So I'm making this crazy video right now, and I went into some stuff about mindset and about how neuroplasticity works in your brain, and it really just reminded me how much— how important meditation and visualization is. Like, meditation, obviously, for the clarity, for the calming effect, and then you slap in visualization, using your imagination to visualize and think of scenarios that you want to have, and then your brain starts making new pathways so those things actually can work out. It's crazy. I just went through all these case studies and like all these like actual, like, studies that, you know, people have done and observed these things in action. People, like, completely— even myself, like, I totally forget about it. Then I'm like, oh my gosh, I need to make sure I'm doing this again.
