Hey, there it is. Matthew Larson here, if you've ever watched one of my videos. So this one is gonna be a video where I build a lead magnet in real time. I think it could be an interesting video for a lot of people to see. And I'm gonna zoom in on the screen a little bit when I get into it. But there's a lot of stuff, you know, you need to make lead magnets. You know lead magnets are super important, or not even lead magnets, just anything like you need to do this, but, but that's fine. And theory is important, but how does this actually work in reality? So I might be doing a. Depends on how this one does and if I like it or not. I might be doing this type of video for many, many different types of things. So let's get into it. So let's try to zoom in a little bit here. Nope, not that much. We'll just have to deal with it here. So this is the 1000x leads funnel, which is the company I run. So lead magnets inside this funnel are right here in the blue. They're basically the middle of funnel. They're how you take your top of funnel traffic from paid ads, from content, from outreach, from partnerships, all of that kind of stuff and capture the lead. So if you've ever seen an ad for, get this free checklist or something like that and you put your email and your phone number and your name and stuff in that, that is a lead magnet. When they go to your lead magnet, they're added to your email flows and then you start marketing to them. And that's in simple terms, that's the gist of lead generation. So I'm going to do this in real time here. But before I get started, when I think about making lead magnets, I think about the VAR formula. Valuable, actionable, readable. So for valuable, even though the lead magnet is usually free, would you honestly pay $50 for it? And if the answer is no, then probably not good enough. Likewise for actionable. Is there a step by step plan they can take? We don't need to just overload them with theory. We're going to give them a theory for sure. But we also want them to take our advice, in my opinion, because if they take some of our advice and they get a couple of quick wins, for example, then they're much more likely to buy from us. And then the final one is readable. It doesn't matter how valuable and how actionable it is, if you know it's just a big lump of text that no one in their right mind is going to read. So the VAR formula is very important, and I think you'll see me reference these as I'm building this. This could be a long video just forewarning, but it'll be very important. Number two is, and this is not exclusive to lead magnets. It's anything in life. First impression, you have 60 seconds to make yourself look powerful. So the advice here, and what I'm gonna do, I'm probably not gonna do on the video is set a timer for 60 seconds and read as much as you can and see what you think. Because if you don't make a good first impression, there's always an element of, you know, why would I even read this type thing? Or why would I trust you, Matthew Larson type thing. The next one is put in 10 times the effort to get a thousand times the results. You can't half ass these. If these lead magnets aren't good and they don't follow the VAR formula, it's kind of like worse than having no lead magnet at all. And a very good quote I love from Michelangelo is if you knew how much work went into it, you wouldn't call it genius. Very, very good quote here. And then before I get started, I'm going to have a warning type thing and it's going to. This warning is going to affect how I do the entire lead magnet. So you kind of have to make these oversimplified because people, especially from ads, they barely care enough to even read it, which sounds weird because they downloaded it. But you have to, at least at the start of the lead magnet, make it very clear why they need to even read it. Make it super, super simple to consume, Zoom. And you'll see that as I get started. So the rest of this is going to be live. I have a little bit of notes on my phone here, just a few bullet points. But I chose this one before the video because we need to have some lead magnet idea, right? So I chose. I'm going to do a lead magnet on content marketing for B2B businesses is the lead magnet I chose to create. So let's get into it here and what I'm going to do first. The first step for me is always to essentially lay them out, lay out the parts of the lead magnet. So what I would do here is I'm going to copy this one. So this is going to be the introduction, like the first 60 seconds to make myself look perfect, powerful or seem powerful, whatever you want to do. The next one Here is going to be basically and there's lots of lead magnet frameworks and you can just do whatever you want. But basically what, where, why or what why and how is a good lead magnet formula anything you want to do. So I'm going to do something actually up here, kind of like a table of contents thing and just I'm going to think through it. So the first is going to be the introduction. The next one is going to be you know, why you need to do this. The third one is going to be what you need to do. And then the last one is how to do it. And this is going to be that actionable step by step plan. And