This is a YouTube video titled "Balancing Fun and Productivity in Business" containing a discussion between two speakers about managing priorities and maintaining productivity during busy periods, specifically referencing an activity called "Espresso Hour." The conversation reflects on balancing enjoyable activities with high-priority work tasks.
Espresso Hour is a really great example of nice to have. We love doing it, we see the impact of it, we want to keep doing it. But also during busy times, it is the first thing to go. Like, we're like, this is not high, higher priority than launching this new product.
And I think people have recognized that because that's where the DM came from. They're like, espresso got cut.
That means something's going on.
Yeah. And it was. That was an intense four to six week period. I was starting to write up everything we've done this year, and we had that nice streak of. It's funny to look at our espresso, our cadence, and what we've built this year, because you can maintain the weekly.
Output if.
You'Re not in a full build sprint.
