What up, YouTube? So I want to actually start doing some more, like, vlogging and stuff to kind of just bring you guys into my life. So the first thing is showing you the new office. So this is my new office, right. I moved away from Charles. Pretty sick, I think. You know, I got some decor here, A little whiteboard there. Shopify plaque, obviously, some good books. Tottenham scarf. Come on, you spiz. And then, yeah, we just got some little knickknacks up here. Got a bunch of lenses. I just freaking bought. I bought so many lenses, bro. Like, bro starts printing again, and then you start splurging. I need to stop. Yeah, that's pretty much it. I have a couple more things on the way for this office. But, dude, it's kind of sick. Like, it's in a little, like, closet, as you can see, and it's got, like, these little doors, right, Just like this. And so you just walk in, and it's like my little cubicle, dude. I know. Like, the whole point of doing ecom, I guess, and, like, the whole point of online money is to not have to work in a cubicle. But it's kind of nice because I can just lock it in there and then come out here, and then they're just, you know, every day. Ridiculous view of Salt Lake. So I think that's pretty sick. Basically today, the whole premise of this video is just kind of like a vlog, picking up the camera and then kind of taking you through, like, I guess, a day. I mean, I don't know if I'll do the whole day, but we're about to go to the gym. I just bought a new gym membership. Probably like the 5th or 6th gym membership I've bought in the past year, which is really bad. But I have moved a lot, so there's that. And we're going to the gym. And it's just a new experience. And, like, I kind of want to show you guys, like, different parts of my life because I'm not just an E. Com guy. Like, I do other stuff too. You know, I'm like to travel, obviously. Like, I just went to Europe and stuff. But I really love lifting. It's like, the first thing that actually, like, made me appreciate, like, work ethic and working hard and stuff like that. Yeah, I just want to show you guys around the house and stuff, too. I feel like I haven't really, like, just picked up the camera as much as I should have, so. Also, I got a perm. I don't know if you guys can tell. And it looks kind of ridiculous right now because I just woke up and I can't really wash it. So it's gonna look a little. A little weird for a few days, you know, but hopefully we can lock it in. So I would show you guys maybe some of the work I was gonna do today, but I actually already locked in this morning, and I have a whole checklist right here, as you guys can see. And I already checked pretty much all because I was planning on doing some other things this afternoon. Like, I gotta get a Halloween costume because we're having a party tomorrow. My girlfriend's coming over. So there's also that. But some stuff that I did do. First thing I did, I woke up and prayed and then read the Bible. I'm in John right now. So it's a really good book that I'm reading. I read about, like, Nicodemus today and stuff like that. And then simply just review the store, you know, check on the ad account. My CPA has been really, really solid recently. I think Black Friday Q4 is finally starting to come into effect. Like, I'm actually seeing results and being able to scale a little bit here. Let me check what my CPA is. Yeah, CPA is pretty solid today. I'm at a 21.27 CPA, which is pretty good for me. Yesterday was, like, a 20, and I did just bump very aggressively, actually. I almost trowbowed, which basically means I tripled my budget yesterday. So we'll see how well this holds up. And I'm very interested to see throughout the weekend and specifically Monday through Wednesday next week how this will hold up. Because usually for my store, my ad account, Thursday through, like, Saturday are, like, phenomenal. And then, like, the rest of the week's pretty. Pretty mid. But that's interesting. I'm also looking at my testing ad set right now, and it is cooking. It was 16 CPA, my testing. So I'm gonna move some of those ads. I already told my media buyer he's gonna move some of the winning ads from the testing campaign over to my actual main campaign. So I'm very excited to see if those get any spend too. And then if those get spend, then that's even more scale. So that's gonna be really cool. Some other things I did is I always create a weekly document of, like, my tasks and stuff. And I kind of just looked through that and just was making sure I'm checking things off. Actually chatted with this guy on Twitter, got his advice on some research stuff, because I've Been thinking about doing even more analysis when selecting products to run because I do want to find a new product