Nathan Miller answers ecommerce questions while playing chess badly. He covers Facebook ad testing (15-25 ads per week), hiring virtual assistants, sourcing from private suppliers, and metrics for evaluating first products. He recommends mentors like Rippy Club and Connor Kurtz, and suggests selling to older demographics in kitchen and home goods.

Are we live? I don't understand what you mean. All right. What's up, Ricardo? How you doing, brother? Let's get into this. So bad at chess, but we're gonna do. All right. What's up, Ricardo? How you doing, brother? Don't mind that. So bad at chess. Oh, shallow. There we go. What's going on, guys? What's up, Danny? My day was pretty good, you know, the store is doing well. Profitability is up today, so that's good. Film some YouTube videos, made some tick tocks, Hung out with my girlfriend, went to the gym, you know. Solid day, bro. Solid day. I should move this over right there. No way bro's going for scholars, mate. Dude, that's. That's basically all I know, man. So. I'm terrible at chess, bro. And I've been playing, like, on and off for, like, years. Like, I've been playing since I was a kid, but I just never. Never dialed in and got very good at it, you know? Sure. This guy's not gonna move. I don't know what's going on here. He knows he's done for him, so I think we're just gonna take a victory. This is not a good start. I'd have to wait this out. Like, what. What's going on? Yeah, I put his pawn under pressure, and that really did it to him, didn't it? Yeah, bro. I lost some aura today, actually. I. It was a cold one, and I parked my car, like, as far as possible from the gym doors at the gym I go to. Not. I still like parking next to people because, like, I don't want my car to get door dinked and stuff. So I was freezing my tushy. Off mic. Sounds weird. It's audio. Shit. Shit. One second, guys. One second, one second, one second, one second. But anyway, I ended up running to my car, which is terrible for the aura. Okay. Oh, yeah, there's some sort of. Oh, here we go. That should be better. Let me see if I can hear it. Yeah, that sounds a lot better. Okay, sweet. All right, so let's get into these questions. This guy. Am I have to wait six minutes for this guy to fly? This is so dang. All right, when you first started Ecom, did you do the ads yourself, or did you buy an ads course? Where did you learn them? I kind of learned most of the stuff that I know from Ecom from Rippy Club. But, like, my first winner, I actually did make the ads myself. Like, I filmed my sister with the product, actually, and then I kind of, like, reused, like, Hooks and different creative, like, structures from other brands, basically. And that's how I, I found a winning product. Highest profit day with the brand. That's gonna be. Highest profit day. I think 15k, 15 or 20k, something like that. That was a pretty good. That's probably Black Friday or one of that Black Friday weekend. Progress in income is higher. Highly exponential. Yes or no? Yeah, man. Like, I mean, it depends on the product, but yeah, 100 in my scenario. Yeah, like, once you find something that works, man, scaling it is, is pretty quick usually. Guys, this is. Guys, I can't talk at once, man. All right, I know what this guy. I know what this guy's doing, but I like that move. I like that move. Nathan, what's up? I'm curious if you use an agency for Facebook ads, accounts. I'm dealing with a few bands. No, I, I, I don't. Okay. What is that move, bro? I'm actually using just like a regular ad account. I've had a band once with this ad account, actually. And I guess that's going to answer the next question, what I did. I just basically, dude, if I had a. How did I get around that? I chatted with like a representative and I got in there and I, I made sure to like, email them and, you know, just go through, like, the messages and kind of like ask them to unban me. And then just basically submitted a. What you would call it, What did they call an appeal? I appealed it and it got approved. And I've never had a problem since, so. But the reason I was getting banned, it was like something like, so stupid, like it had nothing to do, do with me. So I'm glad I got that sorted out, but I just haven't had any issues since, to be honest. All right, it's my turn, boys. What am I doing here? I want to attack this guy, but that means I gotta move this here, which I can't do. But if I like. That's a play right there. I like that. That's retarded. Why did I do that? Why did. I just lost the pawn. I'm retarded, Actually, no, my horse covers that. Wait, we're chilling. What's good, Tommy? Boom. And now this guy's under pressure, right? If he moves that Queen, Queen to G5, and then I'm taking this pawn. This is crazy. You guys get to see inside the mind of a 600 Elo player. An average chess player. Lost the pawn. Hey, man, we got it back. We got a pack. Oh, he kept it there. Okay. What Can I do? What can I do? What