This is a YouTube video titled "Messaging Matters! 📧📱 #shorts" containing a monologue from August 2, 2023, discussing the importance of simplifying business messaging to help entrepreneurs take effective action. The speaker shares insights about launching a virtual assistant agency and the need to make messaging clear and straightforward.
I just launched a virtual assistant agency, right, where it pairs virtual assistants and systems and operations with entrepreneurs. When I was first doing this, I was talking about scaling and I was talking about connecting with like minded entrepreneurs and all of these things, and it wasn't landing. What I found was that I had to simplify and water it down so much to literally just say things like do less, grow more. Like stop wasting time. Is your business running you or you running your business? Like that simple. And so often we complicate our messaging or it's convoluted and that makes it really hard for people to take action.