then I might do something like finish it off with examples or something of this nature. So what I'm going to do here is I'm going to do, you know, why you need to post content. I'm going to copy this. Oops, I think I'm messing it up here. This should be right here. We can delete this. What to do. And you can, you don't need to do it that slow or that simply as in like what to do. You could kind of mix it up a little bit if you want the plan. This will be the how. And then I might do some examples for. So in this case for this actual video I might not, you know, go and search the Internet for some examples, but I'll still show you like everything I would do. So the first thing I would do for the introduction and let's try to color like basically what I'm doing is these, These part things like part one, part two, part three, part four. Like I wouldn't have these in the lead magnet per se. I might, but probably not. But I'm just gonna color them green to differentiate as I'm creating it, like which section I'm in type thing just for my own ease of use, I guess you could say. So let's get into it. 60 seconds to make ourselves feel powerful or seem powerful. So the first thing is I would do. And this is where the way I think about it, the oversimplification part really comes into play in the introduction. Because in some ways after the introduction, if they've read the whole introduction, they kind of are like in some ways, how would you say they're bought in at that point. But the introduction and what I'm going to do here is the only text on each slide is going to be the headline and then there's going to be a image for each. So if you own a B2B business, you need to read this document. Content marketing is one of the most powerful ways to grow a B2B business. But most people sell simply do not do it. Content is so powerful because it literally shows up in every step of the funnel. So basically what I'm doing here is telling a story with the headlines if that makes sense. And normally you know, you'd have your bullet points or some kind of text explanation, but especially in the introduction part, I think this is a very, very strong way to do it just because it's so readable. So let's go back to where we were. It shows up in the top of funnel to get attention. It shows up in the middle of funnel to nurture leads. It shows up at the bottom of the funnel. To close to convert leads into clients and it even helps reduce churn. Your current clients will see your content and, And they will become more bought in over time. They won't be as resistant. They will follow your advice more readily. Easily. I'll just put, they'll follow your advice and they will be less likely to give you attitude. And this kind of, now that I'm seeing it would probably be more after the first few slides like this might be better suited for the why you need to post content. But I think it actually looks good here because when you are actually presenting it and you're doing it this way with just the headlines, you're like reading this pretty darn quickly. It's not like each of these are gonna take, you know, it's not like you have a bunch of bullet points that you have to go through. So let's keep going. So let's go here. So now I'm gonna try to make myself look powerful. My name is Matthew Larson and I am the founder of 1000X Leads. 1000X Leads is a lead generation program with over 175 B2B businesses. Let's keep going here. Doing a combined doing over 265 million per year in combined revenue. There are businesses, these businesses average between. 500k and 5 million per year each. And there are some that are multi eight figure businesses and beyond. So what I am about to show you. Has worked for me, my clients inside a thousand x leads and will work for you too even if you have no prior experience. And limited time and resources. So let's try this. So what we'd want to do here is I think this does a decent job but let me put on a timer and I'm going to put on the timer on my phone just for I'M going to put on the timer on my phone here. I'm looking down but so let's read it out loud to see if this is the 62nd test. So I'm starting the timer right now. If you own a B2B business, you need to read this document. Content marketing is one of the most powerful ways to grow a B2B business. But most people simply do not do it. Content is so powerful because it literally shows up in every step of the funnel. It shows up in the top of the funnel to get attention. It shows up in the middle of funnel to nurture leads. It shows up at the bottom of the funnel to convert leads into clients and it even helps reduce churn. Your current clients will see your content and they will become more bought in over time. They won't be as resistant. They will follow your advice and they will be less likely to give you attitude. Your current clients will see your content. That's a duplicate slide. My name is Matthew Larson and I'm the founder of 1000X Leads. 