can I do? What can I do? I want my queen to go here so bad. Yay, avatars. Why so many chrome profiles? Well, one is for, like, kind of my personal, like, just like YouTube, like, bank account. Not like my YouTube that. Not this YouTube, but like the YouTube I used to watch videos. And then the second one is business. Third one is like Twitter, YouTube, Instagram that I like, upload to. And then fourth one is like my LLC. And I don't know, that's kind of how I. I use it. Okay, this is tough. This is a tough one, I think. I don't know why I did that. The volume's super low, bro. It doesn't seem like it's that low. Does anyone want to say the volume's low? I'm looking at the. The obs overlay and it looks pretty good. I could be wrong. And I miss you like the desert. Mr. Rain, are you implementing AI avatars? No, we. All right. But yeah, no, we're not implementing that. We've tried using like, AI voiceover and stuff. So we're testing that right now. Is super low. Agreed. Okay. Is it audio input? Maybe I. I can't turn it up any higher properties. Maybe I can mess with it. Let me make this move and then I don't want to take it. Right. Okay, Hold up. Okay. What do you do after you watch your ads? I don't know, man. That's kind of interesting. Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello? I don't know if I can. Hello? Is that any different? I don't know. Try that. Okay. Any trusted agent recommendations was hitting 7k days of the clothing prod. Okay, hold up. I gotta move this. What am I doing? One second. Okay. Have you noticed a sweet spot for product price? That depends on the product, bro. Usually I sell it for, like I said, think $10 above what Amazon sells it for is usually a good way to go about it or a good thing to test. Any trusted agent recommendations was hitting 7k days. I had to pause the line to the processing times. Mine recently, the processing times haven't been great either. But that's because of Q4, so I can't really help with that that much. How much do you pay your editors? What kind of sops do you have built up your team? My editor, I believe to get, I think Luca, my main editor. He does like $10 an hour, so usually he. It takes him two hours to edit videos. Doesn't take him very long, so. And then sops like I just created A basic one. Like it's. I don't really give him sop. I just. I had him edit videos when I first hire him. And then I look at him, I just tell them the changes I want to make. And. And then over time, I keep telling him the changes that I want to see. And then eventually he just kind of. He gets better and then it becomes, you know, what I need from him. So what's the ad scaling tactic? We'll hit two res and scale budget. I like serve scaling, bro. So let's say if you had a 2.5 row as and you're spending like, say your ad account is set to like $2,000, right? Per day, and you spent. This guy's a retard. This guy's actually stupid. Let's say like your. Your ad account's at 2k per day and it's 12pm so it spent 1k. You're at 2.5 usually. What I would do then is probably bump it by. If you're spending 2,000, I think 500 is a little aggressive, so maybe like 10%. Like 200 and then see how that performs, you know? See how the Next, you know, $200 in spend goes. Like, if is the roas dropping, is it staying the same? Is it improving? And then based off of that, you can bump it again and then just keep doing that. Definitely better. Better. Okay, sweet. Yo, man, what's up? Trying to re. Okay, one second, guys, I gotta. I gotta do this here real quick. This guy's. This guy. She's gg. What are you gonna do? Put your queen there. I took over. I mean, he. Oh, he could move his pawn right there. If he moves. If he moves. G2 pawn up one space. Screwed. Okay. Yo, what's up? Trying to create a Facebook page for an ads into an error all the time. I don't know, man. It could be if it's a fresh Facebook account. I know they're weird about that, but I've never really had issues with creating a page. I took over a week to process. What was yours. Only me chip like over 20 days. Yeah, at. Sometimes it would be like a week just because like we were ordering so many products in two. So sometimes they ran out and stuff. That's. Once you're done with this, might check a quick fit I made for you, bro. Yeah, I could check it out. I think I saw your dm. I can check it out. How did you train and find your customer Support people or VAs? My volume's low. That's it was better. Ah, I need to get, like, a real mic. I'm still using this mic, so can I get. No, that wouldn't work. I'll get a mic sometime. But how do you train? Why am I not. All right, GGs. Okay. Yeah. How do you train to find your customer support people, or VAs? I usually. Honestly, for the VI, I hired Dana specifically. That's her name. She was like. She had a lot of experience, and I feel like, for me, it's more important to hire someone that, you know, has experience that. That's already good at being