Step number 11 can also be a step number 10a, actually, because I love to reach out again to the participants with just a quick survey. I send them a link to ask them how much do they agree actually to the outcome. Is there anything that they would have liked to discuss but that was ignored during the workshop time? How do they understand their role and their tasks? And what could come into their way that could hold them back? Maybe there is something that you or the team can do to help them to really progress on the commitments that they took. So step number 11, follow up with a short survey to make your workshops work.
