This is a YouTube video titled "You DON'T need more followers" containing a monologue by Melissa Dlugolecki recorded in August 2024. In this authoritative content, Melissa shares business advice emphasizing that growing followers is less important than fixing leaks in your business to build sustainable success.
Everyone thinks you need more followers. I'm telling you, after building a seven figure business with 4,000 followers, you don't need more followers. That's not what to focus on. Instead look at where the holes in your business. Where are you leaking out? Look, I teach us all the time, imagine this is your business, you've got all these holes in it and you can keep pouring in more and more and more all you want, but if it's leaking out, it's not going to matter. Actually, you're going to exhaust yourself.