a V. VA and, like, kind of knows what to do, especially as a beginner, because, like, I didn't have. When I hired her, I didn't have, like, experience with SOPs or anything, so making sure that she was, like, super qualified and that she actually knew what she was doing in terms of, like, sending me, like, updates every day. Like, sending me, like, a list of what she did and everything like that. And then, like, you know, she knows what she's doing for refunding people and all this stuff. It just saves you so much of headache. Like, you don't even. Like, with her, I didn't even do any SOPs. Like, she just knew what to do. I think I did type out a basic one, but, like, I honestly didn't need to because she was just, you know, really good off the start, and she's been amazing. She saved me money on chargebacks. Like, she's been amazing. So just hiring someone who's already experienced, I think is the better way to go about that. I tried one. Tried my 1n fresh one once. Maybe you're right. It's probably due to that. Yeah. Yeah, I would think so, bro. Easy win. What are good Facebook store metrics when you have the first test of product? That depends, bro. That depends because. Hold up. Let's. We're going for the scholars mate again. We need some easy wins here. Okay. Well. Yeah. Cool. Cool, bro. Cool. So I can. Oh, man, I'm. I'm. I'm really scared. Okay, good Facebook or store metrics to have a first test product. I would say if you're spending less than. What is this guy doing? I know what this guy's doing. Okay. If you're spending, like, less than, like, $200, like, you're, like, at a lower scale, like, you're not spending that much on ads. Like, your conversion rate actually should be a little bit higher. I would say, like, from. It should be like, 3 to 5% at least. So that's What I look at, that means like you can build a good start store and all that, which is good. And then besides that, Like Facebook, it just depends on the product, bro. Like, it's kind of hard for me to say that. Before you branded a product, did you ship out regular AliExpress? I didn't use AliExpress. I always had a private supplier, but it just didn't have my logo on it and I didn't really have that many issues with customers. If anything, it was just like, like normal things like shipping times and whatnot. What's your take on morality of just ripping content on TikTok for testing? I don't care, bro. I think that long term you shouldn't be doing that long term you should be, You know, making your own content, your own ugc, which is what you do if you're doing something long term because you're going to brand it so it's gonna have your logo and stuff on it. So you're gonna need that content. But for testing, bro, like it's. Everybody does it, it's fine. I don't think it's really immoral to like rip people's content to test. Maybe if it's a different brand, you could say that. I don't really do that. I just, I take like Tick Tock Shop video, so I don't know. I don't really think too much about that, bro. I've used any AI programs for product images. I've hired people to do that for me. I don't personally like go to Flare AI or anything, so. But my product images are partly with AI, some of them. Okay, guys, I'm wasting time here. I'm wasting a lot of time. How many ads are you testing per week during scaling and now that you see scale down, it was always like 15 to 25 per week. Now I would say, honestly, we haven't been testing as much because we have a couple. What the is that? Oh, I can't. Okay, what is he gonna do? He's gonna go here. Okay, well, either way it's fine. Now we've been testing a little bit less. We're onboarding a new creative agency, so that's going to help out with some of our creative output and also just trying to be more like intentional, you know, better quality than volume. Do you order inventory at your scale or you purely still drop ship right now? Still drop ship. Probably going to have to do some inventory soon with regards to February because of the Chinese year. Thanks for being real and not one of those bs. Money. Twitter gurus. Yeah, man, thanks. I appreciate that. That's. I know when I was. When I was learning and stuff like that, that's the guys who were real, you know, they had the biggest impact on me and I always wanted to be like them. So I do appreciate that comment, bro. Thank you. I will always try to be as real as possible, man. Okay, we need to get one. I don't know why. What's the plan here, bucko? What are you doing? Bad space. This guy has no, like. Okay, I just need to work on pawn structure here, I think, right? It's a good pawn structure. This guy is. No pieces advanced whatsoever. Like, what's this guy doing? Yeah, it is easy to fall for them. And there's a lot of guys out there who like, they sell like info products and they haven't done anything in like years. Like, I. Oh, he makes a little play. He makes a little play. Finally. I can't do that. Just going to