In this video, the creator, who operates a $2 million e‑commerce brand, walks viewers through the exact composition and workflow of his seven‑figure team. He positions himself as the central operator overseeing all systems. The creative team uses a custom Notion template to manage scripts, video production, and feedback; it consists of a creative strategist, editors, and a media buyer who publishes ads on Facebook. A part‑time developer handles conversion rate optimization and landing‑page builds, translating design concepts into store offers. Email marketing is outsourced to an agency that generates about 27 % of total revenue. Customer service is led by a top VA named Dana, who manages additional VA reps via Zendesk, handling tickets, refunds, and reporting. A bookkeeper maintains financials in QuickBooks Online. The creator emphasizes the lean yet effective nature of this structure and promotes a one‑on‑one mentorship program to help others hire and build similar teams.

What's going on, guys? And so this is my seven figure team setup and I've done about $2 million with this brand so far. And I figured, you know, why not just make a video showing you guys exactly what it looks like inside of this brand. So let's go down here. As you guys can see, two million dollar brand. And obviously you guys are gonna have me at the top, right? I am the operator. I'm the one who's, you know, checking in with all these systems and stuff. And so I am a pivotal, pivotal, pivotal part of the team. So first off, our creative team. And this kind of looks kind of weird, but I'll break it down for you guys. Basically we use notion. We have a very specific notion template that you know, tracks everything, has feedback loops, you know, you know, video links, scripting, everything. Everything you could need to track creatives that has it in there. And basically what it looks like is you have me at the top, my creative strategist, and then you have editors underneath him and a media buyer. And so basically what happens is creative strategist creates a script or a prompt. The editors get the prompt, right, they make the video, it gets, you know, revised or edited by the creative strategist, then they publish it, and then my video buyer takes it, uploads it directly into Facebook. That's kind of like the bare bones of it and that's kind of how that system works. CRO and creation. So for this I just simply have a part time dev and what a dev is is basically a developer. So it's someone who knows like how to code, ui, no ux, everything. So they know how to design landing pages, they know how to basically make anything. So I can like send them a screenshot like this, like this right here is rises like offer. I can send him that and he can set that offer up in my store. So really, really cool. Definitely underrated for sure. Next, I have emails. For emails, let's simply use an agency I use. Obviously they've been great for me. I have not had any complaints from them whatsoever. Like, I like barely check the slack that we're in and like they absolutely print for me. They do, you know, over 27% of our total revenues from, from emails. So super good. If you guys want to see what the emails look like, that's kind of what they look like. You guys can see that they're pretty sick. Next, we have customer service. So this is a one that I've kind of done and I really like how I've actually set it up. So I initially started with just the head customer service person on the va. Her name is Dana and she is amazing. She's really great at her job. And so what I've actually done is I've let her kind of, you know, bring some of her people in. And so now we have, you know, some reps under her, some VA reps and they use, you know, Zendesk mainly to track, you know, all the tickets, all the customer complaints, everything. She sends me, anything from, you know, reports to refund, she makes spreadsheets for me. She does a bunch of stuff. Dana's incredible and a very good VA and that's why it's very important to have a very good VA for this position. And then, you know, miscellaneous. I have a bookkeeper. You gotta have a bookkeeper. I mean, if you don't, you don't really know how much money you're making. And you should have them set up with QuickBooks Online, which is what this is right here. And that is pretty much, you know, what I have for my seven figure ecom team. It's, it's nothing crazy, right? It's nothing like super in depth. And like there are definitely room for, you know, like in the CRO section to expand that for sure. But it's a really like smart way to do it. I really like how I built it out. It's, it's not too crazy, it's not overboard, but it definitely gets the job done. And so I kind of wanted just to share it with you guys for anyone who's curious. And if you guys want help building a team out, I actually am opening up a one on one mentorship tomorrow. So this video will be posted tonight. It's gonna be tomorrow, so you gotta sign up very soon. And I talk about, you know, how to hire these people. You guys can send me, you know, people you're looking at and I'll help you hire them. I can, you know, give you feedback, anything. So if you guys are interested in that, you guys can check that out below. But this is basically what a seven figure ecom team looks like. So hope you guys enjoyed the video and peace.
