Most people starting out try to build SaaS or group coaching first, which requires too much infrastructure. Start with low-ticket standalone products or cohort-based courses instead. Build the skills you need before moving to harder models.
I feel very strongly that if anyone wants to enter the world of info and education, the easiest place to start is either low ticket standalone digital product, nothing recurring pure impulse by 350 or less or a small group time constrained cohort based experience. And the only benefit or reason for going cohort based is to learn. Because now you get to interact with people. Because then you can take that and you can decide like well now we can do low ticket because we're just stripping away the experiential part. Or we could do high ticket which is everything we were doing in the cohort, just forever or longer time constraint. The beginner mistake is either going SaaS recurring membership or real time discord channel or advanced group coaching. Such a good framework like the middle is where you start and then depending on how that goes then like the more like now we can do a paid newsletter right with AI it's crushing it. But the only reason that we can do that is because we've built all the skills by doing the easier models first.
