Bang, break. Better lighting. Oh, if you. You're dicking. If you switched again, the other one will go on. It's better than. That's not bad. One second, guys. I'm putting on my turtle shirt. Yeah. This is sick. Yo, what's going on? What's going on? Chat. Wow, this lighting is terrible. Maybe if I do this or maybe this camera towards the light because then the light hits you like this. There you go. Am I just going to stand here like a little. No. Anyway, this is the shirt. I got the shirt from Hawaii. Pretty. Pretty rad. Cost me £30. You should have bargained. That lady was nice, though. She was really nice. I'm not in position to bargain people right now, so that's. That's pretty crazy. Bargaining. All right, how do I like. Okay. Yo, what's going on, guys? What's going on? If you got any questions, drop them in the chat. Yo, how do you deal with payment methods being banned? Disabled? Are you talking, like, on Facebook? That's a new one. Best Shopify theme. I've seen an AI store builder called Launch your store. Would you recommend it? I've never used an AI builder, but I know. I think I've tried one out with a friend before and it seemed to do pretty well. It wasn't bad. So, I mean, you can try it out, but for theme wise, I use like gem pages to build my store. Facebook. Yeah. That's weird, bro. I don't know why that happens. I've never had anything get disabled handy. One sec, bro. What's the amount of money you put in for testing one product when you know you need or. And when you know you need to cut it? So usually I like to like. This is weird. As zesty as we got here in the background, so in the back, usually I like to do what, like $100 per day? And then after three days, if it doesn't get any sales or anything, then I usually cut it then. Hey, best advice for Facebook, My account got disabled, still in review, and made a new Facebook page to get ad account and she got disabled two days later for no reason. Yeah. So what happens a lot if you have like one page or one account gets disabled and you make something under that same bm, they're all gonna kind of get flagged. So I would definitely appeal that one, the one band you got and then hopefully that review turns around. Usually they do. And then that will kind of sort out everything else. If not, you gotta, like, buy like an account that's warmed up or something. But I'VE never had to do that, so I can't really speak too much on it. Organic drop shipping, bro. I don't do organic drop shipping, so I don't know. I just gave him some toes in the chat. Yo, what time is it, do you think? In. In our time? Yeah, In Eastern, it's 9, 10, 11, 12, 1am oh, that's why there's only 10 people. Not everyone's from New York. That's true. What if you just add another people as admins on a fake account? Brand's going well, bro. I'm not sure about them. How much fun do I need for Facebook drop shipping? Usually you need either like, a job, so like a source of income, or you just need to have a couple grand saved up. What if I just add people? I already answered that one. How did you warm up? I. I just had my. It's like, honestly my personal Facebook account, so I've had it for years. Hawaii is good, bro. Yeah, today was fun. It's like our first full day, so we got to go swimming, we got to go eat at some cool places, walk around some malls. I don't even know what else we did. It was a big beach day for us. Yeah, it was pretty much a beach day, but we went to this marketplace. That was really cool. Yeah, from India, bro. Interesting. Do you have another BM connected to your pixel as backup? I have another ad account. Not a bm, though. That is smart to do, though, is have another BM that's really recommended. I've been doing ecom for a year straight with my cousin. We've had a very light success. Do you think we should stick with our current niche? You don't have to stick with your current niche, but stick to Ecom, bro. Like a year straight. Maybe invest in some sort of, you know, mentorship or something. That way you guys know you're actually doing the right things. Because I don't know, like, what kind of drop shipping guys are doing or not. Do you think testing two products a week is okay for keeping the consistent work with five to 10 creators for each product? Yeah, bro, that's kind of what I used to do back when I was working and trying to find, like, my first winner. I would just test, like, a couple products a week maybe. What does your team look like now? So right now my team is basically it's me, my business partner, and then we have just one. Actually, technically, we have two VAs now. So two people for emails in, like, customer service, chargebacks, all that kind of stuff. Then we have a couple of editors as well. And then right now we're onboarding like kind of a creative agency. So that basically will take care of like more of the creative side. Right now that's kind of what I'm doing, so that's going to be nice. How much money you need to start? I'm pretty sure I answered that, but 2K, like a couple grand in a. Or and or a job. Cricks. Yeah, that's kind of basically what I do. Just for testing though, a lot of the products on Caleb are branded. How do you find your winners? I know a lot of them are, some of them aren't. You can also look for like products that just kind of launched on there or on TikTok shop because it's not Kayla Data. You can look for that. How many products it take to find my first winner? Well the first, technically the first winner, it wasn't that big of a winner. I only did like 16k rev but that took me like, I don't know, at least like probably like 1520. Do you do UGC or do you RIP? Technically we do both because we still have some ads that are running that are ripped content. Can you mentor me please, bro? Chill out. I don't do one on ones yet, bro. Any plans to go to Dubai this year? Not really. I'm not like crazy about Dubai. I know a lot of E Com guys and like gurus and stuff like to go there but it's not really my thing. So. Yeah. Would you recommend Zen Drop for beginners? Zentrop is actually pretty expensive, like the pricing for their products. So I made a whole video about that. You can watch that and then you can kind of hear more about it. Can you scale to seven figures off Caleb Rips if you enter the. Enter the market at the right time? Yeah, 100 if you. I mean you just got to find like a really good ad off of there, which they do exist. What is a reasonable price for mentorship? Well, I guess it kind of depends where you're at. Like what the problems you're having and like what, like how much success they've had, if that makes sense. So like if someone's only done like 100k months like and they're doing a one on one bro, like I wouldn't pay them that much. But if someone's like you know, doing really well, they got like a brand going or something. Like they're currently drop shipping too. That's a big thing. Then I guess it could be worth to pay a little Bit more for one on one. But as a beginner, I would just do like one of the discords or something. That's like 50 bucks a month because that's like