And then usually, you know, I try to find some high quality pictures. Like I literally found all these off of Amazon. Usually you can find some pretty solid ones off Amazon or you can make them yourself. I like, I touched this one up a little bit. But then you got, you know, little description here. Shipping processing. I like having these in drop downs just because, you know, actually I'll put it into. Yeah, here we go. I like having drop downs because it just looks neater. You got a high quality gif, you know, some more text and copy that's going to help sell the product. Another high quality gift. You know, happy emotions are always good to show on your page. Perfect for learning how to say. And then just go into some testimonials. I don't know how many. I think I have three on here. Little guarantee, FAQ and then reviews. That's like a pretty standard, like simple setup. You don't need to over complicate too much. This, this type of setup is going to get you sales off the bat. Like you don't really have to worry about your website if you set up your site like this. This is kind of what I recommend just for starting because you don't want to like spend, spend a bunch on different types of like, you know, themes and like all this stuff when you don't even know if the product's gonna work or not. Like obviously our store is like way more built out than this. Like we have some crazy visuals and stuff that go down our website, so it's a lot more nicer. But what's your first phase for testing you full ripping 101 copy. What's working? Yeah, usually I just rip, bro, just to see if there's any good proof of concept. Is template something like that. Is there a template? Not really. I mean I just use sense theme, but not really a template. So you didn't come out of the pocket customize? No, this store is free, bro. So I mean shopify you have to pay for. I think there's a free trial. But no, like, like even like the review app had a free trial. So no it wasn't. Okay. Just revenue, not even profit. So that was a little bit of success. And then after that, you know, started seeing more success. Success from Brazil due to some insane taxes. So like my supplier says that we shouldn't ship to Brazil and stuff because I was interested in doing worldwide because of the taxes. But you could still drop ship to the US bro, because you don't have to touch the product in terms of like refunds, returns. I'm not totally sure what you can do about that. But yeah, I know people who live outside of the US and they drop ship here. So what's your net worth as of right now, bro? I'm not sharing that. That's crazy, man. Like I don't even know how to calculate that. So did you get professional pictures taken every product or are you rocking the ones you found? We've Did a lot of AI. We've done some professional pictures. We're doing more now. Like, I just sent it over to my partner and he's going to have his guy come down and shoot some photos, so. Hey, bro, how do you handle Shopify? Payment holds. I've never. I. Okay, I've had issues with that last. Last year, like last February, and there's not really much you can do about it. It's more of preventing it. And what you do to prevent it is something called RDR alerts or ChargeBlast.com. you just got to look into that. But if you already have holes, bro, it's kind of of sol. So we have, you know, email flows, we have SMS flows. Oh, damn. I meant like, when did you get your first sale? For sale? First sale? Yeah, it was like six months in, bro. It was. It took me a while. Any advice for getting rid of fomo? Feel like I'm seeing people around me winning. And I'm not saying, yeah, you can't focus on other people. Like, you have your own special journey for a reason. And like, I had FOMO so much, bro, like, especially coming up when I wasn't successful or wasn't succeeding. So you kind of just have to like, focus on yourself and like, control what you can control. You can't control other people, bro. Do you have any funneling when doing ads or what kind of strategies you do funneling? We're working on Avatar right now, but for our product, it doesn't really make too much sense. So we haven't. That's why we haven't tested it yet. But something we're just gonna test even though, just to see what happens. But yeah, we don't do much funneling. Like, we're building out a funnel for our upsell page on the back end, but nothing too great. Hero, what's your opinion on mentorships mean? I. I recommend mentorships. Finding the right mentor is definitely tricky because there's a lot of guys who, you know, don't do this anymore, so they're kind of outdated. Like a lot of Guys that sell mentorships, like that's how they make their money now is from selling you mentorships, not from E Comm anymore. So it's kind of. I wouldn't recommend doing that. Just do a lot of research on your mentor. Is he actually like doing E comms? They have stores that are, you know, doing well. That's what I would recommend. But mentorship is really good. It's helped me a lot. I've invested a lot into it. Can you show an ad you put up for a product you have and show us how to get ads up? No, I cannot do that, unfortunately. Yo, bro. Can you break down how the process looks like finding a product? I want to test the k lid of how you should proceed after that. What supplier3pl do you use? All right. I made a video about the supplier, Kayla Data. I believe I already made a video about that too. All right. Like a brief little video about that payroll. How do you deal with others stealing your product content? For us it was just, we, we just scaled harder than them. We had a better store than them. So we are able to like basically out compete them. And so we had plenty of people try to rip our stuff and we just out competed them. And so once you spend a lot more than someone on Facebook ads, it's hard for them to get the same results as you. So we don't really have to worry about that too much. Do you have any business credit cards? I did. Right now we mainly use debit though. I'll be honest. I have like the business Chase account. What did you go to? 0-15k and no results before that? Just kept testing, bro. Like I was so bad during that time. So like those six months of like not getting any results, like I was still learning how to make like even like a decent like lander like this. Still learning how to make ads, like all that different type of stuff. So it was just learning, man. It's really soaking up a lot of information and then just continue testing and eventually your tests, they just, you know, get better and better and better and your chances of, you know, actually making some