do that. What happened? Chat. It all went down. It all went wrong so quickly. What just happened? Okay, what can he take? He can take this. Anything else? Okay, fork. I mean, fork. Fork with night. I'm sorry. I didn't see that wrong. Are you ready? More prods or focusing on one? Mainly the one, but we are. We have upsell products and then we're also adding some new SKUS T70. Free pawn. Did I really miss that? That's sad. But we're trying to get some new skus to like, help with the value of our brand and just like that. This is so bad. Biggest skill gap in E comm is. I don't know, man. Biggest skill gap in econ, Probably the creatives. That's the biggest thing that I see. Like, dude, screw you. This guy's so annoying with his queen, bro. Like, what am I. What am I supposed to do here? I need to like. I can't even. I can't attack these pawns. Those are covered. Can't. I mean, this one. This one's free right here, so. Oh, that's what you meant. C7 3. Okay, I got you. You got him, bro. I'm cooked. This guy's playing me, bro. Like, I'm getting on right now. Fuck. Okay, good pawn structure. I hate this guy. Jesus. Dude. Could be curly. Still dropping on tt Plan on moving Facebook soon. When niches would say I wouldn't like. There are plenty of niches you can go into. Just find a niche that like older people are buying because that's. That's huge. Mainly on Facebook. Instagram Obviously everybody's on Instagram. But I've had success with selling to older people personally, so I recommend that 100%. Oh, we're streaming. No. Yeah, sorry, I don't want to throw it here. How's testing strategy run 100ac? Yeah, I mean I would still like test different. Okay, I need to get this clean out of here, guys. What do you think? I still run or I still try to like change the offer and. Okay, I need to like move this over. I still try to change the offer and stuff when I'm doing all that. But yeah, bro, I would say that's a good, good way to test. Thank you for doing these lives. Answer questions are very valuable. You're welcome, bro. Long term goals for 2025. I want to exit the brand right now that I'm currently doing. So that's like the main goal. A million dollars in my bank account would be pretty sick. That's definitely another goal. And just do some more traveling, you know, explore more kind of some normal stuff there. Dude, suck my dick. This guy, bro. I hate this guy. Oh my God. What the okay. Chat about it for? I'm forfeiting. I don't like this guy. I'm. He's just playing me too hard. How do I resign? Okay. Besides Rippy and other groups, course you'd say the hooky the most. I did buy this one guy's course. It was named. His name is Wolf. He's on Twitter. Wolfie Calm. I was in his or his course and I knew a lot of the stuff already because I was already like running this product. So like I knew a good amount of stuff, but it had some. It did have some like smaller things that have actually helped me a lot. So I would say that one, but that one, I don't even think he's like really on social media anymore. So. Yeah. How'd you find supplier? I have a website which manufactures that. Just through WhatsApp. Bro, any Canadians killing you right now? I don't really think I know any. I know like what's his face? He just dropped like a course or something like Paul. Paul Dan or something like that. An Asian guy. I think he's from Toronto. I currently have to pay 5% Shopify fees because of conversion fee and shopify fees. What? That doesn't seem right, bro. What are the core principles beginners should focus on? Definitely creatives, you know, you need to be able to create a. A decent enough site that will actually get sales so that creatives an offer, bro. Your offer. Yeah, what did I say? Paul. Dan. Oh, Paul H. Paul Han. Paul Han. Yeah, bro. That guy. Yeah. Chat. I don't know what I'm doing. We're doing that travel to Prague. I don't even know where Prague is. O, that is rough, bro. I didn't know there's a foreign currencies thing. That's. That's not fun. Like, the deserts miss the rain, and I miss you. How do I know it's a potential winner? I mean, you never know for sure. But I will say that one thing that I look for is if it's selling well on something like TikTok shop or Amazon, and then if it's not selling on Facebook, then I know that it has potential to, like, really pop off because it's selling on those other platforms. It's already got that proof of concept. Of course. It's like 400. Let us know if you plan to get it. I'm definitely not going to get it. I saw a guy on my Twitter who got it, and he, like, showed me what was inside of it. It doesn't look like that crazy. I mean, I'm sure it's. It's good information, especially for beginners, but doesn't look like anything that. Like, nothing new to me. Nothing special. I feel like how much time I'm taking on my moves is really going to freak me over. Okay, bro. What? Yeah, we can. So even though your first launch is unprofitable, you have