So with Performia training, I found out how to look for those type of people. There is amazing talent out there, and it's now our job to find those people and train them for the business and get the best result out of them, which in return helps them as well. So overall, I guess Performia has given me a lot of ideas and tools, and also it's kind of a system as well on how to recruit, and not just how to recruit, but how to recruit best people for your organization. And this is the best way to grow the business. And I have already seen the results since I've started. I have hired a couple of staff and they have been like superstar, like amazing staff so far.