1000X Leads is a lead generation program with over 175 B2B businesses doing over 265 million per year in combined revenue. These businesses average between 500K and 5 million per year each. And there are some that are multi eight figures in revenue. So that was 60 seconds right there. So let's. This is 60 seconds at this slide. So let's. And there we. There was like a little blip there but there we go. So this was 60 seconds right here and we have a bunch of slides left but in some cases what should we do? And there are some that are multi eight figure businesses. So let's just try for the sake of this. What I'm about to show you has worked for me, my clients inside a thousand x leads and will work for you too even if you have. So. What should we do? Kind of convince. Condense some of these slides a little bit and we're going to like. This is a unscripted. I have no idea how long this video is going to take but. So let's try it again. I'm going to put my timer on again and just see kind of how it works here. So timer set. If you own a B2B business you need to read this document. Content marketing is one of the most powerful ways to grow a B2B business. But most people simply do not do it. Content is so powerful because it literally shows up in every step of the funnel. It shows up in the top of funnel to get Attention. It shows up in the middle of funnel to nurture leads. It shows up in the bottom of funnel to convert leads into clients and it even helps reduce churn. Your current clients will see your content and they'll become more bought in over time. They won't be as resistant, they'll follow your advice and they will be less likely to give you attitude. My name is Matthew Larson and I'm the founder of 1000X Leads. 1000X Leads is a lead generation program with over 175 B2B businesses doing over 265 million per year in combined revenue. These businesses average between 500K and 5 million per year each. And there are some that are even multi eight figure businesses. What I'm about to show you has worked for me, my clients inside a thousand x leads and will work for you too even if you have no prior experience and limited. So that's 60 seconds there. So I think we've accomplished it. I read that a bit fast but keep in mind like 60 seconds is you know, a guideline that probably took 63 seconds. I'm not really going to change it. So the next thing I want to do here is put, and I'm just going to do these sections one at a time is put some images in there, I guess you could say. So let's go business. And you might want to essentially get some like this is if you can make your own images like that would be better as this is going to be from Google in the sense where it might not be royalty free but whatever, it's just a, it's just what you would do. Like you, this is the process that you would do. You go into Google, you get a image for each to follow our one headline and one image per slide rule. And this is quite literally and not joking, this is what you would do. You'll notice that in the other like you got to think of it kind of from the point of view of a person opening it right. So when you're opening it for the first time like this would be the slide that you're seeing and if you just have a bunch of text, if you don't have this 62nd period to make yourself look powerful, a lot of people won't even read it and a lot of people, you know, why would they listen to you type thing. So I would always just leave it at the headline image and tell the story that way in the first intro part. And then once you get into the weeds, the weeds type thing then you can really get into it. So there are certain slides here where I have pre made graphics that I'm going to copy and paste. And it is better, no denying that if you have the. If you can make your own graphics for all of these. Just checking the videos going, so this is a graphic here. So content, content, content. So what I'm going to do is copy and paste that here, put it in here. And what I might do here is go like this, content, content, content. And then content. I'm going to copy and paste it here just so these images are all different type thing. Instead of just having the same one over and over. Then I could very easily do that shows up at the top of the funnel. And now I can kind of just circle that one. And you'll notice that it doesn't matter what size or width and height and position that you put your stuff. But it's a lot easier if they're just all the same position. Kind of obvious. But important notes, important notes. Because I really want all of you to make some great lead magnets. And part of making a great lead magnet in addition to the content being great is quite simply having a level of professionalism. Makes sense, Makes sense. And now we'll go the bottom of the funnel here. So the point is, if you go back to when I was saying before, let's try to get these on one line here, what I was saying before, about 10 times the effort for a hundred or a thousand times the result. This is kind of an example of that as opposed to just, okay, you know, put it in ChatGPT and just do it that way. We really want to actually do a good job here. Who would have thought doing a good job is going to get you better results? So your current clients will see your content. Oops. See contents of jar. That's a interesting one. We'll go see. And sometimes you gotta just keep using different words in Google or wherever you're getting your images from to until you find something