Yo, I'm under a tree right now. Outside, it's nighttime. But I just wanted to give a quick, you know, raw, authentic update on, you know, the ups and downs of E Comm. So, you know, last month I think I talked about was great, you know, 100k profit, you know, very profitable. But to be honest, you know, these past couple weeks, they have been a little bit. Not. Have not have been as. As profitable and as, you know, consistent as usual. It's still profitable. Like, I think still this month, I think we've honestly done 50k, but we've also done, like, $450,000 revenue. So that's, you know, just above a 10% margin, so. Which is, you know, not. Not very good for E Comm. It's still profit, but it's not good. And so there's a lot of things I'm still learning. Like, you guys got to remember that, you know, I want to, you know, talk to you and just show you. Like, I'm still learning so much about E Comm. I'm learning so much about creative strategy and building and sourcing UGC and all this stuff. So to really get this business going and consistently growing, and, you know, I probably, you know, slacked off a little bit on that. I had some UGC creators in the past that I was working with, and they were just not good enough. They weren't up to scratch. And so I kind of had to completely, you know, kind of rework the UGC system I got going on. I had to hire. I think I hired, you know, seven or eight new creators, you know, vetted them, make sure the quality is good and all that. But, you know, those creatives only start coming in this weekend, so. So that's why I feel like this kind of dip in profitability has happened just because I haven't had this new content coming in that's, you know, quality content. I could test and, you know, find some actually really good winners. It's just more been, like, doing mashups and different stuff. So. But, you know, this is part of the journey, guys. Like, you know, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. I mean, yeah, I'm still profitable, and the business is still, you know, doing well, but it could be doing a lot better. But, you know, the good news is that Black Friday's ahead of us, Cyber Monday's ahead of us. Those are gonna be huge days regardless of how this UGC system goes. But, you know, I'm learning every day. I'm starting to track, you know, what's Working what's not working and really be intentional with creating creatives and really making sure the input I'm putting into the business is as good as possible. And I'm really growing in that aspect. So. Yeah, it's been good. It's been good, but, you know, it just. I just want to come on here and, you know, you talk about it a little bit. You know, it helps me clear my mind. Hopefully that saved. I hope it did, but it's just good for me to talk about this stuff, you know, get it out of my brain, get it out of, you know, my thoughts, and just, you know, express it and then, you know, state what I'm gonna do. I'm doing the right thing because I'm inputting where it needs to be inputted, and I'm taking care of the stuff I can control. So that's. That's really all that matters. Sorry if I'm shivering. It's a little cold out here, but. Yeah, but one thing I wanted to share is, like, being cooped up in my room so much. You know, I. I work. I do E Comm, so I'm on my computer a lot, and I don't like working on a laptop. I like having my nice PC set up and doing. And just working there because I'm just way more productive. But, like, getting out of the house, man, going in nature, getting in areas where, like, it's not a small, crammed room, like, even, like, a bigger space is just so good for your thoughts and for your mental health, especially when you're, like, doubting yourself and when you're just, like, feeling low or having, you know, negative thoughts. Just go out into, like, an open area or some nature, man, and just to sit and just let your body process and you will feel so much better after. I always feel so much better. That's partly why I'm doing this video. I'm out here, you know, it's night, it's cold as fuck, I'm under a tree. But this is what. This is what you got to do, man, to keep that brain from fucking killing itself. Not killing itself, but from just going down a spiral. Right. So, yeah, I just wanted to share this with you guys. Be raw, be authentic, and. Yeah. All right. Peace out, boys.
