It's, hey, look who we got. Yes, sir. You might be asking, Nate, you're 21 years old. How have you gotten a Shopify play button? What do you call this thing? Plaque. 10,000 order plaque already. And I'm about to tell you the sauce. And the sauce is not a strategy. It's not a, you know, gimmicky little thing. It's a mindset. And a lot of you guys might be like, oh, fuck off. I don't want to hear a mindset thing. But you need to hear this if you want to get to this point. This is something I started doing with the brand that I currently am scaling and running, that I got this from, this plaque from. And it's something I didn't do in the past, and I changed it. And that's been the difference, basically. So what that was is literally treating the obstacles that are thrown my way. Because when you're an entrepreneur, you have to understand that you're going to learn a lot on your own. And there's a lot of things that get thrown your way that you don't know how to solve that because you're on your own. You don't have a lot of help. You can try to look for stuff, but a lot of times you have to make your own personal judgment, trust your gut, and kind of go with what you think is best and learn from that. Because if you think about it like people, normal people go to college and get normal jobs, they're going down a path that is normal, that many people follow, that there's problems along the way, but they know the solution to the problems because everyone around them has done the same thing, and so they can learn from them. But if you're an entrepreneur, it's not like that. You have to solve your own problems, and they're going to be very unique and different problems. And this can be very intimidating, and this can be very. It can make you doubt yourself. And it can be very maddening because. And I can't think of the word I'm looking for, but discouraging, very discouraging, because you don't know what to do. And so you're like, you lose hope almost. And that's what I used to do. I used to lose hope, and I used to be like, well, I can't do this anymore. Or I almost use it as an excuse not to do work. And that completely changed with this brand. This brand, I decided to treat all the obstacles thrown my way. Problems that could be, you know, credit card holds that can be Chargebacks, that can be anything. Recently, creative fatigue. This last month I had. The start of the month was amazing, right? We're doing like three row as crazy. And then the next week we did like 1.7, 1.6, you know, break even losing money some days. And that fills you with a lot of doubt and that could put you in a bad space. But what I did, I was like, okay, there's things I can do here. I can improve what I put into the business. And what needed to be improved at that point was the creative input. You know, the quality of UGC creators I had working for me and sending me videos, the quality of editing, you know, actually tracking the hooks, the hook rate, the hold rate, tracking all the stats for creatives to be measuring them and to actually be intentionally improving. And intentionally, I'm trying to figure it out, make better decisions and decisions that are going to help us succeed and help the creatives perform better. Did that. And there's so many other obstacles I've had to go through. And every single time recently with this brand that I've gotten, these obstacles I've just pushed through. And I've always thought the obstacle is the way. You can't go around the obstacle. You can, but you shouldn't go around the obstacle. If you go through it, one, you're going to get better because you're going to learn how to avoid that obstacle or just if you face it in the future, you know what to do. So you're going to get stronger. And number two, it's going to make you more resilient. And that is definitely what happened to me. I had so many different obstacles, like I've said, pushed through them all, went through them all, even when I didn't know how to solve them, even though I was like, shit, I don't know what to do. Like, I'm having this problem and I've looked everywhere and I honestly do not know what to do. I would always have a belief that there is a way to get around this, there's a way to get through this. You just gotta believe and you gotta work. And I've done that, I've implemented that and it's made me stronger. And that's why I'm hitting these numbers I'm hitting. And it like, it levels you up because you just, you keep learning and you keep growing and it just makes you a better entrepreneur and better at whatever craft you're doing. So, for example, hopefully I don't leak the store this was this month. So far, it's December 3rd. So average that out. That's like 70k a day. We've been crushing it recently. Black Cyber Monday weekend, we did like almost 300k in sales, which is pretty crazy. So we've been growing. You know, we didn't quite get a million a month this last month, but this next month we're definitely gonna do that. We're growing the business. We're, you know, being intentional about our creatives and really learning, guys. Really, really learning. And things are looking really good, so just wanted to make this video. I know the intro is kind of weird, but I'm a creative guy and I like to fuck around, so I appreciate you guys. Thanks for watching and peace.