that's reasonable. Right. So. Sorry for the kind of sick right now. And I might put a little bit more effort into all of this stuff if it wasn't a live video. Well, not live video, but you know, unscripted video. But this is what you'd be doing. You'd be matching the images to what you're doing here. Follow advice. I'd be less likely to give you attitude. Funny. So you could get pretty quick with this once you get the hang of it. So my name is Matthew Larson. I'm gonna find a picture of me, hopefully. Where is A picture of me. I have one on another slide. So I'm going to go and copy and paste it from there. Copy and paste this one. Just for the sake of time. I'm going to basically like copy and paste these ones from a different one. Because once you do it the first time, and I've done many lead magnets in my life, you can really kind of get pretty quick with it. So we'll go over here, we'll do 11 times 6 again. Oops. Kind of. We'll just more or less do it like. Like this or something. What did I have over here? 175 clients. That can also save us a little time in the 60 seconds to look powerful thing. Doing over 265 million per year. And we're going to close that old lead magnet I made because we just want to be fair here, right? Revenue Canada classic. I'm from Canada Revenue. We'll go with this one here. Oops. I kind of like Google Docs for this, but you can use whatever you want. 5 million per year. Let's go millions. I'll probably get some. One of the problems with this is like oftentimes there's always some book or some movie title or something that kind of takes the top search results. But we'll make do. And you might want to get some royal. If like you're going to distribute this en masse, you might want to kind of get royalty free stuff if that makes sense. See like a lot of the times there's just movie titles and stuff. But don't worry, like this should take you a long time. This should take you a very long time. The more time that you put in, the better. It's going to be amazing how that works. So you. And then what I'm going to do after this is done, we're going to go and set a timer and read it again. No experience. When you're doing this. You kind of want to look for images that have a. How would you say like a bigger, bigger size so they don't look so blurry when you copy and paste them. But whatever. So these are the first. This is the 62nd part to make you look powerful. So this would be when I deleted it. But you remember the 62nd powerful and the 1 headline and idea, one idea and graphic per headline type thing. So let's go back and let's get my phone out a bit. Let's go back to the very start. I'm doing my phone right here. So one minute starts now. If you own a B2B business. You need to read this document. Content marketing is one of the most powerful ways to grow a B2B business. But most people simply do not do it. Content is so powerful because it literally shows up in every step of the funnel. It shows up in the top of funnel to get attention. It shows up in the middle of funnel to nurture leads. It shows up at the bottom of the funnel to create convert leads into clients and it even helps reduce churn. Your current clients will see your content and they become more bought in over time. They won't be as resistant, they will follow your advice and they'll be less likely to give you attitude. My name is Matthew Larson and I'm the founder of 1000X Leads. 1000X Leads is a lead generation program with 175 plus clients doing over 265 million per year in combined revenue. These businesses average between 500k and 5mil per year each. And there are some that are even multi eight figure businesses. What I'm about to show you has worked for me, my clients inside a thousand x leads and it will work for you too if even if you have no prior. And that's 60 seconds right there. So what we do next is we lay out the different steps or the different parts of the lead magnet. So I always like to do this and it's kind of like chapters in a book. It just signifies that they are different, right. And it's just very good way to present it to the actual person who's consuming it. But it's also good for, you know, you thinking type thing. It's very easy way to organize your thoughts just as the same way in a book wouldn't have a ton of different ideas in a single chapter. This won't. This shouldn't have a bunch of different ideas in one part. So the next part I'm going to do is kind of going to be pretty simple. I'm going to keep this like that and I'm going to basically lay out the steps one at a time. So step num, sign up for all profiles and this will be creating a strategy. Step two is create your subcategories and we're going to go through each and every one of these steps. What I normally would do is lay out all of these steps and all these headlines and then go back and put the text in and then go back after and put the image in if necessary. Step number three is going to be Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. Step four is going to be short form video. Step number five is going to be long form YouTube. Step number six is going to be newsletter and then here are going to be the rules to follow in each step. So what I would do is these are kind