super cheap. What other sites use apart from Kalo? So for product research, basically just Facebook ad library. I mean apps in general, I use like triple whale. But do you have any group? Not like a mentorship thing? No, I don't. Does Max Drop Shipping have moq? For me, they didn't, but I think it depends on the product. And it also depends on the volume of orders you do per day. Do you have a winning ad that takes up 80% of spend? Has and has been for a while. Yeah. I mean, What's this guy saying? Yeah, that has happened to me too. Usually when you have a really, really good ad, that's what happens. It takes up most to spend. I do not have any discord group. Do you think of moving out as soon as turn 18? This year is a good move. It's moving on 18? It depends, bro. It depends what? Money. Money. Yeah, it does depend on like how much money I've saved up. But in my experience, you know, I was kind of forced to move out. I mean, I did just kind of have my first like winner. So I had a little bit money in the bank. But moving out, it does kind of push you to succeed. But like also at the same time, if you don't have that kind of mindset, like, I don't know, I don't know how it's going to work. So did you edit your current creative winner? I didn't edit it. My editor did. But yes, Joey, you know why the shark's the thumbnail man. I'm surprised he clicked on the video. I am in Oahu. Yo. This guy's from Oahu. No way. Yeah, he's in Hawaii. Yeah. Tell us where she go. I am still blundering. My queen, bro. Thanks for the info. Also, how did you order these importance offer Creatives product in pdp? Creatives is always one, brother. Product is probably two. I mean, product might be one now. I think with any product, honestly, if you have a really, really good creative, then I would do that. It's a creative product offer. And then the last one. How long did it take for your ecom store to pop off? Don't be scammer. I'm not scamming, bro. Would you still test during Chinese New Year? I mean, you can if it's during Chinese New. I mean, I don't know. It's tough. It depends I looked on Matchup, there weren't many products on the products page. Am I tweaking or is this you specific for something else? I didn't even know they had a pro. I wouldn't look at their product page. You can like ask them for quotes I think. But the thing is about them, like I've heard they're not really replying to everyone as fast. So show the crib. I mean this is just. It's a simple hotel room, nothing crazy. Yeah. Atlanta over there and then out there is like a view. You can see like a cool mountain. But that's basically it. How long has your brand been running and you you're looking to exit soon? It's been running since August, so that's like five months technically, maybe a little longer. Five months. If we exit it, it's going to be you know, around a year of running it hopefully. How many craves for a product test? I would do 5 to 10. I'm headed to AHU in a couple weeks too with this econ money. LOL. Nice bro. Next car? When? Dude, I have no clue when I'm gonna get another car. I gotta get this insurance stuff figured out before that. You running any other stores besides your main. Not currently. I have been testing a little bit on the side though. Type of product, niche or type of product? Yeah, it's kitchen niche and it's. It's something if you use it, it's like very eye catching. That's all I'll say about. Yeah. Facebook, bro. Thanks man. Yeah, I like to. I like doing These Q&As bro. They're fun. Plus we just got back, we had a full day. Like I'm just chilling out right now so. Doing a zesty ass pose though right now when looking on Kalo. Do I just need to keep researching until I find a non branded product with some decent ads? Yeah, I mean I don't know what you. It's like some of the things they might be branded but they're not like white labeled if that makes sense. It's kind of like tough but yeah, I guess so, bro. Dang. I thought it was maybe pregnancy, baby stuff. No, that is actually something. A niche that I would like to get into though. Have you built a moat around your store at a point where no one else can compete? Kind of, yes. We haven't really changed up the product too much but we are currently working on that and. But when it comes to like how much we spend like our site especially and then also we have a bunch of Custom content coming soon. So once all that stuff is done and over with, then. Yeah, but you can even just build a moat from spending like so much on ads. Like if you spend like a more than, you know, 5 to 10k on ads a day, then it's gonna be hard to compete with you. What do you think about taking winners from USA testing and you markets? I've actually heard that work for people before, so I've never done it, but I've seen people do it. So if you want to give it a try, I think it's worth a shot. Any advice? I'm pretty new to Facebook and over 250k on TikTok for Facebook, I mean it's a lot simpler. Like I would say it's. I used to do TikTok ads where I had to like import a bunch of like CBOs every night. So it's a lot more hands off but it's kind of simple. Like don't over complicate anything but like you don't really need to worry about for Facebook. You don't need to worry much about like the structure of your ad account. It's more just about the quality of the creative, how many people team you have for the brand at the moment. So technically like people work under me would be like four right now. Damn. How well do you think emotional family gifts target for families or other people do gifts right now would actually do really well? Valentine's Day is going to be next month, so like if you started selling something like that right now, it could do well. White labeling means like I'm pretty sure that means making like a copyright and everything for the product so nobody can like take it if that makes sense. Like it's your product now. How did you feel when you saw that 1mil in revenue, your dashboard. I'm not gonna lie, bro. Like I, I mean the month was, was cool, but like just hitting a mill in general on the store. It wasn't that crazy of a feeling. Like I'm pretty sure I, I didn't even realize it happened until like a week passed and I was like, oh, I hit a million. But I mean, dude, how everything works when you start, you know, leveling up, man, is, you know, family friendly. You start like, was it getting start comparing yourself to like higher and higher people. So you see people in like crazier numbers than you all the time on Twitter and you're like, oh man, I want that now. So when you hit this number, then it's like, oh, it's, you know, whatever But I still, I'm so thankful for it though. I try to be as. Try to stay away from that kind of thought and try to be more towards the grateful side, which I definitely am. Do you have any current comp besides like Chinese swamps? Not any, like, not anyone doing the scale we are now. Would you recommend supplement consumption products or private labeling since you can? Yeah, I mean I know my partner used to have a supplement brand. I know a guy