This is a YouTube video titled "Running a coaching or consulting business" containing a monologue or talk from October 5, 2023, discussing the transition online coaches make from being paid directly for coaching services to running a scalable coaching or consulting business with systems, teams, and strategy. The content is authoritative and educational in nature, aimed at coaches and consultants.
Okay, here's one of the biggest transitions that online coaches don't necessarily see is the one they get to make in order to bring in that scalability, the financial freedom and the flow. And that is transitioning from being paid for your coaching services, like being paid to coach or consult, and actually running a coaching or consulting business. Now, one, you are just literally collecting money. It's a point of sale, it's an exchange. The other one, you have cycles, product tiers, strategy, eventually staff teams, so you can scale systems, processes, and you're running the business rather than working just in the business. So a big difference between working in the business, like kind of running around, just getting it done hour to hour, and on the business. Bigger picture, vision, what are we creating.
