And we actually made the opposite mistake, which is we. We went so hard in the hard skill direction we were so obsessed with. This is the action step. This is what you do. This is how to do it. This is the framework to think about it that we almost forgot. Well, but the bottleneck for a lot of people is I'm afraid to send my first cold outreach message or I'm afraid to, you know, and so you have to remember to address both.