and then talk to some people on upwork about it. And then I gave one of my VA's a task to put all of our scripts into Google Doc, separate the winning scripts from the losing scripts, and then I'm going to use AI to like analyze those and just kind of get a better feel of what's working, what's not working out of the scripts we've created recently. Then I also thought of, you know, three new offers for Black Friday. So one thing about my brand is we do heavy like mri, right? And so profitability up front is like actually second, what's first is right, getting more subs and getting them as cheap as you can. So for example, I tested a price on my store, $27 plus shipping versus $19 plus shipping like a couple of months ago or maybe a month ago. And the $19 plus shipping was actually a little less profitable up front. But it makes way more sense to run that because if I'm paying $19 to get a subscriber right into the program or get like a customer into whatever you want to call it, our thing, that is going to be long term, way more profitable than paying $27 or paying $30 or whatever to get in. Because I believe the CPA with the 19 doll, or maybe a little bit less than that because it was with shipping and stuff, but it's around 20. And then the CPA with the $27 price was like 30. So it's like 66% of the cost of the original price. Right. So we're saving like a third to get a subscriber into the program when they renew at the same price. So I know that's probably super complicated, you guys understand that. But basically it's just a no brainer. So I've been running that offer for a while and I'm going to be trying some even cheaper ones coming up. So 13, 15, 17. And then all those same ones I just listed with free gifts as well. So just see, you know, if I can save on cogs and stuff and not include the free gifts. And then besides that, I'm pretty much just did some notes. I did just go down into my room and kind of just like meditated a little bit and just let myself think. Left my phone out of the room and everything and now it's time to go to the gym. And yeah, that's pretty much what the plan is right now. You want to mention, listen to flow State Studio, if you're trying to lock in. I put on this Tron playlist this morning, and it was absolutely phenomenal. So I definitely recommend it.
Guys, I'm super excited for this awesome day with my friends. We're going to the gym. We're gonna get really strong. It's so fun to live with Nathan because he really pushes me, and he's just really inspirational, you know, he makes videos that just make me tear up.
Everyday Hustle like William. I'm charging the chicken just for the rest. I get in that kitchen, I could go to work. I go berserk. Go out and get it secure. The city can't seem like the.
There's no need to worry, Bro. He's got a turtle shell back there, boy. Now this I can. We just got the acai bowl.
We're having a party. If anyone's into crypto, Aster Exchange right now is generating $3 billion in fees per year, and the entire company is worth $2 billion, meaning that its yearly profit is more than its company valuation, which is absolutely unheard of. So I'm holding it. If it becomes an exchange of the future, hopefully. I just bought an Apple stock very early.
You need to read you 1.

Bring your swimsuit and towel. We're gonna have a great time. Who's this random chick in my house? Introduce yourself. Oh, no, I was gonna. She almost got actually domed, bro. That was, like, right next to her forehead, Nathan. All right, guys, we're at Swig. So if you guys don't know, Utah has a special thing where you can get a soda and put creamer in it. So it's pretty cool. All right, guys, so right now we're out and about. We just got the Swig, obviously, and we're gonna go get some Halloween costumes. And yeah, that's kind of just what we're doing right now. I kind of have the rest of the day kind of to do whatever I please because I got most of my work done. But I'm always texting people back. I'm always, like, still kind of, like, on call, I guess, texting employees and stuff like that. So just keep that in mind. I'm never, like, just completely zoning out. Yo, good morning, YouTube. So I just woke up, as you could probably tell. First thing I'm gonna do right now is read my Bible. This is my Bible. If you guys want to see, I got on Amazon. It's pretty sick. I'm gonna read John, chapter six. I'm gonna read this. I'm Gonna pray a little bit, and then I'm gonna go straight into some deep, get back to my team, check how the ads are doing. Just normal stuff. Pain, voices, nothing too crazy. Today is a Saturday, so, like, I have more freedom. But if I'm being honest, usually on Saturdays I still lock in and I still work, so I probably will still do that. And then I'll