confidence, will work. Not necessarily. I mean, I don't know what you mean by that. If you're talking about, like, the first product you test, if that was unprofitable and you switched and then you do the same thing. Yeah, eventually it's gonna work. Yeah, I would say that. But in terms of, like, if it's, like, the first day, if it's not profitable, like, yeah, it still can work. Usually the first day for me would be pretty. Have some good signs, but if it doesn't have good signs, then all I got to do is really just, you know, tweak the offer or tweak the landing page. Tweet creative. Like, there's. There's. There's so many little things you can do, even pricing. So. Yeah. Do you plan on making a Discord or Community? I don't know. I've been thinking about it, bro. I'm not totally, totally sure if that's something I want to do yet or not, but I've been thinking about it. For sure, man. All right, bro. Let's get this party started. I'M taking that. I'm taking that. I have 11k sales on this product. I've been trying to get profitable. I've been break even and negative the whole t. I know. Way to keep testing really good. I have really good click through ads. Yeah, I mean, should you've been testing it for a while if you have 11k on sales, that's tough. I mean you can, you could either try to like maybe get a different supplier that has a, you know, lower cost of goods. That could help. Ads are gonna be the biggest thing and like click through rate is important, but like it's not click through rate doesn't mean an ad is good. Like you can have really good click through rate on an ad and it'd be terrible. I know that that's happened to me before, so I wouldn't really focus on that. It's just more of like the cpa so, you know, test. I don't know if you're testing the same ads or doing different ads or if you've done anything with the offer, but if you've kind of tried a lot of different things and it's still performing the same, I would maybe try moving on. Unless it's like something that could be sold for Valentine's Day. Because that would be really good to sell right now, which is something that I'd recommend you guys do. Sell something for Valentine's Day. Because my first winner literally like it broke even December. It was a one of those film roll keychains broke even in December. And then I think like January, like fifth or fourth, it just started popping off about Valentine's Day and I delete 80k rev in it. So why don't I see any drop shipping, email drop shipping, Instagram ads? Probably just. You're just not their target audience, brother. Like when is it true to true sign to switch to product after giving up. Giving up after two to three days. Do you prefer speed test your quality testing both like I test pretty good quality. Like I put a decent amount of work into like the landing page and everything. And then I'll, I'll make sure everything's, you know, pretty dialed in without like spending too much time on it, of course. But I also like to test fast. That adds equal consumer. But like a true. You don't ever have like a clear sign. Just kind of have to like. It's more up to you. I'd say. Lovely queen. Yeah, bro. You're welcome. All right, hear me out. Chat. Hear me out. I got him forked right here. That's a free pawn right there, brother. You know, I just realized my face game is literally covering the thing. So I'll move it over here. What the hell? Why did my screen just get white? Oh, that hurts my eyes. Joe, I hear you. Okay? I didn't get upset. I'm literally joking with you, Joseph. This guy just thought I got up. That bro was cooing. What the hell does that mean? Hypothetically. Hypothetically. I think in Mexico I drove 150. Thank for this, by the way, man. Doing this for no return. Yeah, bro. Of course it doesn't take much effort for me just to hop on here, bro. So I got you. Almost made it. Very nice play there. All right. This queen's getting out of here, bro. Oh, Joey. Oh, you know, Joey, what would you say to your beginner self just to speed up your success? What mistakes to avoid? Focus on learning, like every day, just try to soak up a bunch of information. If you can invest in mentorship, recommend that. That's definitely helped me a lot. Yeah, don't like when you're. But when you're investing in mentorship, make sure that you invest in people who are currently doing E commerce, currently drop shipping, like have a store, like, that's pumping and doing well because there's a lot of guys out there who sell courses and they have outdated information. So don't want to be doing that. I've done that before. Would you ever do mentorship? I do like a paid call, like a 30 minute paid call just to help people who like if they have a problem or something like that. But besides that, maybe. Do you run ads in different countries? Just us right now? I've tried different countries and it's. It's not the. It hasn't worked like amazing for our ad account. So I don't really mess with