The Best Supplier For Dropshipping in 2026 (Tierlist)

In this informal, solo YouTube video, dropshipping veteran Nathan Miller (about three years of experience and multi‑seven‑figure revenue) reviews and ranks the most common dropshipping suppliers and fulfillment platforms. He begins by stating his goal: to give beginners an honest, tier‑based assessment of where to source products and how to fulfill orders. He critiques a range of options, labeling many as unreliable or fraudulent (e.g., “Saddam Hussein” suppliers, a Middle‑East contact, Joshua’s supplement source, Alibaba, Aliexpress, Amazon, and several middle‑man platforms such as CJ Dropshipping, DSers, Audid, AutoDS, and Commercive). He notes that U.S. suppliers offer higher quality and faster shipping but at a cost that erodes margins, making them unsuitable for newcomers. The centerpiece of his recommendation is Max Drop Shipping, which he places in the top tier (S‑tier). He praises Max for solid pricing, transparent communication, a dedicated private agent, custom packaging options, and a U.S. 3PL hub in Los Angeles that enables 1‑3 day domestic shipping while retaining low Chinese product costs. He explains how Max integrates with Shopify via an API and a collaborator code, handling order fulfillment and invoicing. Throughout, he offers practical advice, warns against common pitfalls, and invites viewers to ask questions in the comments. The video concludes with a summary of his tierlist and a call to action for viewers to consider Max Drop Shipping for reliable fulfillment.

What it do? YouTube. Hello. So today we're gonna be going through some of the most common drop shipping suppliers. And a lot of these, you guys probably heard of some of these, you probably haven't. Some of these I haven't even heard of. So we're gonna go through them. I've been drop shipping now for about three years. You know, I've done multi seven figures in it. So I'm gonna give you guys my honest opinion on all these things. Move this over. It's. Why is it zooming in my face? Why are we zooming in? All right, there we go. But I'm gonna give you my honest opinion on these. Go through them one by one, rank em and then hopefully you guys by the end of this video have a better understanding of these suppliers where, what you shouldn't use, where to go from here. So first things first. We got Saddam, we got Saddam Hussein. Saddam Hussein's low key of fraud. Don't recommend working with him and don't trust anybody from the Middle East. We got is USA suppliers. So I guess you guys can't really see this, but if you scroll up here, USA suppliers feel about USA suppliers is they're great when it comes to quality and shipping time. But pricing and probably pricing are like the biggest issues. Definitely going to be a few dollars more than you would get over in China. But take into account that shipping will be faster and just a lot different. But I don't recommend using a USA supplier off the rip like a factory here in the USA. Like you're just going to be like into 30% more which really keep your margin away. So definitely recommend starting with something probably in China. USA suppliers are cool. There are something that if you want to like a brand like frat, like a legit brand, you have some capital, you could definitely go with doing that on a new thing that I'm formulating right now. But in general, as a beginner I would stay away from them. So I'm going to put them in. I thing we have is this guy and I don't know if you guys have seen this guy, but this name is Joshua. And dude, do not get supplements from Joshua. One I've heard his supply chain is really bad. He leaks everyone's products on Instagram. So like if you start ripping with him, he's going to leak your product on an ad. He's going to say, oh, Joshua being in trouble of China. And then he's going to just literally show your prod to the entire E comm community. So, so definitely don't recommend him. And we have is commercive. So commercive I will put in. I'll put an I'm decent platform. I've used it a little bit. The pricing isn't the best. Like the support from the VAs and stuff. Whatsapping agent that works hand in hand with you. It is just kind of slow. They have a lot of clients so like hard to kind of prioritize if you're a beginner already like really good numbers in Ecom. Obviously anyone's going to take you seriously and everyone's going to give you the right attention. But for a beginner I would probably kind of stay away from that I've never ever heard of. So they're going next to Saddam Alibaba go low key fraud Alibaba very similar to Aliexpress which I'll talk about later. But if you're getting a supplier off Alibaba like really have it's basically luck of the draw whether they're a good supplier or not. Just like you kind of guessing. You don't really know if they're good or not. They don't have a reputation. You're literally just picking a product listing, messaging the supplier likely, likely the one with the lowest price and then you're kind of going with them and just trying them out. So the greatest pick no ship. They can ship really like stuff. I've seen that before. I've seen people ship out like like of the size of what they're think they're getting. So be very careful when you're doing that. But that's why I put into Loki fraud. I think it is low key a fraud thing to do. Amazon is just straight up nonsense. If you up getting buying things from Amazon and shipping them to your customer from there like you're missing out on like 50 of your margin like mark up the Amazon prices. So like might be fast shipping but you're would be saving so much money going through China long term. So like I don't know anyone who uses Amazon but I feel like there Loki might be some people out there who were like it's a good idea, it's not a good idea. It's just kind of save so much money going somewhere else. CJ drop shipping is I'll put it into. I only thing about CJ is like a nice platform, right? It can automate things for you. It can condense it so it's easier to fulfill. I think they do give you your own private agent and stuff in terms of the Product quality, packaging, all those types of things that you want as a E. Comm. Founder or as someone who's trying to drop ship. You don't really have that like the quality is not great, the shipping time is very inconsistent and they basically just use people from Aliexpress. They're so they're kind