how i'd find a winning product if my life depended on it...

Nathan Miller, a $7 million e-commerce seller, walks through his method for finding winning dropshipping products. He looks for items with rising demand on TikTok and Amazon but minimal ads on Meta, then validates across platforms before launching. He evaluates real examples like fascia rings and pet-hair removal gloves using Kallo, the Meta Ads Library, and Google Trends.

All right boys, what's going on? We are gonna be showing you guys how to speedrun a winning product like your life literally depends on it. So as you guys can see, I'm in my pool right now and I'm pulling up a couple tabs here. And before I kind of tell you what these tabs are actually for, we need to discuss some— why this, why this even works and Basically, like, who am I to tell you this, right? So I've done over $7 million in e-com, and I know me personally, I know friends, I know people who have ran up to $1 mil months like myself who have done this and have made products work from doing this. So a lot of people, when they do product research, right, it's like very— I don't know how to explain it— very complicated because they don't really know what to look for. They just look for like a trending product. They looked for something that has, you know, maybe good content around it. But it goes a lot deeper than that. And if you think about, you know, why was I able to test one product that hit a $3K day the first day, but then other products I test, they don't do that. That is, if you dive down and if you go deep, deep, deep into why that actually happens, it's because there's such a high demand for a product and there's a low saturation. And when you have these two things, you have demand that is trending, that is rising, that there's a lot of, and it's selling in other places like Amazon, TikTok. And then you bring that product over to Meta and there's no one selling it yet. So there's literally no supply. You're going to have a really big jump in sales and you're going to be able to make that product scale super fast, right? This is what I did. This is what my friend Leon has done. This is what a bunch of people do is they find products that are running on TikTok, that are running on Amazon, that are selling super well, but they're not selling on Meta yet. Because if people are buying it on Amazon and TikTok, it's very likely that there is a lot of people who are going to have that demand when it comes to Facebook ads. So how do we find a product like this? So first, it comes from simply just looking and understanding what time it is. So this is why Q4 is the best, best time to do this and why you see a lot of kids hit crazy numbers in Q4. Is because in Q4 there's the most demand and demand just absolutely spikes. It creates all these new products, these new potential for winning products that people don't even see. And guys, there's probably so many products out there that people don't even run yet or haven't even ran that if they did, it would immediately just freaking slap a $3K day if you ran it. So our job is to try to find that. So right now it's currently— if you look up here, it's April 3rd. Right? So April, it's springtime, summer's around the corner. People, what are people trying to do right now? What are people trying to actually buy? What are people getting into? One, it's getting warmer outside. So gardening, hiking, outdoor stuff, that's going to be trending a lot. Pool stuff is going to be trending a lot as well because people are opening up their pools, hence why I'm in a pool right now. And so we want to think like that and actually think about the trends, you know, on a seasonal term. But then also you can look at overall trends as well. It's the best case scenario to find a product that is not just a seasonal trend, just a product trend, like something that's going to last a while, a long time, like a new discovery or something that people are starting to hear about. That's the best you can get into. But for this video, we're going to keep it broad. I'm not totally sure what product I'm going to choose yet, but let's go ahead and let's kind of go through Kallo and some other places. And just kind of see if we can find some products here. Um, Gareth Bale, nice. Okay, so on Kalo, usually what I do is I'd go to product, right? Yeah, last 30 days, that's totally fine. Right now we're just looking for products and categories that are trending, right? So something like that would be, um Sports and outdoors for sure, right? Beauty and personal care, we can always look at, but those are going to be kind of hard to find stuff in. Pet supplies, a lot of people are going to be taking their pets outside and stuff, so they're going to be looking for different things. Um, health, you can definitely find trending health stuff, but it is more difficult. Health is a very saturated niche. So what are some other things that people do around this time of year? I think we're just going to start there and we're going to press apply. All right, um, okay, I didn't apply yet, but then also revenue, we're just gonna keep it broad right now, but I might go a little lower and, and see what I can find. So first off the bat, we see all these products right here and you guys be like, oh, should I run these? No, probably not. The higher the revenue, the more chances that people are already running it on Facebook. Um, and we're trying to find a product, like I said, that nobody's running, or if anyone is running, they're like some terrible Chinese website or something like that. So we want to find something that looks super unique that I haven't really seen before. Something like fascia ring. So something like this, honestly, I've never seen this before. This is a new invention. Um, fascia ring, new fascia ring, fascia ring. Let's look at this. Let's see if we can find this on Amazon. This is really interesting. I know, I know, like this fascia trend going on right now. People are talking about fascia and how important it is to release all that. Um, 50+ bought. Okay, so not that many people are buying these yet, but it has— it still has really good analytics on TikTok. So I'm still kind of interested in this. Let's look at some TikToks about this. See what they kind of go over.
This is for the ones who hate their stubborn belly but never have the time. This is the cordless vibration plate that really helps target that stubborn belly area while you can still do things around the house. There's 6 different levels to choose from, and 10 minutes of this says it's an hour of jumping rope or an hour of swimming.
Throw on a shirt, dude, look at this comment, bro. I just ordered. If I don't see any change in 30 days, I'm returning it. That's hilarious.
