This is a YouTube video titled "I'm not saying influence or reach doesn’t matter….." containing a motivational talk by Spencer X from May 19, 2024. The content focuses on the importance of engaging listeners rather than just counting followers, sharing insights on building a successful business through meaningful audience relationships.
Instead of focusing on followers, you ready? Focus on listeners. Listeners matter. It doesn't matter how many people are following you or watching you or keeping eyes on you. It matters how many are listening that you're building relationship with, that you're sharing value with, and that when you say I am offering this or come with me on this journey, they are like yes, I am. And it's how I built a seven figure business with 4,000 followers. And I've had programs running for six years straight, 365 days a year without a massive following. So if you're looking at or worried about follower count, don't worry about follower count. Focus on and look at how many people are listening to me.
