Poor man's way to get rich with dropshipping. Not the easy way but it works.

In this candid, no‑fluff video, the speaker outlines the three core principles that enabled him to achieve success in e‑commerce and dropshipping. First, he stresses the necessity of holding a regular job to provide a steady cash flow and emotional buffer, allowing systematic product testing without risking personal savings. Second, he emphasizes unwavering commitment and self‑belief, warning against treating the venture as a side‑hustle and describing how mindset determines persistence through inevitable setbacks. Third, he advises “doubling down” by maintaining integrity—delivering solid customer service, protecting reputation, and handling refunds—while reinvesting profits into scaling actions such as quitting the day job, increasing ad spend, or purchasing mentorship and paid calls. Throughout, he critiques “guru” shortcuts, underscores the long‑term nature of the journey (six months to two years), and encourages viewers to adopt a disciplined, hard‑working approach for sustainable wealth.

All right, what's going on, guys? So this is going to be a no BS video. This is not the easy way. This is the poor man's way to get successful with E Comm or whatever. I titled this video, okay? So we got a little step ladder here, right? And we're gonna have three steps, all right? My three steps for success, if you should say, okay. And this is actually the way I've done it. So you guys can look back at my channel, you can look on what I've accomplished. I'm not going to talk about that in this video, but this is exactly what I did to get rich, to get successful and to, you know, make it, for example, alright? And this is not gonna be, you know, some BS way. A lot of gurus out there, they like to tell you it's really easy, you know, there's not. It's not hard. They like to make it seem so, like just easy, like it's a cakewalk, like everybody can do it. It's not. It's hard. And the way I've gotten here is by being smart, by working very hard and you know, being fast, being quick. And so I'm gonna be telling you guys these three steps and you gotta listen to me, okay? So number one, number one, and this is for E Comm. Get a job. Get a job. No shortcuts. Get a job. Why do you need a job? Let me explain to you really quickly, okay? So this is something I did, right? But let's say you have a few hundred dollars saved up or something like that and you wanna get into E Comm. That's not enough, okay? You have $1,000 or so saved up. You wanna get into Ecom, that's not enough. You know why? Because you still have your emotions attached to that money, okay? Once you lose even like $100 on ads, you're going to get emotional and you start making emotional decisions. Why do you need a job? Because you're going to have a consistent source of income. And with that income you can use that like I did to test ads and test products, okay? And that's exactly what I did. I tested like maybe two products a week, maybe one product a week for, I don't know, six months until I started getting sales. And I was able to do that because I was living at home, you know, I was working and I didn't really have that many expenses and I was able to afford to just keep testing and keep failing because I had a job, right? So that's why you need to get A job. No shortcuts, okay? Because a lot of people like to tell you it's really easy, that you can just, you know, spend a couple hundred dollars and then that you're going to make it. That's not how it's going to happen. Even if you start to pop off, you're not going to have the money to scale that. So get a job, okay? No shortcuts. Like, it's gonna be a hard journey. Like, don't freaking let these gurus let you believe that it's super easy, that it's gonna happen, like, super fast or anything like that. Like, I did make a video saying, you know, in three months. Yeah, in three months. Technically, it happened. But I have been doing E. Com for two years, guys. Two years. One year of complete failure, another year of up and down, and then I finally found this product. That's the one I've been scaling. So as you can see, like, you need to make sure that you have the expectation coming into this that it's not going to be all, you know, a cakewalk and rose and rosy fields. I'm going to be galloping in the forest. It's going to be hard, okay? It's not going to be easy. There's a reason why 99% of people fail. Okay? Two, it's going to be commitment and belief. All right, Commitment. First off, let's talk about that. You need to be committed, okay? You cannot think of it as a side hustle. You can't think of it as something you're going to try. Those two mindsets, you're going to fail no matter what. Even if you get something to pop off for a little bit, it's like your first product, it pops off, eventually it's going to die out. Eventually it's going to die out. Something's going to go wrong with the ad. Something's going to happen, and you're going to be in a rough spot. Happens to everyone, happens to me, Happens to all the favorite gurus, okay? They always have some sort of trial and error. They have some sort of roadblock that comes across. And if you're coming into this