This is a YouTube video titled "AI will replace you if you don't do this" containing a monologue or talk recorded on March 28, 2023, discussing the impact of AI on jobs and emphasizing the importance of focusing on strategic thinking rather than routine tasks. The content features a single speaker presenting insights on adapting to AI in the workforce.
The reality is AI is going to replace the bottom 10% of jobs that were already commodities. So, fine, it automates away the bottom 10%. But it's just a tool. And what it's going to do is it's going to force a career decision of do you want to try and compete against technology for the doing, because the technology is going to write better code than you, the technology is going to be able to write research in text form better than you, or do you want to ascend and focus more on the thinking and the frameworks and the direction and the strategy? And you are the one training the AI. You AI as your own personal employee or intern or assistant. And you're in the thinking business. You're not in the doing business.
