Holes Bottleneck. When you are growing your business, when you are an entrepreneur, you are always, always, always looking to identify where's the hole? Where's the bottleneck? When you close the hole and you eliminate the bottleneck, guess what? You're going to scale. It is inevitable. It is impossible for you to not scale when you close the holes and remove the bottleneck. In order to do that, you need systems, processes and a roadmap to get the data and the feedback.
