Nathan Miller argues that speed separates successful e-commerce operators from the rest. Top performers like Ben, Leon, and Wayne test products in days, not weeks, and evaluate results in weeks instead of months. Fast failure teaches faster than slow deliberation.

One thing I've been realizing is that speed is so important when it comes to e-com. I've realized that me, Ben, Leon, Wayne, like all these people that I'm meeting, and even like the creative strategists that do really well in e-com, they all are super quick. And not in terms of like they're rushing to do stuff, but like they are just on top of it. And when I look at people who, you know, have texted me and people who are trying to actually like make it in e-com, they all take their time. It takes them like a week to throw up a product test. It takes them like, you know, a month to see if the product's actually working. Like they are just slow. And the faster you fail, the faster you learn. So if you're watching this, be fast.