who has supplement. Supplement brand is. That's doing pretty well. And yeah, like the subscriptions, like the monthly recurring revenue, like that's, that's really big. Especially if you want to build something to exit that's so valuable that will like make your multiple so much bigger. What to do when AD account gets shut down? Usually what I did was I'm pretty sure I just appealed it and then I also, I appealed the ad account and then I also got a backup one that I was using at the time, but then the other one got unbanned. So how did you get your girlfriend to support your E comm journey? You were already doing it when I met you. Yeah, I was already kind of doing it. She like met me after I had my first winner. So she a gold digger. Hey, no, no. Do you still rip videos when scaling or testing your product or custom content? Honestly, sometimes, yeah. If I see like a really good creative agility data that's like popping off, like I'll just throw it in there and test it, see what happens. What pushed you the most to keep going and continue ecom. That's a good question. Like I'm just trying to think because there's so many times where I was like, dude, I. I think part of the. Honestly, part of the thing was I don't know if you guys know who ANT is, but there was this one time where if you don't know who Ann is, look him up on Twitter, YouTube or whatever. He has YouTube, but he does really well. And we started in the same Discord at the same time and we were like dming and stuff back then on Discord. And I remember like I was like eight months in, I just had my first winner. But then it died out and I was like, dude, like I thought this was it. Like I thought this was going to be my like life changing moment and it never kind of came. And so I was like super, super down, like demotivated and all that. Like had all the doubts and everything. And then I remember I was just scrolling on YouTube or something and I just see like a photo like or some, an upload or something. And it was him, and it was him like popping off and he was like, had his first like 100k month or something like that. I was like, yo. I was like, I used to DM that guy. I was like, that's crazy. And for some reason that kind of just like led something into me. I was like, yo, this, this guy started at the same time as me in the same discord. Like, if he can do it, I can do it. And so that kind of helped me get into testing again. And then, I don't know, man, just like having like have believing in yourself, like not selling for less. Like, I always knew that E Com worked. Like I've seen it work. And you know, especially finding and watching people like on YouTube who are having success and are very transparent and they're not like scammers or anything. And like seeing them make like real money, like, I don't know, it's so inspiring. And so that's kind of what kept me going. Profit margins are around like 20%. I never answer that. Any advice for a 23 year old addicted to fat women? Why? That's the interesting niche of being, brother. When you're in the product testing phase, do you make a new pixel for each product you're testing or same pixel. When testing products, you can do the similar niche. I usually do a new pixel though. Gold digger is crazy. Yeah, bro. Gold digger. Sip in that cup while plotting. That's what some guys said. That's funny. Do you have any recommendation which ad account to use? I don't know what you mean by that. If that's like Facebook and Tick tock, Tick tock. Yeah, Anthony, whatever. So yeah, the thing is like this one, I actually bought his course. So this one guy who used to upload it was the two. Two guys. And they were dropping so much sauce on YouTube and they were like, I like found them when they were like less than a thousand subscribers too. So like I was like, dude, this is like the real, like, you know, if they're dropping sauce like that and they have like no following like that they actually make money. So I remember watching them and it was just so, so valuable. Unfortunately, I think he deleted his YouTube channel now and he's. Because he started the course and stuff and apparently he just didn't like that. He's like, dude, I'm making more money from drop shipping. I just need to focus on this. Like, he didn't like all that negative stuff that came with selling stuff like that and like having Like a social media presence and all that. So he just kind of dropped that, which I understand. Like that makes sense. Was I nervous about the cost associated with it? No, bro. I've always been kind of a risky guy. So like, I've always felt that if this is like the way to get me to the next level, then I'm gonna take that risk, you know? Do you think you would have gotten to your scale without your partner right now? Well, technically no, because he helped me at first. He was helping me. He wasn't even like 5050 with me. He was just helping me. He gave me like an apex with a high limit because I didn't have the credit and I didn't have the cash flow to like scale it hard. So technically no. Do you think you would have that Aunt and Fritz helped me get my first bag with their tick tock shop inventory. That's sick, bro. Yeah, I'm not a big fan of Fritz, but it's a cool guy. What was the thought process in buying such an expensive car after your first? It was honestly kind of like the, the abundance mindset, I guess. And at that point, like doing the math on it, like I was making. All right, I'm making like. I know I was making like high five figures at that point. So no, a two thousand dollar car payment wasn't going to be a big deal. Or should I be doing product research? Where should you be doing? I like, I recommend Kayla Data. I know people also like just scroll and look for products. Like they get a burner account. Do it, bro. How will you buy Facebook accounts? I do not do that. What's your sales per month? This month's gonna be less. But last month I, we did 1.2 million. Are you talking about suits? Yeah, bro, suits. E Comm man, they had so much sauce, bro. How much do you. How, how will you buy Facebook accounts for watching ads? I don't know what you're talking about, brother. Oh, you're in the suits course. Yeah, I mean I didn't get a whole lot out of the course, but like I know I, I really with those guys for some reason. Econ legend. I don't know who ecom legend is. Samuel Ohuh. Is that the, Is that like the guy who's like selling that icon store? Bro, what's your average order value? Last month it was like 73, but this one's like dipped down below 70. I think it's like 68. How much you set aside for taxes? I don't know. I probably will not have to pay taxes this year. I have a lot of write offs I can do, so. Bro, I'm ready. Look at me like that. I'm ready. I have one K star. Any tips on my product research? Kaylee? Data, bro. And then test on Facebook. Are you running ads on VMs from your personal Facebook profile? Yes, just got here. What's up? What's up, Danny? What time's that, babe? 8:33. 