With AI, every single person in every single role basically goes from being an individual contributor to a department head. If you were working in a publishing house, using AI, you go from being the editor or the entry-level writer who takes the first pass to AI does the first pass and now you are the senior editor. But the senior editor wouldn't have a job if they were just like, "Oh, the intern wrote it. I don't need to check that out." You know what I mean?