of the steps that have to do with creating a strategy. We gotta of course sign up for the profiles. Like I'm gonna fill this in but LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, that kind of stuff. Create the subcategories is going to be an important one. What we're going to do for Twitter and LinkedIn and Instagram, what we're going to do for short form video, what we're going to do for long form YouTube, what we're going to do for newsletter and what we're going to do for our rules. And I'm going to add one here and I'm going to do this step 2A and step 2B. So I'm going to do brainstorm 50 FAQs for each subcategory which we'll learn after. I'm going to put step 2C here and I'm going to do narrow it down to 20 good FAQs for each. So I'm just going to put that in there. Next is going to be creating the content so the content creation system and I'm gonna, that's gonna be like a summary. So step number one, make for Twitter then and then step one we'll go step one A, we'll go step one B cross post to LinkedIn, Instagram plus Facebook. Keep that all in two lines there. Step two, make short form videos of best performing tweets. Let's try to keep that on one line again or two lines again. Step three, make long form video tutorials of important topics. Step number three, make newsletters that some that expand on best performing tweets. Let's try to keep these all a bit smaller like that. So this would be the content strategy that I would be proposing in this lead magnet. And this strategy balances efficiency with effectiveness and that's why it is so good in my opinion. So let's go into our content schedule which will be scheduling posts. I might change that to content schedule. So what I would do here is we want to be everywhere at all times. So step 1A, five single tweets per day. Step 1B, five threads per week or five will go long form per week. Step 1C here would be five frameworks per week and I'm gonna add the word visual here to like kind of clarify that. Step one C or D rather one promotional tweet or I'll go post per day. Step two and step one should be the written content. So I might do signify that. Step one written content. I might kind of signify that there. And then we'll go step two short form video. We'll go step three long form YouTube and then step four newsletter. So for short form video, step two, one short form video per day, one long form. Well, I'll go just because. Just because this is kind of like for the average person, not for a true someone who's really good. I would say one long form video per day, but it's not gonna be realistic for most people. Three newsletters per week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday. We'll kind of shorten this a bit just so we can keep it tight. So now this is going to be basically the content schedule. So what we have to do is step 4 or step 5, rather sign up for hypefury. We'll go step 5A. Step 5B create recurrent post categories. Step 5C is going to be create recurrent post scheduling calendar. For lack of a better word, step 6C. That should be good for now. That should be good for now because we don't need the lead magnet to be an insane size either. And when we go back and write all this stuff, we're naturally gonna have to add some more slides type thing just because there's gonna be stuff that we don't know or we haven't thought of yet. And then I always try to add it some examples to the end. I might not do this super in depth, this video just for kind of the sake of time. Trying to actually go and find these things might be pretty time intensive. But let's go back. So we've kind of. We've made sure we're powerful in the first 60 seconds. We kind of scripted that. Now we have to fill in the. And then. Sorry, we've picked our different parts. We've laid out the headlines or the topics for each part. The step by step. And now we have to fill it in with text. And then we. If useful, we should also add some. What would you say? Images or supporting graphics or visuals, however you'd like to describe it to the end if. But only if necessary really. So what we want to do here is we want to balance the readability factor with actually doing a good job. Because remember the time, especially if they're coming from ads, like we said earlier in the video, they're not super invested in us. And this 60 seconds might get them super invested in us. But we still have to balance this type of thing. So let's go here for a sec. Where does this end? So we want to kind of line it up as best we can. So the first thing we will need to do is to sign up for all of the profiles and platforms we will be using to make content. And I don't really like, oops, not that one. I need to space it out a little bit more. That's a bit much. But that's just Google Docs for Google Slides for you. So one will be Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube. We need to have a profile for each filled out with a bio, profile, picture, etc. Makes sense. Easy enough. So the best way to create a B2B content strategy is to essentially brains, essentially break down your service into different steps, parts or subcategories and then answer FAQs based on each of these. For example, a YouTube agency might have the