thinking, this is just my side hustle, you're not going to go through that. You're going to give up. If you come into this thinking, I'm just going to try it out, the first time you get any sort of resistance or failure, you're going to give it up. So you have to be committed. You have to have the mindset, like, doing this for at least, you know, x Amount of years, you know, even like five, like four, three, two years. Like, have that mindset where I'm not going to be giving up. I'm going to go all in. I'm going to be doing this and I'm going to stay committed, okay? And you need to have belief as well, because if you don't believe it, then things are not going to happen. Because this is something that I did, right? I was putting in the work. I was working my job testing products, but I didn't believe in myself. Like, I just didn't think it was going to happen. I. I never thought it could happen, really. And I had this negative mindset towards everything. And sometimes, you know what? I still have that, but I've been a lot better with it. And the reason why it's bad is because once you start to believe in things, opportunities start to come, right? Things start to come to you that wouldn't have seen before because you've been doubting. And so belief is a huge factor. You need to believe in yourself. You need to believe that what you reap is what you sow. Number three, okay? This is not a word that's integrity, by the way. But number three is double down in integrity. Okay? This is when you start. Because eventually, if you do these two things, if you get a job, if you don't have any shortcuts, you do the hard way, you do it the right way, you have commitment and you have belief. You're going to see success. You do those two things, you're going to see success. But if you want to maintain that success, you can go even further and higher. You need to double down and you need to have integrity, okay? Integrity. First off, the way you do one thing is the way you do everything. If you're gonna do, you know, E. Comm. Whatever business you want to do, you need to have integrity because your reputation matters, right? Your reputation matters to your customers. You know, if you want to make sure your customers are happy. If you don't, you're gonna get a shit ton of chargebacks and then Shopify is gonna take your payments and you're gonna put up. Put you on a hold, and then you're fucked. Okay? Need to have integrity. You need to make sure that you have a good refund policy, good VA's, you know, everything that is associated with the customer experience. You want to make sure that you have that locked in and dialed in, okay? Customer first, always. And double down, okay? Double down. That could mean a few different things. That could mean, you know, just Going all in, quitting your job. You know, if you're seeing success, like you made, you know, 5k this month and you feel like you're comfortable enough and you're that risk adverse that you want to go all in on E Commerce, go for it. You know, get. Put more time into it. Put more, more of your, you know, finance into it. Or you could just invest more in mentorship. That's something that I did. I invested, you know, like 20k this year on mentorship, which is crazy. But it, honestly, it did help a lot. So, like, you know, ask me, like, paid calls. Paid calls are very valuable, especially if you're in a stuck spot. You do paid calls, you do mentorship, you can buy courses. I've done all of them and they've all helped me. And that is something that's definitely made me, you know, skyrocket in terms of success and results because, you know, you're basically paying for information that you didn't have before. It's in a way in itself, it's kind of like a shortcut, but obviously you're paying for it. So that is my three steps for success. That's now. No BS guys. It's not gonna happen in fucking two months. Okay? It's not gonna happen in three months. For most of you guys, it's gonna take, you know, six to two years, you know, like six months to two years even to get the sale. Like, there is a lot of new tools now that make it kind of easier to build a good site and all this stuff. But you're going to have to learn the hard way, no matter what. Everyone here learns the hard way through trial and error. Just like me. All these gurus, they learn through trial and error. Everybody does it. You've got to put in the work. And once you start getting that experience, start getting that momentum, start getting that knowledge, you're going to start to see results. And then once you start doubling down and you start having that integrity and being a good person in general, these things are gonna happen to you. You're gonna have good things happen to you, good things come to you. Success, you know, good business deals, good partners, and all these different things. Because you stuck to this, okay? And it's gonna be amazing. Just stick to these three things and you're gonna have a great freaking life. I promise you that. So these are my three steps, you know, thank you guys for watching. I appreciate it. I don't know how long this video is, but wanted to make it think it's very valuable and Hopefully. You guys listen to me. All right, Peace.
