I very may well, I very may well be retarded, but I made 2000, $23,000 in the last five days. Now here is how I did it. Given all the sauce here, I'm giving the full breakdown of how I did this. Alright, how did this, you know, questionable character make this Mata dough in five days? Well, here's how I did it. So obviously drop shipping first off, but let's get more specific here. We're going to be talking about the lowest hanging fruit, right? So concept, most people know the lowest hanging fruit. What is the lowest hanging fruit? Well, it's the fruit that's the lowest on the tree. Why is it significant? Because it's the easiest to pick, right? It's the easiest to grab and to feast on. And so you want to identify with when you're trying to get better at anything, you're trying to do anything in life. Do the lowest hanging fruit first because they're the biggest things that will have the biggest results, the easiest things to have the biggest results and next thing you know, you'll be further along than you were. And so the lowest hanging fruit in dropshipping is undoubtedly TikTok Shop and Kayla Data. And a lot of people hate on Kayla Data for good reason. One, it's oversaturated, right? Everyone knows about it like it's been, it's like two years old now. And you're technically, you know, you're stealing digital content from people which you know can be considered gray hat. And if you do it for long enough and you don't learn the other things about running a brand or a store, it can become an unhealthy crutch that you rely on. However. But what if you can do the best of both worlds, right? Because Kalo TikTok is still the easiest way to test products really fast because there's a plethora of videos that you already know work on that platform. So there's no upfront video editing. There's already underlying creative strategy that's already selling on there that you guys can identify and then apply to your own brand. And there's massive opportunity to take a product to the next level because most people off Caleb did it like, yeah, it's super saturated, right? But most people are still literally just ripping one to one and is running it running ripped ads. But how you could be better, you can do the best of both worlds where you can test fast, you know, rip content from Kayla Data, but then you could also just take it to a different level. And the way you'll do that, right? You come over here. Is exactly how I scaled my first product. Not my first product, I've scaled other products, but how I scaled the product I'm currently running to consistently hit, you know, 3,300k plus months from Kayla Data, right? It's a form of Kayla Data product. And I took this product, right? It had decent sales, decent content, but it had a clear winning angle. And I think this is the most important thing that you guys can really try to look at is, you know, when you're selling something on the Internet, it's. It's all marketing, it's all strategy, it's all just creatives. Like, it's all ads. 90% of dropshipping is ads. And so if you guys see a product in keeladata and they're creating videos and they have winning, winning videos that are selling very well and all those videos are talking about the same thing or the same problem, the same solution, the same type of customer, that is a winning angle. And you guys can take that from Kayla Data, put the product on a site and make the whole site about that one angle. And I take there's a good chance it's going to print. And so that's exactly what I did. You know, I took the product, had 100k plus in sales, had a clear angle, branded it to that specific angle. Avatar. Avatar is basically the type of person who would buy your product. So it was, you know, our customer. So branded it to that specific customer that was already working on Kayla Data. So I essentially just niched down the product like super, super far right? Because instead of just launching it as, you know, whatever it was called back on Kaylee Data, for example, let's take like, like Yerba Mate. Like imagine like I launched a year, but Mate, no, I found what the winning angle was behind all the Yerba Mate TikToks and ads and things that were printing on TikTok shop, which we knew about Yerba Mate. It was like the Ozempic angle, like nature's Ozempic angle. And so I took that and just created a whole site about the nature Ozempic, made the whole brand around it, right? And I mean, I didn't actually do this. This is not what I actually did. I'm just giving an example here. But. And then I made more ads that look exactly like the ones from TikTok, right? Maybe a little bit different concepts, maybe podcast ads, maybe I use some AI ads. Maybe I tried to put those ads in, in different formats. Because everything on, you know, TikTok shop is going to be ugc. And then I made my funnel speak to the exact customer who would want to buy. You know, the natures of zempic. So I looked at who they were targeting, who was buying even on Amazon, looked at reviews and then I boom, started scaling. And then from there, you know, the next step I took was I had the profitable business, right? I had the profitable brand store. But now it's really important to build a team and most people, they don't. This is where they stop, right? They rip the product, they maybe do some good marketing and stuff, throw it up, but they don't build out a team. And building out a team has allowed me to run this like super, almost super hands off. Like I still do a lot of work on this brand every single day, right? There's tasks I get done, I try to improve it, I try to optimize it, I try to think of new ideas and stuff. But this is, I have not had like a hands on job in this brand for the past like six months. And it's been super consistent and getting better every month. And that is just because I did a good job at hiring team. So the first things you want to hire if you don't already have these, if you've been doing E Comm for a while, hopefully you already have some of these. But if you don't, you need to get the customer service va. So these are people you find on upwork. You know, for five to ten dollars per hour I can make a separate video about hiring people because I have spent like probably over a hundred grand on upwork this year. So I can definitely make a video about that. I think that would be a great video. But you need customer service vas. So these are the people who will respond to emails, you know, maybe do some like chargeback stuff for you. Like there's a bunch of stuff mine do. But basically the biggest task they're gonna be doing is handling emails and customer support. Video editors. Huge. Huge. You need to get video editors. You are not trying to become the best video editor in the world when you're doing E Comm. You're trying to become someone who's good at E Comm. So outsource it, bro. Like I used to video edit my ads back in the day. Wish I never did. Because you don't. It's a skill you don't really need to know. You should know what looks good and you do know what looks good. We're all addicted to the algorithms of Instagram and stuff. We know it looks good. So you can hire video editors off Upwork, 15 to 30 per concept, usually around there, give or take. You want to try to find good quality because there will be a lot of crap editors out there. But you find them on Upwork, you know, LinkedIn X bunch of different ways you can find them. And then a part time developer, this is one that most people I feel like don't have that I know from E Comm. And a developer is someone who can do custom codes. You can send them an offer. Literally