and email flows that work in New York City, and if you find this successful cold email script or LinkedIn outreach script that works in each city, it's going to work in every city. So we do it in New York City, we find it. This stuff all works. Now we do it in Atlanta, for example, and then we do it in Nashville, and then we do it in Miami, and then we do it in Boston. Let's go. Similar to the, you know, content, basically, you know, they. We see those posts sometimes where, you know, doing film, self doing the work, no cleaning, then put on 10x or 100x speed, like those videos on YouTube where they basically are cutting grass or something. And then, you know, they just speed it up. And people, it's very satisfying to watch, apparently because they get tons of views, right? So must be satisfying. And then for partnerships, because these are all the main ways you can really get clients. So partnerships mostly going to be referral partners for this type, you know, who could be your referral partner? The basically H vac electricians, security guards, who else? Like whatever office building, commercial building hires a lot of people, right? Like those are this type of stuff you're going to need. So, like, this is what I mean by a niche that's 100% repeatable. Because if you find this potential cold email or outreach script that works, you find this paid ad campaign that works, you find this content strategy that works. And this partnership script and closing framework, or whatever you want to call it, that works, then you just copy and paste that and change the name of the city and then that's how you have a good business here. I'm gonna go over here. Like, this is the only way. Like, let's go the main Hurdle for scaling is you suck at delivering and you don't get results. It's much better to get if you want to scale, it's much better to get every client a 5 out of 10 results than 2 clients 10 out of 10 and the other 8 clients 0 out of 10. Like that is why McDonald's is so popular. It's 5 out of 10 food but it's going to be 5 out of 10 food, you know, every day of the week, any country, any time. So it's very good at not being bad. It's not necessarily the best but great at being not being bad. And this the like. The reason for that is because it is not possible to get results every time unless you are specialized like this. If you just you're doing paid ads or something for an e commerce store and you do one for supplements, one for fashion, one for home goods, one for a gadget, one for whatever you, you don't get enough reps. There's too much difference between those two. Where there's really no difference between commercial cleaning companies. If you just get the same size of the. This specialization is the only way in caps to get results every time. It's just not possible if you're not going to do it like this. So what we want to do here. So if we want to make a million dollars per year profit, let's bring this over here. What does that need to be? So let's just assume 50% margin and we'll go into that after 50% margin it's $83,000 and 30,83,333 to do 1 million in revenue. So we need double that month in basically mrr. Hopefully that makes sense. If it's not, use a calculator. So what does that mean? So 1-666-666 divided by 6K per month. Let's just say you charge 6,000 in revenue per month, which you could do if you're a full service Legion company and you get results like keyword get results. This is going to be, what was it? 27.7 clients per month. Let's just say 30 clients. To round it out you need to get 30 clients. So you'd have this in 30 big cities, 50% margin. So let's see what the offer would be. We need to realize that 50% margin here is attainable when it wouldn't be for most agencies because it is so systematic. High margins because of system. The value of doing it like this is all of your systems, all of your employee training, all of your sales team, all of your marketing and messaging, all of your acquisition. Let's bring these down here a bit. Let's try to make it all fit. So all of your systems, all of your employee training, all of your sales team, all of your acquisition, all of your marketing and messaging, all of your. We're just going to change this with hiring and all of everything is specifically tailored to this. So you, because you're going to have such good systems, because you're going to have such good employee training to do exactly this and nothing else, and because your sales team's only going to be selling this over and over and over, and because all of your marketing and messaging is going to be dialed to just this and all of your hiring is going to be for these roles, you're going to get more done with less people, more efficiently, higher quality, less churn, higher close rate, lower cost per lead and acquisition. So you have a very good chance of getting 50% margin or even more so for this, like maybe you spend because you're going to be having so many different clients and testing a thousand dollars per month on ad spend, let's just say a thousand dollars per month on labor because you're going to be able to use VAS and whatever and then $1,000 per month and we'll just call it misc. So of that 6,000, we're going to have 3,000 profit. And this MISC category might be even much. You probably could get 60% margin here. So that is basically $3,000 per month margin. 30 clients is 90k per month and that is more than 83,333. The another great piece of value here. And I'm going to try to do this here, so let's just try to make this look a bit neater quick. So a great piece of doing this is, you know, one improvement by one client, whether you find that by chance, whether you steal it from them, they're doing something brilliant is going to be improvement for every client. As opposed to you're just doing E commerce or you're just doing startups and there's nothing really crossover or applicable to any of them. So by doing it this way, where you have a niche that's 100% repeatable, that lets you get results because you know it works and lets you basically copy and paste that in different cities or different businesses, you're going to have high margins. You're going to have those high margins because everything's going to be 100% systemized from your employee training to sales to marketing plus messaging plus hiring plus you'd probably be able to afford automations. You know, that could save more time that you wouldn't be because you'd just be building them once for like an E commerce client and that wouldn't be worth it. You can build them once for yourself internally now and serve everyone. And then I'm also going to add another thing for like, you know, automations and AI prompts. So you could probably get this done even better with like 75% margins because for the ads, for the email flows, for the website copy, because you're doing the same thing. You could either just copy and paste it or have AI prompts for that. So this is realistically the best and easiest way to make $1 million per year profit in an agency. I would argue altogether because it's accessible for everyone. I hope this was a good explanation and I'll see you in the next video.
