21-year-old Nathan Miller made $1.4 million in four months dropshipping a single product. He uses Kayla Data to find products, strips TikTok videos of branding to run as Facebook ads, and tests with a $50-$100 daily budget across broad audiences. His example: an inflatable baby seat priced for high margins and low shipping costs.

$1.4 million in sales. 1.4. 1.4 in four months. And I'm 21 years old, didn't go to college and quit my job, like, 10 months ago. I quit my job right when I had my first winning product. Made 10k that month, quit the next five months, kind of messed around, didn't really do much, was very unproductive. But then I locked in because my rent was due. I had credit card payments I had to pay. I had like, 30 bucks in my bank account and I needed to lock in. And I locked in, learned Facebook ads, found this winning product that I have today that I've scaled to 1.4 million in four months. Four months. So that's like, what, 5 million a year? But today, guys, I'm going to be telling you the whole. The whole strat. I say that anybody can do this. All right? Anybody can do this. I'm a normal guy. Do I think I'm a little smart, maybe, But I think anyone can do this. I helped two of my friends who I went to high school with, don't have any experience with this stuff. They already have done $1,000 in sales together, and they haven't even been doing this a month. So, you know, they've had a couple profitable days, and they've already found a product that's getting sales with this strategy. So vacations to go on and on and on and on and on. Then use this strategy. Let's get into it. This, you know, is another proof that I'm not a scammer. You can also check my Twitter. I, you know, post screenshots and stuff on there. But, you know, getting this 10k milestone pretty soon, hopefully. So that's pretty sick. But let me talk about the strategy. So this is the strategy. Kayla Data. Kayla Data is insane. I've tested probably five to 10 products on Facebook with Kayla Data, and every single one has gotten a sale. That's because the quality of content, I mean, obviously part of it is because I have a good eye for products now because I've been doing this for two years. But the quality of products, like on Kayla Data, you can find some really solid products. Like, for example, this baby chair, this little inflatable baby seat, which I'll talk about. I actually tested this product, and I think it was profitable. A few days I ended up stopping because my main brand started picking up so fast that it didn't make sense for me to focus on this when I could just focus on scaling that, which obviously was the right move because we've done 1.4 mil in four months. So, like, this last month, we're on track for, I think, 800 to a million in revenue. So that's insane. 800,000, by the way. But Kayla did is insane. Like, you can just go to the products, you know, run through the products. They have the winning videos here already. Like, these are ads. These are basically ads for TikTok shop, and so you can go through these, use them for Facebook testing. And I've actually scaled with these ads before. So, like, I definitely recommend, you know, trying these out and just using them. I don't think long term, it's the play that, you know, just keep reusing. Kayla data ads, you need to have your own custom content, or else people can just run the same ads as you. So you need to have your own thing going. But for. For testing, it's fine for testing. It's exactly what I did. I took, like, the top five, cut out any part that had TikTok shop or anything like that in it that made it seem like it wasn't coming from my brand or my store and threw it up. So, you know, in terms of, you know, finding a good product for Facebook, though, It's different than TikTok. I used to do TikTok dropshipping, and I sold this little keychain that, like, has a bunch of photos in it. You know, sold it for Valentine's Day. That did really well. But that's kind of a gimmicky product in a way. It's a very flashy product. Those things don't sell as well, in my opinion on Facebook. What sells really well are evergreen products or, you know, supplements or things that solve real issues. This is definitely an example of that, because, you know how people are with their babies. They love their kids, obviously, for a good reason, and so they're gonna spend money on their kids. Like, they're very incentivized. If you're a parent and you just had a baby, which is just for, like, I don't know, like. Like there's an age range on that. I'm not. I don't know what. I'm not an expert in it, but they're very incentivized to buy for their kids and to spend money on their kids. So this is already just a good niche to be in, in my opinion. It's not a saturated niche. You know, not a lot of people talk about it, but I think it's a great niche. I don't sell on it right now, but like I said, I test this product and it did all right. So, but like, it solves a real issue. Like it's a, it's a small inflatable, you know, thing so it could fold up, you can take it on the go, you can travel, you can bring on the airplane and then it, you know, it's a comfortable seat for your kid, which is like very hard to find. Like these stools and stuff that you have at like restaurants or whatnot. Just maybe not the best. And also like you take them to the beach. Don't want your kid just laying on the ground. You know, you don't want to have to just, you know, sit on your lap the whole time you want to go do stuff. So you buy one of these. So it's a really good, really good product and it did sell for me a little bit. It's also another reason why I liked it. This is a little bonus is because it's a lighter weight product which is going to be a lot cheaper on the shipping side since we're doing the drop shipping model. And just knowing that just from my experience, like lighter items, you're going to be able to get a better markup on it. So, you know, seeing it sell for 24 on here and I think on Amazon sells for around the same price, I knew I'd come in and sell it for 30 to $40. You get a really nice markup and a really nice, you know, range of CPA that would be kind of easier to get. That's kind of an advanced thing to talk about. So I'm not going to talk about it, but let me show you guys the site. So this is the site, right? Ziptara. If you're choosing a name for testing or if you're testing products and you need a brand name, pick something that's like broad, that doesn't mean anything, so you can keep reusing it. You don't have to keep spending $15 on, you know, these new domain names and stuff like that, or these cheesy names like Zip Tara is perfect. I've used it for so many different products, I don't use it anymore. So that's why I'm showing you guys it. I can't seal it because I have the dot