done before facilitation festival is taking shape and attracts more and more people, I thought that it was maybe time to give you a little bit of background information. Why are we actually doing that? So it basically started as many of great things with a crazy idea. About last year, I came back from other conferences and felt like I didn't learn anything new. My constant thought was, been there, done that. When do I actually get to see new things, daring things, experiments where I get triggered, where my inspiration starts flowing because I experience something that might not always work, but it gives me ideas on how to try out things differently and just bring a new twist to my own workshops or help my coaching clients. So it started with a crazy idea. I thought, what if I invite my podcast guests, and they're approaching 100 now, to create something that has never been done before? To come together to collaborate instead of to compete. What if we could design together an haute couture fashion show of facilitation? An haute couture fashion show is this huge event where you see dresses, extravagant dresses that you would not wear in the street. Maybe you don't even see them in the shop, and still these dresses from the haute couture fashion shows, they inspire the next trends in fashion.