get some breakfast and stuff, go to the gym. But I do want to show you guys a couple of things I picked up yesterday. First thing I picked up was this map. It's like a map of the world. As you guys can see over here, I got some pins, right? And I'm thinking about putting it right maybe right up there and marking kind of where I've traveled. We got some decor like this, just, you know, a little. Little fruity. But, you know, it is what it is. Bought that for the, like, plant yesterday. I'll be buying stuff. I also bought some Tims, which looks sick. The boxes, I hear. But the Tims are down downstairs. So those are the new Tims, you know, just the classic Timberland that you be seeing. But they look so sick. And baggy pants. I was wearing it yesterday with some, like, dark wash baggy pants and just looks clean. And so I'm really excited to have this for winter. They're actually very comfortable too, so that's pretty sick. Oh, every morning I try to make the same drink. So I got this everyday dose cup that I use. She slapped some kiwi electrolytes in there. Also, I've been trying out this alpha brain stuff. So this is kind of pretty well known now, I guess, but it's supposed to be like nature's Adderall. You can open the capsules. I'll put them in there sometimes, but I've just been taking them as pills. Honestly, it's a lot easier. So now I'm going to cook this steak. And I got some, you know, rice here and some sort of vegetable thing that my assistant prepped for me last night. I never cooked it for dinner because we actually went out. It's a longhorn steakhouse. But I'm gonna go grill it right now. So I like to put a little bit of flaky salt on there. Just kind of like this. I put a generous amount and I'll like, pat it in and then just pepper. That's like all I season with my steak with. It's really simple. But if you grill a steak, in my opinion, it tastes just so much better than like, when you do it any other way, so it just gives it so much flavor. So that's why I like to keep it pretty simple with my seasonings now. All right, all right. And then I like to cut this in half, so, like, I'll just sneak in and cut it right down the seam here. That way it's a little bit easier to cook. And if you guys are wondering what kind of steak this is, this is Del Monaco. I love it. You should try it. If you like steak. It is, like, the most tender. It just. There's not a lot of fat on it. I don't love the fat, so that's why I like it. So we got the grill here. As you can see, it's at 300. You want it to get up to about 400 before we throw the steaks on. Here are the steaks looking nice and clean. And here's a willow. You're so funny. You're so funny. We got the steaks on. You know, you put them sideways, separate them a little bit, yada, yada, yada. Then we're gonna close this up and, yeah, we're just gonna let them cook for a few minutes. Probably nothing too crazy, you know, nothing too crazy here, so. Yeah. All right, all right, all right. So now we got the steak here. I think it turned out pretty good. I did cook it a little more on this one because it's such a thick piece, but I usually don't cook these steaks too, like. Like, rare. I cook these, like, medium to something kind of like. Like that. Oh, man, that's probably so juicy. I'm going to try one right now. W. So good. You know what I like about this cut is you can actually, like, chew it. You don't have to, like, spend, like, 10 years chewing it. Actually, just. There we have it, boys. Dude, I can't believe this is. Got Captain underpants right here. And we got. Who's this? You looking shitty today, too. And then me, bro, just emo. Nate. Tarzan. Got tarzan in here. King charles. It's charles. Yeah.
Loaded.
Dipper, baby. All right, boys. So back in the office right before the party. Party. Because the grind never stops. Checking the sales here to see what we're at today. Like that? Yeah, a little 10K. Nothing crazy today. I didn't have a lot of subs renew today. That was kind of interesting. But I mean, it just depends on the day, really, for that. So I don't know why it's not focusing. Whatever. It's not gonna focus. But, yeah, basically, I'm just gonna check on some ads real quick, and then it's time to rock and roll.
On my own and my brother's keeper? Think longer the drop to sit on the top. Not stopping it either. The hard to paint, the softer the canvas stay. When I'm moan at Lisa. The vision additional mission is critical, but enough to be steeper. Bring it together. Pulling a lever now. Follow the leader.
Classic, dude. Classic.
There's a big line for the bathroom.
The vision additional mission is critical, but in RCC for us. Bring it together. Pulling a lever now. Follow the leader. One day they'll say they don't need us. Huh? Okay. Okay.