that anymore. Mentors have you invested in. So I mean, for mentorship, it's different. Like I paid. What's his name? Connor Kurtz, who is currently my Connor technically, or my business partner. He was my mentor at first, so I. I paid him some money to do that. And then who else? I'm trying to think, What was his name? I don't remember his name. It was some Asian guy. He's like British, but he's Asian. I forget what his name is. He has a YouTube. He has a pretty decent YouTube channel, so. I got a rippy. To be honest, I think my process would go faster if I wanted one. Mentor coach. Yeah, it does. But if you're a beginner, like, it's almost not worth invest. Investing in a mentor for. That's not a horse. I'm. It's not like the best. The best thing because most of the stuff that you need to learn is. Yeah, yeah, Nathan. I forgot his name. Nathan Nguyen. That's right. Like, the things you're learning are pretty entry level and you can find those things, links, you know, online for free. So you don't really need to like invest like a ton of money into that until one on one yet when you start getting like sales and like, stuff like that, then that's. I think when you would start. That's a good time to start doing one on one. Yeah. You don't want to like jump into it too quick because, like, you're just wasting your money. And I miss you. Yeah. I don't know what to do here. I can't do that because. Okay, what else we got here? How many creatives would you start with? 100k testing budget. If brand already is working, I would start with like five to ten. Five to ten, Always good. Five to ten. All right. Oh, okay. Okay. Have you searched for ads outside the USA for product research personally? Not really. Not really. My brother. This guy is so weird. I'm gonna lose this game. Is the average length of your Facebook ads. Yeah, I do use the one to two minute for sure. And I miss you. Hello. It is wicked again. All right, guys, I might have to hop on Rocket League. This is going poorly. Yep. Listen, I'm already at chess as it is, so I probably just leaked my store. Well, whatever. I'm already at chess as is, but. Playing with chat on bro is like crazy. Okay, so let's add. All right, I think we got it. Oh, shoot. I don't have a controller, Bro. One second, boys. It. Yeah, I just started getting into them. I just started getting into watches. So yeah, I bought a T. So that's like my entry level, like my first watch, you know. So I don't know. I don't really, like, I'm not like super into it or anything like that. Like, it's just something to go on my wrist, you know? Oh, we do too, Marcus. To bring in the usa. Michael. I have not really done that. I know people who do that, do well with it. What do you do about sales being inconsistent? One day all 4%. Next day one probably so frustrating. It's probably just like ads, bro. Like, usually that means that like the ads aren't good enough. They don't maintain profitability. What is. We made off the start? Great start. Need A flipper set. I can try. Here we go. Tag game. Sam. Oh, I got cooked. On the way. Number one pointer for ads. Focus on the hub. Dude, what is that shot, bro? Like, I'm so bad. Holy God. Terrible. Like, If I didn't miss the boost, maybe. That's a freaking gold, brother. Okay? Not really, bro. I'm just doing. Dude, I'm so bad at this game. Like, holy cow. I need a Rocket League coach. I don't even need a Rocket League coach. I just need to, like, boot training. I'm doing it after this game. We're going into training around. You're from Rochester area, right? You ever slide up to Buffalo? Yeah, I am. I maybe like once a year. I don't really. I'm not like, a Bills fan or anything, so, like, I don't really have any reason to go to up low. I drive through there every once in a while, though. What is sake? You can tell where, champ. All right, brother. Listen, man, I am. I'm washed, all right? But when I'm in my prime, you know, when I'm peeking, bro, like, I'm. I'm. I'm nice. I'm telling you, like, I'm faking people out. And no rock, Bro. I was going for the bump. Wait, what is that, bro? How many questions am I allowed? I mean, you can ask it everywhere. Wood level gameplay, bro. Dude, I. Some good niches for Facebook. Things that sell to old people. So, like, I know kitchen's pretty good. Home goods, like, baby, like, there's some other niches. I know things like that. That's all the old people, I'd say. We got to get you the Bills game. I've been to a Bills game. I went to Bill's vs Vikings, where, like, Jefferson's. Jefferson. Justin Jefferson had that, like, insane catch, that one year. That's because of my Viking. Is that some sort of flick or some. I don't know what that is. Oh, the niche, bro. Yeah, bro, you should tell Coffins, man. I'm sure the shipping price in that would be really good. Shot. Where, like, where did I go? Like, where. Where did my. My count? Yeah, that's true, bro. Any great books you recommend? Transurfing