It's workshop day! So step number 8: Be there, be confident of everything that you've done to design and deliver workshops that work. And try to remain positive and flexible because your energy will spill over to the group. Be authentic. Everyone else is taken anyway and you want your participants to be authentic. The best way to start a workshop though is to really be mentally ready and present and to already set your mind into listening mode. So make sure that you prepare the room ahead of the workshop because some participants might arrive early and you want to welcome them with a handshake, with a smile, and with the headspace to engage in a little small talk beforehand. So step number 8, deliver the workshop and be yourself to make your workshops work.