33. Okay, we'll do a couple more minutes. How many hours a day are you working nowadays? Well, currently not very much. Maybe I don't know what months since we've got. I mean this is day one, so. And technically like I don't know, maybe like one hour. I do it throughout the day kind of. But yeah, I am on vacation right now so I'm not doing anything too crazy. But. Normally it depends on the day. I'd say what's your plan long term? Making a brand or continue drop shipping? So long. So yeah, long term, I mean is to you know, get this brain going as long as I can and then get that exit and then after that I think yeah, I'm not gonna. It might start with drop shipping but building a brand about something that I actually like have a passion for, that would be something pretty cool. Yeah, the suits are funny as bro. Number one tip for creative focus on the hook, man. Bro. How to be insanely focused and get more work done the last time. That is a good question. Limit your distractions, man. Like for me for some reason when I'm at my desk like having a nice ice cold drink there like that just makes me lock in so that headphones on. That also helps. But like I feel like a big part of the reason why like people also going for a walk really clears my mind and that helps me lock into. But like I feel like a lot of people to get their get to their computer and but they're just, they don't know exactly what they're doing. So if you can plan out what you're doing beforehand, that's really helpful. Okay. Facebook ads, bro. Four days. I'm just overthinking this. Yeah, I mean there's, there's a bunch of stuff to test on there. It is getting more competitive nowadays. But bought there always will be new products on there that are worth testing. The gold digger looked at you when you mentioned taxes. Careful, bro. She worked for the irs. She knew. She does. She's said something real bad. I can say it, I can't say it. How many employees do you have working for Your brand right now, for what niche are you currently in? Kitchen niche. Do you post on your brand's Facebook page? I think we've messed around a little bit with that, but you don't need to favorite offer structure. So I usually do like a volume discount. Which, you know, a lot of times you might think for your products, like, why do people like, why do a volume discount for this product? Like, why would someone buy three of them? But like, dude, trust me, people buy almost every product I've sold. People buy multiple of them. So yeah, I usually do a volume discount. You know, like buy one, get one 25 off. Buy one, get one 50 off. And then I can add some like free gifts or if you want some sauce, add some free gift cards, like a free ten dollar gift card. Because you might be thinking like, oh, that's $10 less than I'm getting per order. But that's not true. Like 90% of the time they're never going to use the gift card one. And then if they do use the gift card, you can just think of that as like paying $10 for that next purchase. Like, it's just, it's honestly kind of genius doing that. So really think that's a good offer right now. Any tips on how to progress from the start? Recently started my store. Getting inspiration from you, some words, advice you can give. Yeah, so just, I mean if you just started, like, you can't expect to be like super like even profitable right off the bat. Like, I wouldn't say that's a good expectation to have. I mean you always want to be optimistic, but like kind of go into there with the, the thinking like, okay, this might take me some time, but as long as I'm learning and I can like see myself progressing, like I see my stores getting better, my ads getting better, then that's all that matters. If I can do that over a longer, long period of time, it's inevitable for me to win. And then also like, definitely like join some sort of community or discord where there's other people doing it. Like I always, you know, recommend Rippy Club because that's what I was in. But you can do. I know there's a lot, a lot of different ones out there, but you know, make sure you're learning from the right place. An ear cleaning product, I mean there, dude, there's money in everything. Like this guy that was on Facebook or I, he has a YouTube channel. I don't remember what his name is, but he like had this product where you like blow like it's like pumps. It's like a little like pump thing and it pumps like air into your ear and it's supposed to like, help with like headaches or something. I don't know. But anyway, he does like a lot of money with that product, so you're stuff. I don't know. Also, anyone who know who Ricky Gutierrez is by any chance? Drop. Drop something in the chat if you know who Ricky Gutierrez is? Yeah, bro, I just. I saw that dude. We were just walking on the freaking. Not the beach, but the sidewalk next to the beach. And this guy just runs past me. He's like shredded. And he's tanning. I look and I'm like, dude, I know that guy. It was literally Ricky Gutierrez. Yeah, he's the stocks guy. He's a big guru guy. Yeah, I was like, what the. I haven't watched his videos in so long either. Are you still active? Rippy Club. So you might be the next guest. Yeah, I might. I don't know. Aunt supposed to hit me up about that. He hasn't hit me up though, so don't know when that's gonna happen. But I'm not really active in there anymore. No. Yeah, I heard that Ecom soup might never come back, which is kind of sad because I really loved his content. But I think honestly, if he's focused on. I think his focus was on getting that whole. What is it called? I don't know, his. The group of brands that he's running to like 100 mil then I mean, yeah, maybe not doing Facebook every or videos. Every day is the right thing. When is a good time to quit your 9 to 5, go full time drop shipping. I'm doing like 5 to 8k days for the last 40 days or so. That's pretty good, bro. E Comm zone. I've never heard of Ecom zone. 5 to 8k days is pretty significant. That's more than I was doing. I mean, I think I had a. Like a 7.5k day when I quit my job, but. Yeah, it does. Yeah, it does. Profit does play into that. And I guess just your risk tolerance as well, bro. Like, I don't know. I can't answer that for you. I don't want to like tell you to quit your job because maybe that's not the smartest thing. Dude, this is that. What am I doing? This is so zesty. Holy. Okay, How do you think Tik Tok being banned will change the Ecom space? I don't really know, to be honest. Yo, they said this Plug of content guys. So funny. He said bro, spreading his cheeks for the gold digger. You see that? Yeah. Does your guru do this? Huh? Oh what the hell bro. No way. He just did that on stream is crazy. That's great bro. Caught in 4K. I'm. I'm cooked. I'm cooked, bro. Don't nobody tweet at me on Twitter. Digital drop shipping. The idea sounds insane, like not having any cost of goods is kind of crazy. But I don't, I don't personally know anyone who actually doesn't makes money but who knows? What do you think of people about a Photoshop? Black guys on the bed probably. Bro, what do you think of making a really built up site for your product with jam pages on your