following subcategories. Thumbnails, ideas, scripts, titles, editing, camera plus lighting, microphone plus audio. What would some other ones be? What would some other ones be? Speaking on video, something of this nature. And what would one more be? We could do analytics or something of that nature. And then descriptions plus tags plus keywords. So if you are wanting to be successful on YouTube, like these are some of the parts of it, you know, YouTube as a whole broken down into 10 parts. Like these are what these parts would be. So it's very, you know, this is a good way to explain it. I think once we have the subcategories we will want to brainstorm 50 FAQs for each. The easiest way to do so is to go to ChatGPT4 and ask the following question. What, what are 50 high level FAQs for the topic of, you know, subcategory as it relates to being successful on YouTube? Make sure these are high level FAQs. Nothing for beginners, Nothing that could be easily answered with a simple Google search. Do not give me an explanation, just basically just give me the FAQs. So this is actually a very good way to do so. So let's go into ChatGPT here. Let's just going on my other screen here for a sec. So, so what are some 50 of topic of thumbnails? And then it will give you the thumbnails or the questions like this. So what I would do here is I would kind of take a picture because this is one of those situations like I mentioned, you know, if necessary type thing, we would have a picture. So I would do this and I would insert it like that because might seem obvious but in this kind of situation like what do you mean? Type thing. So and then I might also even do it like this. Where gonna be hard to do all 50 of them in this manner. But let's see what it looks like. So yeah. What I might do here. So I could probably do it side by side. 25 in each will probably work. Yeah, that would work just fine. So we just need to kind of like you just show them what we're talking about. Right. So and this one is extra. The only problem here is like it kind of. There we go. We'll just do it bullet points to signify because it starts at 1 to 25 again. So like something of this nature. Like seriously it's not that hard. Very nice. So let's go back to it now. I might honestly add a video of me doing it too as just like a link. But I won't do that for this one here. Once you have gotten the 50 FAQs, you will notice that some of them are just not that good. They will either just be not good enough overlap too much with other subcategories or it will either just be too low level and basic overlap too much with other subcategories or you just won't want to use them. This is perfectly fine and normal. If you take the 50 and narrow it down to 20 good ones you will have 200 plus FAQs to work with. Assuming you have 10 subcategories. Very nice. So creating a strategy here. Part we will be posting on Twitter and cross posting or we will create everything for Twitter and then cross post it to LinkedIn and Instagram to save time and effort. We do not need to create unique content for each different types of people are typically drawn to these different platforms. So there will be very little overlap. In general it is important that we are everywhere and this allows us to do so very efficiently. Something of that. So what we're going to do here step three. But now we have to go to step three A, do we? No, we don't. We'll just explain that just like that. For now, Short form videos are one of the best ways to get views and top of funnel traffic. They are 60 seconds or less and they are posted on YouTube shorts, TikTok and Instagram Facebook Reels. If you post one short form video per day, you will grow very very large over the course of a year and it will be a source of top of funnel traffic that flows into your lead magnets. Long form videos, newsletters, email list and so on something of that nature right here we're kind of just explaining it. So I'm gonna go back here. Twitter + LinkedIn/ Instagram will be written content. These platforms are where you will post the post most frequently about or answering the FAQs in different ways. This does not have to be boring or super rigid. You can answer all of these FAQs in different ways like stories, how to examples, case studies, etc. The best way for us to come up with short form video ideas is to take a look at our best performing video written content on Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram and making videos based on the ones that get the most likes. If they get a lot of likes, that obviously signifies people are interested in that particular topic content. Lets go to the Next long form YouTube videos are by far the best way to convert people who already know about you leads into paying clients and customers. The best way to think about this is that the more time you spend with someone, the more you trust them. And someone watching your YouTube videos is kind of like them spending time with you. The more they watch the more they will trust you. Buy into what you are saying and the more likely they will be to buy. This is this we'll go with phenomenon is unique to long form YouTube. It is just not the same with written content and short form videos