Nathan Miller walks through his day, from morning breathwork to gym sessions with friends, then reflects on building a multimillion-dollar lifestyle without college. He argues that visualizing success instead of fearing failure changes everything, using an F1-driver analogy to show how focus shapes outcomes.

What's up guys, so we just woke up. Always the first thing I do when I wake up, pull these blinds up and I look at the car. There she is. Got Fibonacci, just cooked up some brekkie. It tastes good. Really? Nice. Doing some product research? Yeah, yeah, I'm just doing market research. Let's see, YouTube videos is very helpful for it. Yeah, please understand more of the mechanism. Yeah, 100%. Yo guys, so gotta move the cars real quick, but just did some breathwork. Breathing with Sandy on YouTube. If you don't do breathwork, I highly recommend. I just had dinner, we had all had dinner with a dude who's exited like companies for 9 figures, and he says he does breathwork every single morning. And so that should tell you how important this stuff is. So, um, all right, so just picked up Alyssa from the airport. This is Alyssa. Um, all right, we got the food. Is that dirty rice? Dirty rice. It smells like dirty rice, which is really good. What is dirty rice? It's like an— it's like a very spicy rice. Oh, I didn't know that. It does look good though. It looks really good. Going against us, but it just took you 24 hours. Like yesterday, after that Leeds game, mate, I had to break, mate. Like seriously, Leeds were the team I was clinging on to. All right, so we're all heading to Lifetime Fitness. We were gonna take the 911, but there's not enough space, so we're taking Mr. Slash Gamer Guy. We're taking his Tesla, so I don't have to drive. How are we doing, Alyssa? Great. My dad might watch this. What do you have to say to him? Hi, excited to see you again. Aww, nice. Thank you guys. M3. That's nice. I like this. GT3. What is it? It's like, what's terrible? Really? It's ugly as fuck. I don't know what that is. Oh, this place is nice. Next time is GAY. We couldn't go, we couldn't make it in. They wouldn't let us have a day pass or anything, so let's go to the beach. PF, baby. Yeah, yeah, got declined from Lifetime because Nathan doesn't have— because we're black. Fake Louie. All right, Ben, how was your lift? Uh, functional lift. I really didn't hit anything. Yeah, I just kind of stretched and did abs, kind of called and— watch out. Yeah, called and drank a little bit of caffeine, hit some tricep dips, and Dude, I don't know if I'm getting older or my T's low, but like I get super tired when I work out now. I don't know if T's low, bro. Fuck. You gotta stop. You know what my T is? What do you remember? Yeah, it was like 1,000, right? Yeah, 1,100. Yo, what's good, YouTube? So I'm back at Salt Lake City now. I'm just editing this little video and I realized I didn't really film much of the rest of the day. We ended up just having a bunch of fun, went to dinner. Hung out with some friends, and honestly, I wanted to just be in the moment and not have to really worry about filming. But because I made this video and I wanted to show the footage for you guys, um, I want to tell you guys about something that's been on my heart. A lot of people in this space, a lot of people who— whatever you're trying to do in life, you guys are always in your head about thinking about what's going to happen next, about what's going to happen in terms of failure or success. Like, is this thing gonna work out? Is this thing gonna fail? And a lot of you guys always look at it with a glass half empty. You guys are always— it's not even your fault, bro. Like, we have been raised in a society that has been taught that you have to have X, Y, and Z to achieve X, Y, and Z. That's not how it works, bro. You can achieve anything you want, and you don't need any credentials. You don't need a degree. You don't need some higher education. You just need belief in yourself. And I'm a testament to that, bro. I didn't go to college. I didn't do any of this stuff. I'm living in a, you know, multi-million dollar house right now, currently in this amazing office. Like, this office is freaking sick. I am so blessed, bro. And it's all because I didn't ask myself, what if it all goes wrong? What if I lose money? What if it doesn't work out? I asked myself, bro, what if I fly? What if I absolutely just crush it? What happens if it all works out? What happens even if I go through struggles and stuff, but at the end it's just completely worth it and it becomes even better than anything I've ever imagined? And that is what I'm living today. Like, I never would have thought 2 years ago that I'm living in a house I am right now. You guys can't see it, but it's because it's dark, but I have an amazing view. There's literally mountains out there. There's Salt Lake City. It's green. There's snow on the top of the mountains. It's the most beautiful thing you ever get to see. I just came back from Irvine, from Laguna Beach, one of the most beautiful places in the world. Came back to my house, looked outside the windows like, wow, this is stunning. And that tells you how crazy it is. Like, I never would have imagined this. I would never would have imagined I'd be living in a house with a bunch of other entrepreneurs, you know, pushing it pushing each other to do better. Not only that, but God-centered people as well. We're all, um, most of us are into our faith here. And like, I really took a lot of leaps of faith to get there. I really did. I quit my job probably when I shouldn't have. I moved out probably when I shouldn't have. I also moved across the country to live with strangers in a house that I've never— in a city I've never been to. And I just sent it. And I didn't think about what could go wrong. I thought about what could go right. What happens if it all works out? What happens if I fly? And that is what you guys need to think about. Stop focusing on the negative. Stop focusing on your bank account. Stop focusing on what you have to lose, but what you have to gain, bro. Because likely most of you guys, you probably don't have much, so you have everything to gain and almost nothing to lose. So remember that. And try to always focus on what you have to gain. You know, when you're driving, I know F1 drivers do this, I know a lot of like go-karting or whatever, you focus on where you want to be, not where you don't want to be. You focus— if you're an F1 driver and you focus on the sidelines or you focus on the railings, you're gonna hit the railing. But if you focus on that gap that you need to squeeze to get past Lando Norris, you're gonna hit that, right? Most of the time. And so it's the same thing with this. It's the same thing with anything you're trying to achieve. So just lock in, bro. Focus on what you have to gain, what you have to achieve, like all the opportunity ahead of you. And bro, it will be a completely momentum shift and you're gonna feel the wind behind your sails for once. And that is the momentum you need to actually find success. So hope you guys enjoyed the video. As always, I love you guys.