product test? I wouldn't do that. I would just test with something simpler because that's gonna take a lot of time. I think your time is better spent, you know, just testing products and then once you find a winner. That's what I did. Once I found the winner, then that's when I got all that shit dialed in. What you watching? Tick tock. Tick tock. Yeah. Is the Kayla Day strategy still about? Yeah bro. I just found a product on Kayla Data that I tested for like a complimentary thing for my store and yeah it did. It's doing pretty well. So when you began, was there someone you learned for the most from content wise on YouTube? Like I did learn a lot from Econ Soup. Ecom Soup. I learned a good bit from the suits but they're not on here anymore. Honestly a lot of the guys that I learned from, like I learned a lot of stuff from Rippery Club, I will say that. And a lot of the stuff I Learned off of YouTube was kind of BS so it's kind of hard for me to answer that to be honest. What product research site do you use? Galit Day dad. Top three websites for landing page and product page. Like our like inspiration. I mean people always look@blame.com which is like B L E A M E. They always have a really solid one. I mean I would try to find same niche Michael, but I would try to find someone in your niche or yeah if you currently selling a product or testing or something, find someone in that niche or something and then kind of get inspiration from that. I didn't have any competitors on Facebook really. Maybe one, but it wasn't a very good one. So I like to take you to comfortable with Shopify. I don't know, it's gonna take you some time because there's There's a lot of different things you do in there. So it's a lot of different sections and stuff. But now, like obviously now after a few years, it's nothing. I find employees usually off upwork. It's Loki taking me forever to make websites. Yeah, I mean that's how it is off the rip, bro. Like you don't know what you're doing. You don't know where everything is, but you get faster as you go on. Do you sell? Already answered that. Would you suggest any of the products on the first few pages of Keela data? I would probably not. Those are all going to be ran already, so it would be hard to find one off there that's not already being pumped. Drop shipping. With Facebook ads you need at least a couple grand and you need a job. Couple grand or a job? How much time do you think we should be spending on building a spore store for product? Test that. Also that. No, you don't need to move a PR new bm. Oh, I see what you mean. That's tough. You don't need to move it over to a new bm. But like what I would do just start testing on the new BM if you can connect it to the same pixel and stuff like that, like to protect your pixel. Bro's got the camera in the back to make some spicy UGC now. Robbie, I can't do that. I keep doing that weird ass pose, bro. God. All right. Fashion product worth it. People print with fashion. I don't like selling clothing though. Personally my chest hurts. Chad, It's taking you forever. I already answered that. Oh, have any of the Kayla data ads still stay with you in the brand today? I think part of one as not like a full ripped. Wisdom with Michael. I'm kind of confused about that question. Not gonna lie. I do believe in God, bro. I'm a big believer in God. Are mentorships worth in the start? Not like thousand dollar mentorships. I would do like a per month, like a 50 per month thing. Do you believe that any product can become a winner with the perfect ad? Yeah bro, 100 like winning. I mean that's the thing is people say winning products don't exist. Like you can get kind of probably any product with a good enough ad to like 100k. But you do need a little bit of help getting it to like. Okay, okay Ezra. Okay. BM is your business manager. So it's kind of what your ad account and all your like assets are under. What do you think while started drop Shipping. Should we partnership with other drop shippers or spend money testing? I wouldn't partner off the rib. Yes, I am religious I guess. Yeah. What it means to scale. I'm currently doing 1.52k per month and assume I need to scale. I just don't completely understand what that means. Is it purely ad spend? Yeah, pretty much ad spend like scaling your. Your ad spend but also you want to scale at the same time your like output of ads. So you want to be creating a bunch of ads as well. What's a kind of ad format that's working for you right now like UGC us vs them x reason why for us it's kind of like one that's really worked for us really well is like a cheaper, shittier version of our product and then our product like showing that it's like this high quality product and then that comparison. Comparison videos. Yeah do really well for us. Actually I would what the next step after testing products and it's been so sick successful. If it's been successful then you want to obviously bump budgets and then you want to, you know, make sure your landing page is really good. I would start a B testing different pricing, different offers and then kind of find what works there. And then from there just keep. Keep scaling ads and ad output. It took me like took me a while. Probably took me like four to six months to make my first sale. Bro, are you currently using any agency account now that's killing you? No, just a personal account. Bro. Did you find your product when it just came out killing it or how many views do you think it's gonna kill it? No, bro, when I found my product it was pretty high on Kayla did. I'm not gonna lie. How much did you we spend per month on employees. Can we trust inexpensive freelancers? Remember also how much do you spend for my VAs? I think I'd pay them like eight or ten dollars an hour. I don't remember which but I made sure to. I think I paid. I had a VA in the past and he was really cheap and he was not good. So I kind of went through and I was a little more picky about who I selected this next time. Made sure they were good. And man, the Virginia I picked was she's amazing. And then now her. I think her little brother's working for me as well. So I feel like winning products only apply to organic. But if you're doing Facebook ads, it's basically somewhat of a myth. Yeah, I believe that I don't use agency ad accounts. Yeah, Gem Peach. Is this fucking really good? That's what I use. Make your own ads. We do both civvy E players. Okay, what is going on? Any set up works for his own personal account. I mean technically maybe the smart thing to do is to invest in a setup. But like I did a personal account and I haven't had too many issues. So. Okay, so with the 50 now the Verif, I never verified my BM. So a 50 daily spending limit. This is what I tell everybody. I've said this multiple times. Maybe I should make a video about this because I get this question all the time. What I did to kind of help get rid of that is. So there's this thing called a payment threshold on your account. So it's not your daily spending limit. It's different from that. It's basically like when. When