money just start to increase. What is your school or education life? You dropped right out. I think you dropped out, right? How? I didn't know I graduated call or high school. I didn't go to college, so I never dropped out anything. But in school I used to be like a really good student. I was one of like the smartest kids in my class before I moved to New York. And then I just kind of like Lost a lot of motivation for school and like I didn't really mess with it as much because I just knew I wasn't really gonna go to college. So I didn't, I didn't start. Started kind of getting like lower grades. Hey, do you think like crazy discount. So compare it. Price being like 150. Putting the item itself before you become. It can, bro. Like if you have a really branded website, it doesn't really matter that much in my opinion. I don't do a markup like that. I don't do like, like a hundred dollars off. It just depends like is it reasonable for the product to be that much? Like you gotta ask yourself that do you make a new avoid product or per brand? Yeah, it'd be per product, bro. How much money would you recommend to start branded drop shipping? I always recommend that you have some sort of income, but you want at least like a few thousand dollars, man, usually. What mentors do you recommend? Oh, that's a good question. It's tough to say. Like I always refer people to Rippy club because it's one. It's 50 bucks a month. Are you doing Rippy Golf soon? I was supposed to, but I don't know. Ants got to get back to me on that. Like Rippy Club, it's, it's cheap. Like you're paying 50 bucks a month. It's very low like risk wise. Like you're paying 50 bucks for all this information. And Ricky Club's been around for like over like a few years now. So there's a lot and a lot a lot of information in there that you can learn. So. And they got, they got some connections. I don't really love the suppliers that they put you on and like the editors and stuff. Like I wouldn't really mess with that too much. But when it comes to just learning the Basics, Griffith Club 100% like no question, bro. Okay. With suppliers, do I have to go all in on the products and not just order them from when I start to get. Yeah. So it's so drop shipping is you don't touch the product, bro. So you wait to get an order, then you order the product to them. So there's not really any risk up front. Best supplier to use. I made a video about this like a tier list so you can check that out. Did you pay someone to create your website? Make it yourself? So originally I made it and then I had someone. I did pay someone to make a really clean gem pages template for us to use, bro. How did you manage your cash Flow without Amex going for nothing to million of sales. It just like. Yeah, it is crazy. There's not really any secret to it. We just scaled, like, we just scaled up a little bit. I also had some funding with my partner. If you go straight into, like A3PL, like private supplier, they're not going to reply to you because you're not getting orders. So that's what I recommend. TFS on dealing with high CPMs on Facebook. 3% 5. If you're just starting. I would definitely. If your CPMs are high and you, like, just started running ads, that's completely normal. There's so many others use TikTok organic paid Google Ads and stuff. I use Google as well as, like a supplement, but Facebook, the reason why I use it, it's so much More like the longevity of it. It's more consistent and you can scale really high on it. I haven't seen anybody really, in my personal opinion, like as long as I've been doing ecom, hit a 1mil month on TikTok. Like I don't think that's something I've seen. So how many hour days were you putting up when you're first learning how to drop ship day by day? Well, I was learning so I'm sorry, I was working at the time so I wasn't able to put like a of ton of hours in. But I was probably doing like 2 to 3 or 2 to 4. Like sometimes I'd be staying up like to like 4 in the morning, just like grinding out a site to put up a test the next day. Like I remember those days, man. How do you price your items? Is there a ratio you use? Yeah. So you don't want to have less than a 2.5x markup or 2.5 markup unless you're selling kind of high ticket. But usually if you go to Amazon you can look at their products and you want to sell it for like 15 to 25% more than them because Amazon buys in bulk and you're not really competing with them. So you don't have to worry about being less than them or anything like that. That's a mistake. I've made Facebook bans. I always just for the time. One time I got a Facebook ban on my ad account. I just appealed it, bro. When you're finding products in Kaylo, how do you check competition to see if it is worth to give it a try? Like I said, Facebook ad library, you want it like there's always usually going to be people who sell it, but you got to see if there's any people who have really nice pages built out and a clear brand presence because that's going to be a good sign that they're spending a lot. And if they're spending, spending a lot, it's gonna be hard. Why? Metadata are inconsistent. Some days 4x, some days 1x. How to handle the situation. Recently it's been like that for us. Not we haven't hit a 1x rise yet, but like even today, like we were not very profitable today. That's just kind of the name of the game though. Like you got to understand that all these people just spent a lot of their savings, a lot of their money on Christmas. There's going to be a lot less buyers right now. A lot less. Much less buyer intent. And things are Going to be a little bit rocky for a little bit, so. But in general, like, I've seen people like, DME about the 4x and the 1x, but I'm not sure, bro. And the roas and the margins were still really healthy, above 30%. So then I scaled it again and they just continually do that until the margin starts to dip basically. Okay, so like I think the default amount that you're going to spend like your. Every 50 bucks you spend on Facebook, like it's going to charge your card, right? But you can lower that, I think all the way down to $3. So every $3 it's going to charge your card. And what that's going to do, you could still be spending the same amount per day, which is like 50 bucks. But instead of only doing one transaction, you're doing like dozens of transactions. And so that's going to build trust with Facebook faster. And in my, in my experience, it did help me increase my limit. So there you go, bro. Oh, did I just miss no good Trendy. I'll be honest, if you're a beginner, I do not suggest clothing because sizing from China is different than sizing in the usa.
