So my whole personal like improvement journey, I've always looked up to these guys, like, you know, David Goggins and all these like crazy like maniac dudes who like just seem to have endless discipline, right? Seem to be like insane. Like, you know, wake up at 5am in the morning, you know, eat fucking nails and then go for a five hour jog or something, like some crazy stuff, you know, ice bath and all those things. And I always thought that if I were going to become successful, if I were going to become rich and wealthy, that I needed to do those things. I need to be like the perfect human being. And I needed to be, you know, completely dialed in in all aspects of my life. Like, I cannot have any free time. I can't do anything I enjoy. I just need to be dialed in and I need to, you know, sacrifice everything. And that is not the case. I can say that because right Now I'm making 50k plus a month with my E Commerce business. I've become successful. I've completely turned my life around basically. And some days I still wake up at 2pm it's such a lie that people tell you that you need to do this, you need to do that. It's not true at all. It's definitely something that is a huge misconception when it comes to this space. I do think a big part of the reason why a lot of people who wake up late don't become successful is because they let it ruin their whole day. And I stopped doing that a while ago because, you know, everyone's gonna have those days that you're gonna be late, you're gonna be up late at some point in your life. So like, you're gonna be days where you're gonna wake up late. And instead of those days, like, instead of thinking like, oh man, I just wasted my whole day like, and just kind of like moping through the rest of the day like, I can't do anything. I don't have that mindset anymore. I'm like, now. The difference is I'm like, okay, this is the start of my day. I'm gonna get as much done as I can do and I'm gonna make it work. And I've been doing that for a year or so now, maybe like two years now. And that's a big reason why Mabel, to be, you know, and find success. Even though my sleep schedule is terrible, like absolutely terrible. Like today we got a light 13k in revenue. We're working on getting some new creatives and you know, different tests out right now. So the margins aren't perfect. Got to work on it. But you know, it's part of the journey, guys. Another big reason why I can have a terrible sleep schedule and succeed is this list right here. So I make this every night and it's just simple checkboxes with like what I need to get done in the day. And it doesn't have any times on here, I mean, besides this call because, like, I know that I have a terrible sleep schedule. And so, like, if I wake up late, like I'm still gonna get all this stuff done. Like today I woke up at like 12pm or like 12:30pm which is late. And you know, I still check the ads manager. You know, I went to the gym, made TikToks, I read, I visualized, I did market research. I, I created a new SKU for the brand. I upload the images and then I texted Connor, had a call with Connor, had a call with a student, made already one YouTube video today, making this one now. And I've already done a bunch of research for some different products I want to test out. You know, obviously texting back and forth with agents and stuff like that. And you know, like made breakfast. Like, I've had a very productive day still. And so don't let waking up late affect your day, man. Like, just make, make it the best day you can possible. Like, you can't, once you wake up late, you can't change the fact that you woke up late. So you might as well do what you can. You can, you know, actually lock in and it'll get all your stuff done. You have still have control over that, so might as well do that. And yeah, I just think it's a big misconception that, you know, if you wake up at 5am that's going to make you a successful person. It's not true. There's thousands and thousands of people wake up at 5am and don't make over 100k a year. So if you know that, then you know that's not the real thing that's going to separate you from other people. It's just the amount of work you get done every day. So hopefully this helps you guys. Hopefully this makes some sense. And yeah, talk to you guys later.
