I became a RETARD and immediately became rich

In this motivational monologue, the speaker—an 22‑year‑old drop‑shipping entrepreneur—argues that adopting a "retard" mindset—characterized by rapid, low‑effort action rather than over‑analysis—drives massive business success. He recounts quitting a pizzeria job, generating over $3 million in e‑commerce sales in a single year, and using the freedom to travel. He illustrates his point with an art‑class experiment where a group tasked with producing as many paintings as possible outperformed a group obsessing over perfection, concluding that quantity and fast iteration accelerate learning. He describes how, after abandoning a methodical product‑selection approach, he tested a product on day one, achieved a 5× return, and scaled to roughly $1 million per month. The speaker repeatedly emphasizes failing fast, embracing discomfort, and continuously testing new products to reach an eight‑figure revenue target, positioning relentless action as the antidote to perfectionism and stagnation.

I became a retard and immediately started making more money. This is going to be a weird concept for you guys, but it works. And if you guys don't know me, I do drop shipping, I do E. Com. I did $3 million in sales last year. I quit my job at a pizzeria. You know, I was able to travel to Hawaii, travel to Miami, you know, network, meet people. And overall just kind of like changed my life. And, you know, have that freedom, have that escape from just working a regular job every day. And so, you know, last year was a huge, huge part of my life. And this video, I'm telling you, becoming a retard actually helps. One time there was this class, right? And it was an art class. And this art class had this teacher. And this teacher, she was doing a little experiment for herself, okay? And she decided to split the class into two. So two different groups, right, Directly in half. And so she told the first group, I want you guys to try your hardest to make the best painting possible. Each of you guys, okay, obsess all over those little details. Just try to make the absolute best product that you can. And then we're going to compare after. And then the second group, she told, just make as many paintings as you can. Just literally spam paintings. Just do as much as you can. Like, do as much as you possibly can. And, you know, they did this for a few weeks, right? And then after those weeks, they came together and they were able to, you know, compare the results. And the results actually came out. That group two, the group that just did as much work as they could, made as much paintings as they could, had the better paintings. And you guys might. It might not make sense to you guys because they're putting in less effort, right? They're not doing as much, you know, meticulous, like, into, like, they're just not thinking as much. But that actually, that thinking actually delays your progress. And this is something that I found. And this is why, like, being a retard is actually beneficial. Like, if you can just, like group two did, put less thought into it, but just take so much action, just continue to take action, continue to, like, put out more products, you know, whatever is in life that you want to do. If it's drop shipping stores, like, just test more products, and then from testing those products, you're going to learn way quicker. And you're going to learn, like, from real results rather than the stuff in your head. And that's why like, like group one, their paintings weren't as good because all the Things, all the little changes that they're making on the painting and all the little decisions that they're obsessing over, it's all in their head. It's not even, like, things that they've actually put out into the world and tested and gotten results back from or gotten feedback. It's literally just things that they made up in their head. So if you want to, like, really exponentially grow, like, how fast you get results and how fast their success comes, just take so much action. Don't worry about making, you know, making mistakes, you know, failing, or even just looking, like, stupid. That is part of learning. And honestly, the quicker you fail and the quicker that you're able to take action is the faster you're gonna be better, you're gonna learn, and you're gonna perfect that skill. And so this is something that I've found, especially with, like, E Commerce and drop shipping, because last year, you know, I had a winning product in the very beginning of the year. And then after that, you know, I was kind of in that. That spot where I was, you know, testing products. We're trying to be super methodical about it, trying to, like, make sure, like, it's the perfect product. And then because of that, there were so many opportunities that I passed on just because of one little thing. It slowed my progress because I could have just tested that product that night. You know, I eventually flipped the switch, and I was like, you know, I'm just going to test these products, man. I'm just going to start throwing them up. And I found a good product. And, you know, I tested it, I threw it up. Didn't even, like, wasn't even that confident in it. Like, I was not even that confident that it was going to work. I was doubting it. And literally, day one, like, I got a 5x return. And from there on, I scaled it and scaled all the way up to a million dollars a month. Like, that's what happens when you just take action and you don't have to, like, necessarily believe in it, but you just got to do it. You just got to just get in there, get in the trenches, and just start working hard. And so, like, this, you know, it's something that's changed in my life. Like, I'm not even joking. And there's a lot of people I know and a lot of people, because I've had so much success this past year, and, you know, I've, you know, actually was able to accomplish my goals and stuff. Like, it makes me, like, see these other people who are around me or people who, you know, I know, who haven't really accomplished their goals and see how like, wow, yet they are really like just overthinking it. Like, they're just trying to like, be perfectionist. Like, what if it doesn't work? What if it fails? Like, and they, and when they start thinking like this, they don't take any action and so they just stay in the same spot. And my mindset has always been I'd rather be failing and looking like an idiot than just staying in the same spot. Because long term, who's actually going to be more successful and you know, have even like a better life, have better stories. It's the person who's going to go out there and take some action and fail, be willing to fail. Even if I mess up, even if I go like into a bunch of debt, like, if I continue to take action, it's going to happen. Like I'm going to find success. And so you can't go anywhere, stay in the same spot like it sounds, but it's, it's true. You can't go anywhere just doing the same things you have always done. You gotta take action, you gotta do something different. You gotta be a little bit uncomfortable. And that's something that I've realized. And you know, fast forward to today. Like, you know, I'm 22 years old and I've done over $3 million in sales online already. And this year, like, I have much bigger goals than that. I want to get to eight figures this year. And it's going to be very hard. It's not going to be easy, but I know that I'm going to be taking so much. I've already been taking so much action and testing and testing and testing. I've tested like so many products already. And so eventually one of these things are going to hit and then I. My plan is to, you know, actually brand it correctly this time. I learned a lot from my last experience and build something legitimate that I can actually exit. Something that, you know, I'm proud of. Not some, just some dinky dropshipping store. And so, so be a doer, go take action and you know, maybe don't think as much. So hopefully you guys enjoyed the video and peace.
