A coach reflects on six years running a coaching program and shares what happens when you work with clients who aren't the right fit. The lesson: qualification matters more than filling seats.
Sometimes the way that you're going to learn it is from working with the wrong people. Right? And that's okay. That's going to happen. And we can talk about all of that. Like what do I do if I'm working with someone and I'm realizing it's not the right fit? I have refunded clients before who I felt like weren't the right fit. And I have also continued and seen through a commitment before with clients who I learned from that weren't the right fit. And I've been running a coaching program. Honestly, I don't know. I mean, I'm sure there are other people, but I have had a coaching program running 365 days a year for coming up on Six Years Now Straight. And I will tell you. Thank you. And I will tell you that the qualification process only becomes easier with time because you get really clear in who you're gonna and who you serve and who you don't. So just know that's gonna be part of it.