com so giving you guys the wrong idea. But it doesn't mean anything. Ziptar doesn't mean anything. But it sounds like a brand so that's kind of what you want to do. You can see it's a solid landing page. It's nothing really special. Scroll through it real Quick, what's going to do? Most of the selling is the ads but as you can see I got three high quality product photos right now just for testing, only doing one variant. There's multiple variants of this product but just focusing on the one for testing, you know, got a little catchy name. I got this bundle discounted this to increase AOV when I was like kind of playing around with the offers. This is not optimized really at all. Like I said, I ran this for a couple days and then it was like now I don't want to focus on this anymore. You know, drop down descriptions don't have your descriptions like all throughout the store. You want to drop down, you want it to look clean. Same with the shipping processing returns. I like to use GIFs or videos, make sure they're high quality though and they show off the product pretty well. Just because people are coming from these social media platforms so they're already scrolling so you want to make sure you capture their attention which is easy to do with a high quality GIF or video. And this is just kind of simple copy. Like you don't want to over complicate it. You want to have all this fancy words or something. You want to have like I think third grade English. You want it to make it super simple because these people are not in their articulate, you know mode. They're in brain rot scroll zombie mode. So you want to make it very easy for them to understand why this product is good for them and why they should buy it. And then you got these testimonials and I love these dude. Cuz like look how cute the freaking kids look man. Like that is so cute. So that was kind of like my favorite part of this but and then you got a little guarantee, simple FAQ and then you know, a couple of imported reviews from AliExpress. So really simple guys, this is what a basic testing store should look like. You don't really need to. This is like on sense theme. You don't need to buy a theme. You don't need shrine theme to test a product. I don't recommend shrine theme. Even now when I'm scaling my product I have this product that's doing you know, almost a million a month. I'm not using shrine theme. I'm using you know, a custom figma like landing page. Like don't worry about buying themes and stuff like that. You want to stand out from your competition, not be the same. So you know, this is what it looks like. So hopefully that gives you guys some insight. But you know, the first day got, I think one sale. I think I spent 50 bucks. So, you know, didn't lose or didn't make money. But that's still a good day for Facebook because Facebook takes. It takes time to optimize. Unless you find like a banger, which my one product was a banger Fiber OS day one. Like I got kind of lucky. I'll be honest with that. But this product, like it. You definitely like someone that could watch this video right now, take everything I did, go to Kayla did it. Use those creatives. I guarantee you, if you find the right ad, the right angle and the right pricing, you're gonna print with this product. Because this product, it's a good product, man. Like, I would run it. This is probably something I would run if I was looking to do a second store. But I'm not. So I'm just giving it away to you guys for free, you know. Day two. Was it day two? I think. Am I even. No, I think I kept it at 50. And you could. Guys can see we did over a two row ads. So that's a profitable day already. And literally this is just with the Kayla data ads that I downloaded. This is literally just going down here, pressing on this and downloading it and then just slapping on Facebook. Basically that's all I did. I didn't even really put. Usually when I test, I don't really alter the video at all. Just take, you know, any references to TikTok shop out of there. But that's all I do. That's literally all I do. And that's pretty much the strategy. Obviously, you know, with the brand I'm running right now, it's a much different, much more complicated. Like there's so many different things going into it just because of the scale we're at. But for getting started, this is basically all you need to know. This is basically what you need to do. Obviously you're gonna have to still figure a lot of different things out, learn a lot of different things, and there's a lot of different tips and tricks I can share and maybe I will in the future. But this is the strategy I use to find my winning product, to test my winning product. And as you can see for this product, I just found it on there and I got some sales already with it. If you get sales like day one on Facebook, it's a very good sign. I don't care if your CPA is 100, I don't care or your CPMs 100, I don't care if you're not making money at, like, you can make that into a winning product if you just find the right. You know, it only takes one offer, one creative, and then one landing page all to line for you to, like, scale, like to a million dollars a month. I wouldn't say a million. Maybe like 500k, but, like, it just takes one. So just keep plugging away. Going to kind of my testing strategy on Facebook. So this is. This is going to be really summed down. This is just testing. This is not scaling. This is just testing. This is literally what I do. So we got one at a campaign that's a cbo. If you don't know what a CBO is, it's when Facebook, like, automatically finds your audience for you, so you don't really do any targeting. And for this testing, I literally. I didn't do interest or anything, which now maybe I would do. But I'll just say to keep it simple. Three ad sets. Okay? Three ad sets. Broad, broad, broad. And then you just put those, you know, five to ten ads in there, and then you're gonna have your ads down here. You get the. You get the gist. So just really simple, $50 a day. If you can do $100 a day, I do suggest that you just get information a lot quicker. But that's literally the strategy I use. So, like, definitely use that. Is drop shipping easier than ever? Probably. It's still not easy, though. It's still. There's still a huge information and skill gap, especially if you're starting out. So don't expect it to be a cakewalk. There's still, like, a lot of learning that everyone's got to do with different aspects of it. But this is just kind of a basic testing strategy. And this is how I found this million dollar product, guys. Like, just on Kayla data. So definitely recommend it. You know, if you guys enjoyed the video, please subscribe, Please. Like, I enjoy giving you guys sauce and helping you guys out. So, yeah, peace out, boys. See you.