Reality is good. My bookcase is over. There's one that I just read. That's good. It's like something advertised. Scientific advertising. All right, we're cooking. I'm feeling. Say that. And then I. Oh, teammate. What am I supposed to do there? I don't know. Well, tell me what I took from it. Transurfing. Reality is like. It's a big like mindset like spiritual thing. It's kind of like some weird boo boo but it actually works kind of like about how your frequency like the spiritual level that you're like operating on, like how it influences like your reality and stuff. It's pretty cool book. I like it. What a clear cheating out, bro. Like stay back and then we go for boost. Like. Yeah, I've heard about. I've read that feel like. Using shrine theme? Yes and no. I don't use like I use gem pages. So that's something that just goes over top of your theme basically. So I don't really like. Bro, I didn't have both. I don't really use like crime like like the pages and like the landing page but like technically so. Dude, the Amazon. The cheap ass Amazon chair, bro. Dude, it hurts my ass. It is not a good pair, yo. How do what. Like dude, like. Like little things like that man are just pissing me off. Like I'm so close. I be so slick with. Oh my God. Oh my God. That was such a good play. Yeah. Or not recommended my jack. Yeah. Gem pages is good though. My. The guy who I paid to like make my land search filters. I basically go off recent revenue. There's a lot of different things you could say. So like I know don't but if you. If you like type in a problem, that's also a good way to find products. Like instead of just typing in like a niche, do it for like specific problems and then it'll come up. Next purchase is a new chair. I thought about getting a nice one cuz my sister works for Herman Miller so she sells her new chairs but I'm not spending two racks it. Oh. All right guys, we got a cpa like a tax guy. Oh my God. Done me in. Tax guy. I haven't technically invested, but I have a tax guy. I don't have an Internet, but he's doing it for me to grow. When I used to play with Monca King months, bro. Can't even flip correctly, dude. That's how it is, bro. I'm so rusty. TP is bad for margins taxation. That's true. Yeah, he's gonna help me with all that. Mike is quiet. Yeah, I don't know what to do about that. Do you recommend general drop shipping? Like collection pages? Not really. I haven't had any. I haven't really tried that to be be honest. But like the clothing brands, it makes sense. But I don't know about in general. Usually like, one product stores, and these stores are, like, the best to go there. It. Oh, yeah. How you let me know. How'd you find your seven figure? I went to calories. I found something that wasn't selling on Facebook and then ran ads. That's how I found it. Oh, my God. Make that little pass there. Make up for your terrible dude bro. Facebook ads, which is ig and. I want to go for it, but he's, like, in the corner for some reason. Oh, my God, you're so. Why is this hidden on your tweet? Are you talking about, like, uploading? It's. Bro. I used to actually, like, shoot the ball powerfully. Now I just. Oh. I was about to make a play There. Ever point you switch from running cab to ads to an agency? Well, recently we just hired an agency, but we've been doing for a little bit. I started dgc, like, after a month in under K in revenue. Like, I knew the project worked. I don't know why I always do that. I've never really had that much success with ripping from there or trying products on there. It. Upwork, bro. That's where I got my creators done. All right, I'll play one game after this. All right, let's change our car, bro. Are UGCs necessary? Yeah, don't. Don't do UGC at the start. No, never. Rose. Ben. Teammate. Yeah, I am sure that guy. All right, let's see some workshop maps here. What the heck? Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh. We're saving it. We're saving it. We're saving it, we're saving it. His own library. Yeah. I'm Champ, bro. I'm, like, terrible, though. I'm, like, low. Champ. Usually I get to, like C3, but that's not happening right now because I'm just terrible. I'm playing consistently. I'm using my own banking. I'm using debit primarily right now, though, but I was using his aimaxes for a little bit, but they got put on hold because we were scaling so hard. So not doing that. Something just feels like, off. I don't know why I do that. All right, try, like, some new settings. Steering sensitivity, I'm. Put that down. Area sensitivity, I'm. Put that up. Controller. Dead zone. Put it down one. Dead zone. I don't know. All right, we're not doing this anymore. Let's do what? Where's the map? Bonus assassin. I'm mad sleepy, bro. Go, bro. Go to B, brother it. Do you keep that five ads for ad set. Do you more Yeah, I don't really keep it at 5. I usually do more though for my scaling asset. At least testing. I usually do like 5 to 10. I've ever tried