Facebook spends this amount, it charges your card so it's automatically set to 50, but you could set it all the way down to three. So instead of doing one transaction per day, like if you're just testing like $50 a day because you spend 50 bucks a day. So it's only a charge card once. If you have your payment threshold on three, then it's going to charge your card like 16 times. And those 16, like positive like successful transactions. That is kind of what they look at to increasing stuff like that. And in my experience having more of those transactions, you know, speeds up that process. And also you can just ask support as well. Was your product not originally branded on? Yeah. No, it wasn't branded pro. If I find favor with you, invite me to America. I can do jobs to reach capital. I am from Africa. What the hell? I don't know what you. What the hell? Okay, how much do you make sure to have enough inventory and I get back charged like crazy. I mean I've run the whole thing with drop shipping. You don't have to worry about that usually. Yeah, I. I did go ahead and kind of check in with my 3 PL to make sure we were all good for quarter four. Just in case. We scaled really high, bro. Got a little nepotism higher. Yeah, bro. What niches do you find success? Kitchen niche. My gifts. I found success with a little bit cat toys. Actually I found success once, bro. Like bros, bro, Life is glitching like crazy. Oh, it is. Oh, never mind. Should you already have a brand name website and branding when testing? No, bro, don't worry about any of that. When you're testing you want to basically when you're testing, you want to Be like giving kind of, I mean I wouldn't say minimal effort, but like the minimum effort you can put in. Minimum money you can spend on it to verify it. Right. But you are going to have to put in some effort because your site has to look, you know, decent. Your ads have to look kind of decent and then you have to spend money because you're going to run ads. So just try to like do as little as you can and then to test. But like it's kind of hard at the beginning because you don't know what a good test looks like. Like you don't know how much work you need to put in to actually get a sale. But I try to like on these lives and stuff. I try to like pull up my. A site that I have tested on and gotten sales with. So should you already have a brand name? I already answered that. $3. Yeah, that is the threshold. I was saying do you buy extra supply when upscaling to a big store? No, bro, it's just drop shipping. So you don't have to do that. What your opinion on if we found a winning product but there's someone already selling it through Facebook ads? It depends on. Depends how good they are. So if their site's bad, then you could do better than them. If their offer isn't that good, you can do better than them like if their product goes aren't good or their ads. Like a lot of these people you. You have a chance to beat because no one's perfect. But at the same time, if there's a ton of people or there's someone like with a really solid site and like like that, then it's going to be very hard. Anything. Can you suggest a good video or course I could do to learn drop shipping, how to automate it. That's tough, bro. I don't know one video about it because a lot of the videos you're talking about are these gurus who make these like how to start drop shipping in 2025 or some. And those videos aren't that up to date, to be honest. Have you had any experience of working with suppliers create a custom product? So right now we're working on getting a different color for our product. It's not really a custom. Like it's not changing the product that much. It's just changing a color. But yeah, we're basically you kind of just ask them, they ask their supplier. Then you got to see what the minimum order quantity would be of that, bro. You give us inspiration. It's crazy to hear that you're working at pizza shop and now you're a boss home. Yeah, man, it's crazy. You know, your life turns around pretty quick, but if you can believe in yourself and then you can just work for it, bro, it's going to come to you no matter what. So I'm glad that I inspired you guys though. That makes me very happy. What's your testing strategy for someone 50 CBO, three days? Yeah, I do 50, bro. You could do 50 to 100. I don't do 150. That's kind of weird. I've done, I've scaled a product on tick tock ads before, but I don't recommend it. Va's help with product research. No, I did mess with that for a little bit. Like I was thinking of doing something like that at one point, but it's not worth it. Like there I can never. Because I've tested so many products. Like I've tested, well, maybe like almost a hundred. Like, I'm not even joking. I've tested a lot of products, probably like 75. And I can't give them that direct knowledge from my brain like to know what a good product looks like, like, because it's, it's almost hard to explain some of the things. So like all that time and all that effort that they're gonna have to go through to learn first off, like get product tests under their belt and then understand my thinking, like it's just gonna be so much longer. So I just do all that personally. Do you use at least a hundred for testing? You could do 50 to 100. Do you offer one on one calls? If yes, how can I reach out to. Yeah, I do offer one on one. You can find the link in my bio on YouTube. Would you say that you manifested success or didn't see coming? No, I definitely manifested it, bro. Like my first winning product. I don't remember if I manifested it or not, but this product definitely because like I was manifesting that stuff and before like I even, I was like going broke. So and I was, I still believed and I wrote it down and everything. What's your plan for the upcoming tariffs? Yeah, I heard about that. I don't. So I know a lot of people might get worried about that, worked up about it, but a lot. First off, presidents say a lot of things and not a lot of them come true. Second off, if something like that were going to happen, it's going to probably take a few years of, you know, going through all those, you know, legal things and all the courts and all that stuff. So I'm not too worried about it now. If that something that happens, then I'll just have to adjust accordingly. I am not working with Alex, whatever his name is. How long did it take me to learn? I mean, it depends what you like to learn. Obviously what I know now, like, it took me two years, like I've been in the space for two years. But to like get a profitable product, it took me like six months. I'd say. Okay. My hands falling asleep. All right. There's a lot of these gurus on YouTube though. I don't know which video would be a good one though. Yeah, that's the thing. That's what's tough about YouTube, man, and about these gurus because a lot of them don't actually drop ship anymore. So it's hard, it's hard to find a good one. If, if you can find someone who is running a store right now, then that's usually a good sign. If someone's willing to sell a