Curiosity is to sort of draw people out. It's higher. There's more dynamics in the range. So, hey, how are you? It allows someone to know that, hey, I'm engaged, I'm listening. Certainty is very important to have as a through line throughout your entire sales process. A very assured version, and it is your normal voice projected from your chest. Number 3 is skepticism. When you say that, do you mean this? So it's like confused curiosity. It's a gentler way of challenging somebody. The next one is playfulness. Higher pitched, shorter periods. Like, oh, really? Okay, that makes sense. Really, really valuable to break tension and actually be able to have a really good genuine conversation. Number 5, empathy. Be quiet and listen to what they're saying and ask them questions about it and just be a softer tone. Okay, like when you say that, like, what do you, what do you mean? Number 6 is urgency. It's more something that you're looking to drive action. That's where you're going to put in and emphasize yourself more of the timeframe-based things. Why is that important to you now though? You know, do you want to do that later or would you rather do it now? The last one that we're going to go over is authority. Authority is meant to set boundaries. It doesn't have to be mean, nice. It doesn't have to be any of that. It's just, hey, today, this is what we're going to do.