running ads on Tick tock Facebook all the way. Facebook all the way for this brand. Like, it doesn't really make sense to run it on Tik Tok because it's. It's a Tick tock shop product already. So have you ever tried. No way, bro. Just quoted it quoted the KS song. Dude, can I talk like, Holy. The KSI song, bro. There's like something weird with my camera. I don't know what's going on. It. Put your dead zone as low as you can before get stick drift. Okay. Just like, I can't turn as much. Holy. Okay, My turn. Like, How do I feel about it? Have I made a sale since I've been live yet, bro? Probably like a lot. Lot of sales. Bye. Bye. All right, let me enter some chat. Dead zone as low as you can. All right, let's try that. Yeah. Getting some secret there. 0.3. Okay. And then setting distance. I usually do steering sensitivity. Do I need to put this up fire? Like, I just feel like I can't turn, dude. Like, what is wrong with me? If I just. If I just leave with one dude, it'd probably be Brandon. Have you made a sale? Do your Shopify notes already? Get. Yeah, I have them on, but I have on like do not disturb. So it's not that bad. It's not like it's popping up on the screen. You have to answer it now. Can you listen to your Shopify analysis, bro? I've gotten 18 since I've been live. See? All right, how would you recommend dealing with constant meta account bands? That's a good question. I would probably get some sort of insider help. Hey, guys, like, what's going on? We're going to get training. We're figuring out settings. Usually I hit these shots top corner every time. Like, okay, You have a private supplier off the bat. Yeah, I did. I'm surprised you haven't got a banner medium yet. Or maybe. I don't know. I've been running it for so long, bro, like, and I don't like pretty white hat. And I have gotten a ban on that, by the way. I just. All right, well, 18, bro, I wish. What kind of document do you need to make? 5k plus per month. 5k a month? Probably like a couple hours a day, bro. Maybe an hour a day. A couple hours a day. What do you want to do after your next Exit, build another brand, get into something else. I think if I get an exit, like, I'm gonna, like, diversify it a little bit. I'm gonna put some money into some other, like, assets, like real estate and stuff, and then. Yeah, man, I think I would want to build some sort of brand, some passion project or something. That'd be pretty sick. All right, we're going into it. What do you want to do? Brandon Ching. How do you. How did your original Kayla get ads on Facebook? I appreciate. Oh, they did. Well, bro, It. You have to worry about having your head account packed in a traffic redirected. I mean, not really. Like, if it happens, it happens. I'll pay an insider or something. I'll figure something out. I have connection to that. But yeah, I've heard that happen. Who? A guy who I actually helped on a call. It happened to him, and I, like, I never even heard about divorce, so. But it's pretty crazy that that's an actual thing. Daily ad spend right now is probably like 10k. 10k? You think? Since I had. Yeah, there was definitely potential. Like, you're getting sales. You just need to crack the code. You haven't cracked it quite yet. There's always plenty. I'm so bad at this game. I'm blaming on the controller, man. It's just feels weird. 600 pieces AOV. That's a great question. Bundler. Not bad. The Ching bundles. That's all I gotta say. Ching bundles. And. After cell, those are two apps you should download. Rock. What are you. You watch the Sabers now? I've been to one. When I do this and I try to turn like, it's so cool. There's. A Knox fan. Yeah. I don't watch hockey, bro. L. What? I tell myself already. I just need to practico on this. Yeah, dude, like, one creative, bro, and then you're standing. That's all it takes, man. One creative, one offer. Like, Yeah, this at the wrong. Just punch. It just. It just feels off. I don't know. Like, what? My God, Nate. Thoughts on day one test of one out to five graders. One with five image ads at 100 budget. Solid goal. Image ads is kind of crazy for testing. I've never done that. Yeah, this is my last game. I'm so. I don't know what happened. I feel so slow, like, turning, like, why? Why does it feel like I'm turning 5 meters? All right, I'm gonna add to these last things, and then I'm done. Oh, goodness gracious. All right, Paul. Hand dropping. Of course. Might be a guru now. I mean he does really well so like I think he's got the right to drop a course. Like he kills it. Nathan, bro, what would be the best way to do a one on one with you or do YouTube at all? I mean I do one on one paid calls like a 30 minute call but if you're a beginner bro, like just join Ricky or join some community or something and just learn the basics first. Paul man makes m a week. So he's legit. Yeah bro, he's legit. All right. All right fellers, it's been a pleasure. Thank you guys for watching the stream.