are too short. Hence the keyword for this to happen efficiently. That is why YouTube is so important. There we go on to the next one. Oops. Newsletters are kind of like the long form YouTube videos of the written world. The written world we'll just call it that. They are very intimate, personal and it is like a direct channel from from your brain to theirs. Newsletters and long form YouTube videos are the two the top the two best tools to convert leads into actual clients. We will get leads and top of funnel traffic with our Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram written posts as well as our short form videos and from other things like ads, outreach etc. And we will use our newsletter and YouTube videos to convert them. Very very good rules to follow with every piece of content there are three rules that we should follow. The first is is this valuable useful? How would you like. I think that's is this valuable slash useful. Even though it is free? Would I honestly pay money to view it? Very very good one. And it should be like if for your any posts like someone should pay $5 to read it. For every YouTube video would you pay $50 to read it? Is this actionable? Are there obvious steps plans they can take to Implement what you are teaching them into their own business. And then the final one, is this readable, consumable? Is there, is it written, recorded, presented in a way that is easy to consume? If not, it doesn't matter how valuable or actionable it is because no one is going to consume it. Something of this nature. I think those are three pretty good rules to keep in mind. So let's go to the last or the second last part. Creating the content so the content creation system, essentially our content all starts with Twitter number one. We will write and schedule it all for Twitter. We will cross post the exact same content From Twitter to LinkedIn and Instagram using hypeFury. We will sort our Twitter posts by the highest number of likes and then make short form videos based on those. We will take the best performing tweets, videos, etc. Plus our own, you know, our own brain power and come up with different videos, different ideas for long form YouTube videos. We will essentially make our newsletter a written version of our long form YouTube videos, something of that. So let's go to make for Twitter. Here is, here is our content schedule for Twitter. Here is how we will make content for Twitter. We will create categories. We will take the FAQs we thought of earlier and write five posts per day answering each FAQ. We will write five long form posts per week answering the most important FAQs more in or we'll just go in depth. We will create and post 5 frame 5 visual frameworks per week, making it easy for people to apply the most important concepts. We will post once per day promoting our services. You know, this could be client wins, testimonials, offers, etc. This will give us between five and seven tweets per day, sometimes a bit more. And that's going to do a lot of good for us in terms of content. We will, we will use a setting in hypefury to automatically cross post all of these to LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. And here is where you would have a photo of this. So let's go to over here, let's go to some of my content. And we basically put an arrow up to here and then an arrow, yes, yes, yes. And do it like that. And that will be a good enough photo to show them what we mean. I hope. There we are. So the next thing we do is, and this is going to be very photo based. We will sort our best performing tweets in hypefury to see which ideas and topics get the most interest. We will then turn these into short form videos. So again I would need to go back to Hype Fury and I'll go to analytics down here. I'll go to likes. So essentially we would go to analytics, point an arrow here, sort it through likes and then all of these are getting the most likes. So that's what we would use. What size was this? I kind of like to keep the sizes the same. We'll go 11 times 6, 4.5 times 4.75. It's not a big deal. But just the hints of professionalism will make your stuff a lot better. So long form YouTube videos, We will brainstorm the 15 to 30 most important topics for any for our service and then make full length YouTube videos explaining how to do them. So right here I'm probably going to go into my own content and take a picture of that. So something like, something like this, you know, lead generation strategy, content strategy, agency training, paid ads training. I think that should be good. So some of this will be very like photo based. That's not necessarily a bad thing. And then. We could either make the newsletters that expand on our best performing tweets or we could say that, you know, or we could do it that are written versions of our YouTube videos. And I kind of actually like this better. And this is where you go through your lead magnet over time and basically, you know, refine it over time type thing. We will, we will make newsletters that are a written summary expansion of our YouTube videos. Not everyone has the time or desire to watch long videos and some prefer to read. This is part of, part of our strategy of being everywhere. So I'm going to go into my own beehive here which is the one I use for my newsletter and I'm going to do that to take a picture. Two factor authentication. One moment. Here I am securing the code from my email. You are f kyy. So what I'm doing here is going to secure a picture of my stuff basically. So I have a lot of newsletters in here so you might be able to tell. But I'm gonna go to the marketing blog here. So I'm going to do something like this for my picture. And what were those dimensions? 