Melissa Dlugolecki's failed product launch led her to listen to customers asking for done-for-you services like landing pages and funnels. One of the businesses I run currently, built to 7 figures organically, came from a failed launch. Failed. But I know launches so well that I had had so many successful launches that I knew when that one didn't work, that it wasn't failure, it was feedback. And so it forced me to look at what am I hearing? What is the consumer saying? And the consumer was telling me they didn't wanna be coached, they wanted things done for them, specifically around their landing pages, their lead magnets, their funnels, their launch strategies, their social media content. So we delivered that and then that grows. So if the launch doesn't take off, you either haven't built enough authority, you haven't talked about it enough, or you're not solving a problem that people want solved. Like, it's really that simple.
