The video captures a debrief after a co‑creation workshop led by Lisette van de Sandt. Participants share their key take‑aways, nominating each other for future collaborations. The main insights revolve around the importance of a positive mindset to enter an experimental mode, the power of co‑creation for building trust and learning, the effectiveness of short (5‑minute) micro‑interventions that create emotional impact, the low‑risk, high‑impact design that encourages participation, the possibility of extracting value even when joining a session late, and the role of play in making time feel compressed and boosting engagement. The discussion is informal, celebratory, and forward‑looking, with participants nominating one another to apply the ideas in upcoming workshops.

So imagine someone didn't have time to join this workshop with Lisette and doesn't have time to listen to the entire recording. What would you like them to take away? Manal, maybe you want to start since you have to leave, and then you nominate someone else.
So much to take away, but one thing that sort of gave me more conviction is having a positive mindset in order to get into experimental mode. So positivity in light of— you have to be positive in order to be experimental.
And who do you nominate?
And I nominate Myriam.
My biggest takeaway is I have several. One is that co-creation in such a creative way is inspiring and we can learn so much from each other and it's just, it's trust-creating to co-create. And yeah, the notion of experiments to create micro-interventions, to create experiences and feelings, change emotions in participants. That's something that I definitely want to use more in my workshops, and I, if I may, would love to use Susanne Dorf's and Jona's creation in one of the upcoming workshops. I think that's amazing. Thank you. And I nominate Jona.
Thanks, Myriam. Something I really loved about this session is just how It was so open for brainstorming. I really like how Lizette designed it. She had these different spaces where we could go in this virtual, in this like virtual Mural board. And then you just led us through this whole process of co-creating something. And I really like how let's just focus on 5 minutes as like a parameter. So it truly is something that is very micro, but it can be so impactful. And because it's only 5 minutes, people are more— are going to be more willing to invest that time because it's so low risk. What can change in 5 minutes? And yeah, maybe the expectations are really low. So whatever happens, they're just blown away. I was blown away. Today was so fun. I nominate Dov.
My takeaway is simple. You can get value out of a workshop even if you join in the last 15 minutes. And I nominate— which one of you, Lisette?
Do you want to nominate Suzanne?
No, Lisette, no?
Oh, I just love seeing you co-creating and just to see how through just designing it and then testing it and then giving feedback, how we got from nothing a fantastic experiment in just 15 minutes or 20 minutes. That's just fantastic. And then I nominate Suzanne.
Yeah, thanks. For me, it was really great because the time just flew by. I think I seldom have experienced 1.5 hours to just be kind of like— it felt like 15 minutes. It was really kind of wow. And I think that's the beauty of play and of experimenting, right? That it's just you're so in the moment and present, and so that was really very cool. And I liked how we were able to brainstorm and to share and also to be in different groups. I think that was really well done. Thanks, Lisette.
Pleasure, and thank you for being here and being so open to experimenting. Really loved it.
