This is a YouTube video titled "Why a 100% closing rate is not serving your business" containing a monologue by Melissa Dlugolecki recorded in September 2023. In this authoritative content, Melissa discusses the mindset around client rejection and the importance of not taking 'no' personally when offering high-ticket services.
I am not impressed when someone says to have a client. I have 100% close rate. And I'm like, you're playing really fucking small, then. Yeah, you're playing really fucking small. So what I want to point out here, we take it so personally when we hear no, like, oh, my God, they don't like me. I can't do this right. What's wrong with me? I'm not good. I'm not Tony Robbins. But the truth is, is that if you're going to have a high ticket offer out there and you're gonna put something out there, you're gonna hear no more than you're gon. Yes. So we got to get real fucking comfortable with not taking things personally and navigating that.