product, where should they start marketing the product? I would always start with Facebook, bro. I started with Tick Tock and I would just. If I go back, I'd rather learn Facebook right now for sure. Because Facebook, you don't see anyone doing like million dollar months on Tick Tock. Wait, do you only test and scale on Facebook? I mean, I do Google, but that's not nearly like the scale that we do on Facebook. So yeah, pretty much just Facebook. I just YouTubed it and there were heaps of good vids. Just didn't know which one there is or which one was good. Yeah, it's. It's tough. It is tough to find a good one. I always use Luke's, bro. 360. What was the best automation site software? Automation site software. I don't know what that is. If that's like an AI store builder or something. I don't know. I don't use PayPal. Don't use it. You will get holds. It's a pain in the astro. How much would you recommend? I have to start drop shipping. I always recommend. I see if I come, I need to make a video on this because people ask me this all the time. You know, a few thousand dollars saved up or you probably need a job. If you don't have that. If you have a job, then you can just. Thanks for this live chat, by the way, man. Yeah, bro, of course. I got you. George, how did you develop discipline and say discipline throughout your journey? That's tough, bro. Like discipline is not something that's like, always going to be there. Like, it goes up and down. Especially for me. Like, I would say, like, there's a. There's a. A bottom to it, and that bottom level has, like, raised, you know, pretty significantly now. But it. Oh, it's always something that's. I'm trying to work on. But when it comes to, like, work ethic and stuff, it kind of started with, like, me first going to the gym. Like, when I turned 18 and graduated high school. I wasn't going to college, so I was like, dude, I need to start, like, doing something. And so the first. It just started with getting in shape, you know, going to the gym, and I started to, like, actually see that. Okay, when I lift weights and, you know, I'm eating and I'm lifting and I'm, you know, doing. Putting in the work, I actually see the results. And so that was something that kind of, like, like, proved my mind, like, to see that, like, you know, work does pay off. Hard work does pay off. So I started doing that, and then that kind of transferred over to my job. So I was working at Chipotle at the time, actually, as a grill guy. And so one of the hardest things about being a girl guy at Chipotle is bricking the grill, which is, like, cleaning the grill. It's hard because the grill is, like, 400 degrees, and you do it while it's still on, so you're sweating like a dog. And then also, like, you can just get burnt. And, you know, it's, like, hard to, like, scrape all that gunk off because they don't clean it the whole day. So you get a whole layer of, like, burnt crisp on top of it. That's from, you know, the whole day of cooking. And so, you know, and most people who worked at Chipotle at the time, that they dreaded it. Right. But then I started to, like, look forward to it almost as a challenge. And so I got really good at doing it. I got really quick with doing it, and, you know, I just started to, like, become a really good worker. Like, you know, I tried to do everything the best I could, and then that kind of just transferred over to, you know, E Commerce, I guess. What were the biggest obstacles with yourself? Like, procrastination or being lazy? Yeah, I went through a period this year of, like, really big procrastination and I guess being lazy. I wouldn't call myself a lazy person. Like, I. I've always, like, gone to the gym, like, five times a week. Like, I've never kind of stopped Going to the gym since I've started, but with like drop shipping stuff. Yeah, procrastination, bro. But a big part that helps me a lot. I feel like when a lot of people procrastinate, it's because they don't know exactly what they want to do and they're like, they have all these thoughts because they don't. They're like thinking about all these different options and stuff and they're pondering all the stuff and they're like, I don't know what's best, but if you can make a plan ahead of time, which is what I try to do every day is make a list of things to do and what order I'm going to do them in, then you don't have to really think about that. And then you don't have to question like what do I need to do right now? You know what you need to do. How much do you spend per product test? Usually a hundred dollars per day for three days. How are your friends from high school? Did you you put on doing right on? What? How are your friends from high school you put on doing right on? Well, my friends from high school I still talk to. I currently live with one of them. Yeah, they're cool. I like them. Will you be running ads on CNN type networks and tick tocks that you have a brand? Not currently in the works, but who knows, man. At what point did you start implementing email collection? Probably after like two weeks. Honestly when I scaled it up. Emails are good to add early because it's just free revenue basically. Also, do you use post purchase upsells and cross sales? Not cross sales yet. We're working on that. But definitely post purchase. Bro, bro. If you know you're selling to a woman audience, would you add that to a campaign or let the community. No, just let it find your audience. Don't worry about targeting it. It will automatically target women. But also like dudes buy gifts for their girls. So like you gotta think about that too. Well, thanks for answering my question, bro. Your story of working at a pizza place to being a millionaire's inspiration. I wouldn't say I don't think technically I'm a millionaire. I don't got a million in the bank, so I don't consider myself a millionaire. Yeah. Is it inspiration to all of us? Good night, man. Yeah, good night. He he. Ha ha. A funny name. Does Kayla Data give you suppliers? New? It's just like a product research app. What is my bench PR? It's 235. I've not flat benched in a while though. I hit 205 for 2 on incline the other day. Do I have to purchase the products to fill the orders? Can you explain that process a bit? Yeah. So basically a customer places an order through your website, right? It gets sent to your Shopify and it's like as an order. So then if it depends on what the process is a little bit different. Like for me I have my supplier so they just send me an invoice for the daily orders and I pay it. But for you, you probably, if you're starting off you're gonna have to go into like an app like CJ or you know, some sort of drop shipping app that has like the product in there and then you have to manually fulfill it. So basically then you pay for it and then it gets shipped out. Yes, from, I do ship from China. I am not working with this Alex Fettle toff guy, bro. He didn't say, he said he didn't sue me. I could reach you for a 1:1 call. Are there any fees for that? Yeah, I do, I do charge for my one on one calls mainly just because like there's not that much time in the day. If I, they were pre, like you can imagine how many one on calls I would do. And I am technically usually a pretty busy person, so. And I am, if it's one on one I'm going to give a lot of value. But if it doesn't, like I had a guy who scheduled one a few weeks ago and then like he said that he didn't like really want to do it anymore. Like we were calling, he was like, I just joined Rippy club so I kind of already know like what I'm like. I, I think he scheduled the call to like ask for advice but then he got that advice and so I just like refunded him. So like if, if you don't get a good value out of it, I'll just refund you. Do you know breast scales? I don't know him personally. I do, I watch his YouTube videos. He's a, he's a cool dude, bro. He's a cool guy. Yeah. Two plate club, bro. 1,000. 