of a middleman to Aliexpress or Alibaba anyway. So like, like not that great but it is kind of convenient to use. So that's why I'm gonna put in Mexico. Honestly I've never used Mexico before. So they're gonna go next to Saddam here DS Loki. I'm gonna put Loki Fraud. But it's same thing as DJ like gotten you have reached like the founder of Audio DS has reached out to me personally to work with me. Like videos like this and I never take them because in my opinion I would never recommend Audid just because it's the same thing as CJ like filling from Aliexpress. It's basically just automating it. It's a middleman to Aliexpress. And so like getting still kind of crappy suppliers and stuff like that. I get decent pricing but they usually do mark up the pricing. They'll take a little percentage as well. So it's like someone take a percentage of someone who's already taken a percentage. So you're just missing out on all those little margins that you could be getting. And then the product quality and the shipping times aren't even that great. So literally the same thing. These three are like similar. They're like the same exact platforms almost. I know Autods has some like research and like you build a site. I don't think it's any good. That's what I have to say about those now Next we have almond pop store. So for this I would probably put in straight up nonsense like if find someone who's like some sort of like PL supply chain thing and they're like small, like small. That's kind of a red flag because like they're probably going to mark up their prices because they're new and they don't have all this like look coming in. So like they need more profit up front. And two like I don't know like it might be nice to like money to family owned businesses and stuff but I definitely don't recommend it long term kind of What I have to say about that you have Max drop shipping accidentally put it on here twice. But Max drop shipping definitely goes into S tier to sexy tier. The reason why is because I've personally been using. There are the personal three pl that I use and there's a few reasons why I use them so on. The pricing is pretty solid, right? Um, like get probably cheaper prices other places but have pretty solid pricing. But the thing is they have solid pricing and they have really good support. Like have my own private agent that I have her ever my slack now but I used to have her on WhatsApp and they get back to me pretty frequently, you know, very good. They're very. You call it transparent about things which a lot of these Chinese 3pls won't be transparent. I've gotten ripped off by 3pls before. I've been told we had stock when we don't have stock and then like shipping times go crazy. So there are a lot of things that you have to watch out for. But Max has always been super reliable, super helpful. They also one thing I really like about them is their pasta packaging and labeling. They like do it. So if you're already doing decent volume, I don't know what the number is but I'm sure if you're doing like 20 to like orders a day or something like that, maybe even 10, they'll let you custom package your product basically for free. They'll just add like 50 cents or like fence onto the cost of goods. So valuable. And like you don't have to pay up front for an moq, which is really, really nice. And also my favorite thing about them and something I'm currently using for my brand is they have their own USA3PL in Los Angeles. So why this is super awesome is because you get Chinese prices but you would say shipping. And so for me like I've been in this brand for like what, 8 mile and so like it's very consistent and stuff. And a few months ago I was like, okay, I'm gonna you know, see if they have any USA like connections or nothing. Turns out they have a USA3PL and so I sent they basically upfronted stock for me in the usa. It took a couple weeks to get over but those couple weeks I would just ship from China still. And then once the stock arrived, boom. Now I have one to three day shipping, like reliably, consistently three day shipping to the usa, which is like no idea how much that will improve customer satisfaction, chargebacks, refunds, all those things. It's going to save you a lot of money on the back end and is super, super dope. And so that is like why I love them, why I use them and why I will give them A definitely, you know, review and stuff because personally been using them for like I don't like to. And so if you guys do want to use them, I do have the link in the description. You can sign up, get a quote, see if their pricing is good. If you're already doing volume, I definitely recommend trying to see what you can get for custom packaging and stuff so you can get your own labels on there and the next thing. And last but not least, we have AliExpress which goes into Loki Fraud. It's the same thing. I talked about all those things. But shipping times, unreliable quality, you never know what you're going to get. So it's sketchy. But I mean use those things too. And they definitely like for the first part, maybe if you're like just starting out, like you want to go with something like this. But honestly, if I were to do anything ever again, I would just go with like a. Like well in 3pl like max drop shipping. I'm sure there are other ones out there as well. But max, like I said guys is what I've been using for literally two years. So I and I get asked like how do I fulfill and all this stuff? And so if you guys want a video on that, I can go through like actually how to use them. I'm sure I use them will be a little different than you guys will because you guys will probably have to like set of stuff. But for me, like I'm doing a bunch of orders now so like I can feel like, hey, this is my Shopify URL. This is the collaborator, the collab code. Please set up, get me prices on the products in the store and they'll set it up complete. And then when it comes to fulfillment, like they invoice me and then they have an API or they have someone inside my store who has access and they'll go through fulfill all the products for me and I just got to pay them like an so very, very and pretty dang sexy. So there you guys have it. This is like a kind of for all these suppliers. Hopefully you guys enjoyed. If you guys have any questions, obviously please shoot me them in the comment section. But hopefully this helps someone out. So thank you guys. Peace.