my developer is so cracked and shout out to Charlie because we use the same guy. I can send him a screenshot of like the Mars Men offer and then he could just implement that in my site and build it in my site and make it look exactly the same, which is like insane. So I can test offers like that, I can test different price things like that, different structures like that. And he, I'm constantly training him on like how to use, you know, these different apps and stuff. So he's getting good with kaching, he's getting good with, you know, the subscription apps and stuff and how to set that stuff up. And he's just doing overall really good job. So you can find these also usually 20 to 40 per hour via upwork. So highly recommend that it is a complete unlock. It really changes how many things you can test the variables that you're able to tweak versus if you're just using a shrine theme and you're just doing stuff yourself. And then next is building the system. So you have the team, you have the business now you need to build the system. This is kind of how you actually transfer all these employees and make the business run without you. For customer service you got to either hire one that knows what they're doing and they can teach people below them because when you're scaling you're going to need more than one. You're going to need I have three right now, which I'm surprised I still only need three. And they're going to need to know how to use Zendesk, how to respond emails, how to make it like super organized. You want everything to be super dialed and organized. And another thing you should do is definitely get a slack channel. Like this is super important. Get a slack. It's, it's like I think it's free. And then you can put sections for every single position you have at your, your brand in there. And so you just have one big channel, one big like discord essentially for your whole brand and you can Message everyone in there. It makes some, makes it super, super easy instead of having to go back and forth on WhatsApp and Upwork and all this stuff. Definitely get slack. But that's kind of where you start to build these systems. And like I said, I'm not going to go into depth about the system making right now. Like there are a lot of different ways you can approach it. So I would, I could tell you guys how I've done it, which I think I've done a decent job and I've learned a lot. But an ad creation system is super important as well. And you don't need a creative strategist. You can act as the creative strategist if that's something you want to do. And if you really are like, okay, I want to know what, like actually how to market and stuff like this. I want to learn these skills so I have them down the line, which is very wise. I definitely think you should do that. But you do need at least a system. You need a system. You need like a notion system. Can't really do it in Slack, so I think notion is usually the best. I think trying to think of what other people do. I'm not totally sure, maybe like a Google Drive, but notion is super sick for this. I can also break down my notion system. I think that'd be super valuable. And then you need to do some sort of AB testing procedures or system. So you want to set a goal for how many tests you do per month. This is super important. I've slacked off on it I think like for the past few months. But if you can consistently do like, let's say you do three tests per month and on average like maybe one hits and they like increase your profitability by 5% over time you're just gonna get better and better and then you're gonna learn all these little minor tweaks that you can take with you. The rest of if you wanna start another product, you can implement them and have a much better shot of it being profitable and scaling early on. So like you're learning all these informations and I mean it is very product and customer dependent, I would say that. But it's still good stuff to know and at least you get the, the grasp of the concept. And then you also need to set goals or KPIs for each system. So you need to have like, okay, this is where I want to get to with my chargeback rate or my email rate or my return rate. This is where I want to get to with my Creative win rate or I want to get to this much and spend. Like you want to have these goals. So like the people that you're hiring, they have things to shoot for and then you can incentivize those as well. So that's a brief explanation about the system building stuff. And then, you know, now from here, if you do all those things, you build the systems right, you hire the right people, you have a product that's profitable. Like you have a profitable business that you can focus on growing instead of working on. Like, you're still gonna be working on it, but you're not gonna be doing all the daily like grunge work, the daily, like just busy work that all these other people in your team are going to be doing. So what are the next steps? So finding better talent. So this could be with poaching on LinkedIn. This can be just even looking through upwork and just trying to improve things here and there. Just making better hires and whatnot. You can make optimization. So this is just more like CRO, more testing, better ads, maybe better systems. I mean improvement systems. I have next. And then finding new ways to grow, like new channels and new SKUs. So there are a lot of different things you can do to grow the business. And it's good to have people working in the business so you can step out of it and be like, okay, where can I see this thing going? Like, where, where can we grow? Where can we get bigger? And then from then on, then you'll be back over here where eventually you'll get to the point where you are a little retarded, but you are making some good bread. And this is where I am at currently. The brand I've been running, I've been running for eight months and I'm going to continue running it probably for another four. And then I'm going to look at some offers to exit because I have some other projects that I want to start. But this is kind of how you do it. This is like, this is what E Comm can be. And you know, to this day, like if I really wanted to, I could take a week off and my business would probably do just fine. Like I could just step out of it and be like, okay, you guys can run it and it would do okay. Because I have systems for media buying. I have systems for everything built out almost and they're improving slowly. I got the goal set and everything and it's, it's running smoothly. And so it's really. This is probably the biggest thing I've learned this year is, you know, building teams and building systems. I knew how to market, I knew how to, like, scale a product before. But really turning it into a real business and a real brand has really been a game changer for me. And it's honestly freed me up a lot as well, so I can think about other things. So this is how, you know, I might be retarded, but this is how I made this much money. And I definitely think you guys can do it as well. It's not as hard as it seems. I remember the first time when I tried to message someone off of, like, upwork or something, and I was really nervous because I never, like, had an employee before or anything like that. But I'm telling you guys, you can do anything you want. Like, it's not that complicated. It's not that hard. It's not weird, right? It's completely normal for these people. So hopefully you guys got some good content for this. If you guys liked it, please, like, please subscribe and I'll see you on the next video.