Gotta do around the house, run a few errands, and nobody would know. So if you struggle with setting aside time to really work on that stubborn belly area, I'll link this one down below for you. This is for the ones who—
Okay, so right there we already have, you know, some good content. That one has 300K views and it was posted on the, on the 1st of March. So it's been only a month that people have been really seeing this. There's like another couple few ones. Let's see if anyone's running this on Meta. Honestly, if no one's running this on Meta, this itself could be a pretty good, good product. I'm using Get Hooked here, not Meta Ads Library. You can use either or. Okay, so we have one at least who's running it, but let's see if this is a general store. Holy flashbang. Okay, perfect example. This is literally Indian, so this is like a terrible store. So I wouldn't consider them any good competition. Um, let's continue to look. Actually, what I'll do here is I go to limits, ads per brand, and you guys doing this, you can do the same thing with Facebook ads. It's the exact same. Oh my gosh, it's so cold. It's the exact same process. And they see there's only 81 people running anything like this. Is this product a great product? Like, probably not. I mean, I don't know, maybe some people say it works, but people use vibration plates, so it definitely can sell. These are just O-rings and stuff. So right now we already— doesn't look like there's anybody really running this yet. So you guys can go double-check it on Facebook Ads Library as well. Um, but let's see, let's see how the demand's kind of going. I don't know if this is really going to be that much of a search term. Okay. So it's definitely kind of starting to rise a little bit here. If we look at fascia just in general, Fashions starting to be really talked about. So this is an example of what we're looking for. We're looking for something that the market's just overall growing. It looks like it's kind of got a seasonal trend to it here. Looks like it really peaks in July, probably when people start to really hop on like, you know, weight loss stuff. Like people want to look really good in the summer. So that makes a lot of sense why it would peak then. So this is probably a really good product to actually run right now. You have the Kayla data, you have all these really, really wonderful ads that are already made just like this. You could throw this up and day one it could absolutely rip. So, um, that's kind of the whole process. I'll go through and see if I can find one more just for you guys, see if I can find another product that was like literally on like, I don't even know, like the first page or something. Um, Let's continue to see if we can find anything else. It is really cold out here though, like, oh my God, I think it's like literally like 40° right now. So I'm like, I'm taking dips into the pool cuz it's heated. Oh my gosh. Um, okay, so these are just a bunch of like health crap I don't really want. Okay. Let's just continue looking through. I haven't seen too much like outdoorsy things. Um, I really want to see some more outdoorsy stuff because that stuff is probably popping right now. But like weight loss is obviously going to be really popping right now. Lift-in-bag pooper scooper. Like dude, even something like this, like I think logistically this is not going to be the best to ship out because of how big it is, but something like that people would definitely buy right now. I'm guaranteed there's probably nobody selling that. Um, let's see what else we got here. All these vibration plates. So you guys see all these vibration plates which have been like crushing it for so long, and you're just taking that, you're just doing a belly ring instead. That's like, it makes sense why that would be popping off. Okay, okay. Um, okay, okay. What is this? Interesting. There's a lot of products on here, guys. So like, and a lot of people stress about these numbers and stuff. You don't have to stress about that. Even a product is doing like less than $50K, I've sold them and they've done really well. So, um, it's really just about finding something untapped. I'm not really seeing much here though. I mean, this dog stair thing, but I'm not gonna— that just looks like a pain in the butt to ship. Okay, it's pet hair remover gloves. Hair removal is going to be huge right now. Actually, that's a good one because if you think of pet hair— so this is kind of more an example of like a trendy thing because like I'll show you exactly, like, pet hair removal. Pet— my hands are literally freezing. Removal. If you search this up, right? Oh, that's also peaking right now. Super interesting. Okay, I don't know why. It should be kind of a seasonal thing, but looks like it's just really, like, taking off. Maybe it's that long COVID to get into people or something. Um, and so you can look here and try to find some pet removal or hair removing products. Like even this, like, Electrostatic Love, it's kind of an interesting new mechanism they threw on it. Something like this would probably rip right now. Um, that's if no one's selling it. So let's see what people are doing for pet hair removal. Just do pet hair. Oh my God, it's freezing. Oh my God. Okay. Oh, I'm so cold right now, guys. So we have like the vacuums and I'm sure you guys have seen it. Okay. We have, do we do have this guy selling it, but he's not even in the USA. It looks like, so let's see. Let's see. USA only. So we have a total of 160 ads. It's not really that much. So this is, uh, potentially a good product. Oh my gosh, stuff like this makes it so much easier. These are some like wipe or something. That's a vacuum. I'm not seeing a glove yet. That's a good thing, brother. Okay, so, oh, let's keep looking. And like I said, guys, I use GetHooked, but you can use Meta Ads Library as well. Okay, they're talking about brushing. Okay, they got a steam brush. Yeah, so this is like kind of a new product that no one's really selling in the USA market yet. So that is another potential thing. You see, it's obviously going crazy. And also, I think pet hair is affecting people. Like, allergies are worse this year because of like long COVID, which is actually because technically when you get COVID, it releases a spike protein into yourself that really stays in you for multiple years. And so you kind of have to figure out how to get that out. It's a whole rabbit hole I've been down it. Um, but if you look at, I mean, pet hair glove My fingers are raised, but I can't get them wet. See, these are already popping off on Amazon and no one's selling them. So there you guys go. That is essentially that, just a little different. But that is how you would speedrun finding a winning product. Like, it's really just about finding— like I said, you find a product that is in trend, the demand's rising, and then you find one that also has no one selling on Facebook. And if you time those two things, if you validate it on Amazon, you validate on TikTok, you validate it on Google Trends, and no one's selling on Meta yet, that's a really good sign and it's likely gonna pop off. So there you guys go. That's exactly how I would do it if my life depended on it. Um, hopefully you guys got some good sauce from this video. So peace, boys.