11 times 6. There we go. Oops, we got a. Take it down a little bit because we have. There we go. So wrap up this section or this part. Once you get really good at this, it will be just a few hours of total work per week. Most people don't do content because they have no ideas and they earn the. They don't have any ideas. On what to post and they think it will take too long be a full time job. This is a very, very effective content strategy that can also be done very quickly. You don't lose any of the effectiveness, but you save hours and hours of time. Very nice. So let's get back to what we've done so far. And in reality, if you're watching at this part of the video, I'd probably make this a little bit longer if I wasn't on camera right now and kind of going with the flow. But it is what it is, right? So we want to be everywhere at all times. We, we have talked, we have said a few times so far that we want to be everywhere. This is very important. If we are everywhere, no matter what, people will see us. They may see us the first time on Twitter, think nothing of it, but then see us on YouTube again and then start seeing, seeing us on LinkedIn and Instagram and so on. And then they might sign up and start getting our newsletter. The more someone sees us, the better chance they will become a client. Our written content will follow a schedule. We will try to be posting at least seven times per day, seven times throughout the day, every single day. We will schedule these posts so that we don't have to manually remember or manually do it or remember. This becomes very, very efficient for us. So we want to do five single tweets and I'm going to do this, I'm going to create basically I'm going to do this specific thing with a. Essentially. Going to do this with pictures rather is what I'm trying to say here by value tweets. I don't know, like you can kind of just see it basically. Right. So we're going to put that in there. Five long forms per week. Probably should just actually do it as if I was going to do it here, but that's fine. Next I'm going to go promotional tweets here. 8:00am I'm gonna go 10:00am don't think it matters too much but should have made that a different color but it's fine. And then we'll add the visual frameworks here. Just like that. Oops, I put seven. But whatever. So what we do is one short form video per day. So I'm just going to put something. Maybe I'll go take my partners here. Maybe I'll go. Yeah, here it is. Gonna go something like this. Three long form, view two videos per week. I'm just gonna use my own again. Maybe I'll do this one. Very nice. Then I'M going to go sign up for Hype Fury. I want to go to the home page. Just to show them that if they go like that's the right one. And then I'm going to go how to create recurrent posts here, Go that 11 by 6 again here. And then that recurrent post scheduling is basically this thing again. So that is basically how we would do this. A written content. So let's go to. Let's gotta change this up a bit. Not change it up. But we. It's just not complete here. Can't just half ass it. We will want to film our short form video and then add captions to it and then edit out the ums, uh, and other pauses with cap cut. So let's do that cap cut. Remember we're trying to make a complete complete guide here. Right? You don't want to half ass anything. So we'll go 11. And then we got to do something else. We will then want to have captions in and place them right below our chin. Oops. We don't need to capitalize that. The Captions app is a great one to do this automatically and to fix up other imperfections. And then I'll get a photo of that. It's a great app if you need this. The best way to create YouTube videos is to go on Miro board, create some visuals and just talk over them. Another good way is to make a PowerPoint style presentation if you can. Either way, you shouldn't rely on editing or that kind of stuff until you know you can hold people's attention just by the value of of your content. Before that occurs and before you develop that skill, editing will just mask your deficiencies and make you think you are better than you actually are. Very important. I'm not going to add these examples in here just because I think you get the point. I would just go through Twitter, LinkedIn, short form videos, long form, put examples here. But I think this is exactly what we need and I'm going to end the video here. This is how you would make a lead magnet and I just did it in real time. So 60 seconds. To make yourself feel powerful, lay out the different parts, lay out the different text and headlines and then put photos where necessary. Hopefully this is a helpful video and I'll see you in the next one.
