Ideally you are in a relationship, a friendship, a business partnership where you can have that caliber of conversation. And now the thing that triggers you teaches you because you can work through it with that person and now you can actually heal it, but you almost kind of can't do it on your own. So it's like, I think it's really important whether it's a romantic relationship, whether it's a friendship, a business partnership, family, wherever it is, when you have these triggers that come from someone else. Now remember, we're all just mirrors for one another. Like we are all just mirrors. Mirrors. So when you have a mirror in front of you that's holding up something that, like, you get to work on or heal, you need to be able to work on it together, and then you can go further.