1,000 pound club as well, bro. I got a good deadlift on me. How long does it take you to average build a store, get creatives and just want to know. Yeah bro, it honestly probably takes me less than two hours to do that. Less than two hours? Maybe an hour in some cases. I have gotten pretty quick at it. What suppliers do you use? I have a Video about this. I use max drop shipping, but I talk more about that in the video. But find a winner and have to scale slowly due to cash flow issues. What stopping better from coming in and out into me on the market? Not much, bro. Not much. But you can like if you need to. I know. Shop. I don't think that does it off the start, though. You try to find funding from somewhere or if you can get like a credit card. I do surf scale, actually. Yeah, I do. I don't do it every day, but if. If we're performing really well one day, then. Yeah, I'll bump the budget. Okay. Oh, I'm getting my neck hurt. All right, I'm gonna answer these last questions and I gotta hop off with to spend an hour. So technically you have to have enough purchase power to buy the orders. Yeah. What's your dream car? Not counting them for Porsche 911. Let's say if tested four products and spent, I can recover some of that ad spend. Even the product turned out not to be a winner. Yeah, usually. I mean, if you're spending that much, like, I hope you got some orders because that's a lot to spend, but yeah, you will recover some of it. How much you got in the bank right now, bro? I'm not answering that question. That's crazy. Do you know Mark builds brands? Not personally, no. I hate deadlifts. I used to love them. I don't do them anymore. You just use Shopify, man. Or just Shopify. If I'm starting drop shipping for ads, brock self. Is $200 enough? Not really. I would not recommend it if a book I. If I book a call, me and my business partner both be on it. Do we have to book separately? No, bro, I've had. I've had a guy do that and I let his business partner. Come on. I don't care about that. Can you explain surf sailing? So surf scaling is basically you kind of bump your budgets depending on. Depending on performance. So like, for example, if I'm spending a thousand dollars per day on ads, right? And let's say the first $300, like the ads are popping off, right? We're getting like a four row as like super profitable, like over 30 margins. I'm gonna bump that budget from a thousand dollars probably to a thousand two hundred. And then I'll see what it spends the next like 200 or $300. Wait for it to spend that amount. See how the performance goes. If the performance maintains or gets better, obviously I'm gonna keep scaling. But if it Goes down, then I'll let it sit for a little bit and that's basically serve scaling. I do know know of him Mark builds brands or whatever how to increase Meta's ad budget so we can go Baloney. I just went on a whole spiel about that. You can contact support or you can lower your. What is it called, your daily spend something you can lower how much you spend, like how much your car gets charged. So instead of getting charged once per day for $50, you can do like 16 times per day for 16. And those, all those transactions that are like successful will help bump that up. I'm building a funnel like pre sales page, sales page and such. I've never really messed with that too much yet, so I can't tell you too much about it. No, I have one who's trying it right now. He did like 1k last month, I think in sales, but he's just like testing. I have 3k and a debit card. You think I can start and see a progress? I need a credit card. Yeah, you can. You could scale it, bro. Yeah, because I mean you won't be able to like scale it crazy right away, but once you start getting the payouts and the profits back then. Yeah. How did you learn? Drop shipping mainly Rippy club. I'd say two, three hours to build a store make six. Angle CR is about six hours easy download chop clothes make one. So. All right, that's not too bad. How can I test faster? 2 to 3 hours for a store is not bad bad. 6 hours for creatives is kind of crazy in my opinion. What's your opinion on building a funnel page, like a pre sales page sales phrase? Like I said, I don't really have an opinion on it because I haven't really messed with that too much. Yeah, bro. You're welcome for the Q and A. I will definitely enjoy the vacation. It's been nice. What did you get a partner? Why did you get a partner? I got it for one because I. This is my first time scaling this much. So one I needed help with. What's it called? Like some funding and stuff like that. So like some amexs. And then also he has more experience than me so I needed that as well. And then yeah, I just wanted some help with like branding and stuff like that. And he had a lot of like staff or like people under him working for him. That would have been really valuable that he would have just brought on. So that's been nice. What are some metrics you look to determine a winner after three days of med ads. Well, profitability, I mean, I guess you don't really have to look. It's really just CPA. So cost per acquisition, four hires, two V, two VAs, two editors. Starting journey. Are you start with one product store? Now, if you're branded drop shipping with difference in terms of returning visitors or profit, so. So branding drop shipping or branded drop shipping, it's just different. It's like a niche store. So you have different products. Like, you have upsells, but they're all in the same niche. So the profit, like, I don't know if there's a difference between that. I don't really know how to answer that. But you do get some more returning visitors because you're building a brand. You have more products. So people are to come back, they want to buy from you if they had a good experience. Right. So that's basically that. But, no, I would say I'm the career strategist. How do you. How do you deal with returns and chargebacks? Charge Blast. Yeah, bro. Moises Moses. Sorry, Moises. I don't know how you pronounce your name, but, yeah, you're welcome. Yeah. All right, I'm gonna go, guys. Thank you guys for watching. It's an hour, and I'm ready to lay down. Yeah, guys. All right. You guys have a good one. All right. All right.
