This is a YouTube video titled "Entrepreneurship is Not a Game" containing a conversation between two speakers discussing the challenges and mindset involved in building a successful business, using video game difficulty as a metaphor. The discussion centers on setting realistic expectations for entrepreneurship and the satisfaction derived from overcoming difficult challenges. The content was created in January 2025.
I'm like, why it's frustrating to me is because you're educating aspiring entrepreneurs on the wrong thing. You're setting an unreasonable expectation, you know, and our goal, like, I don't. We've already done 10 million in lifetime revenue. I want to build a 10 million a year business.
Yeah.
And our. I'm hoping that we will do that by the end of this year. And so, yeah, I just. I want to know that I'm capable and that I can do that.
So it's kind of like a video game.
Yeah. Why not?
Just playing on very hard difficulty.
Why do you want to.
Honestly, it's the. It's a video game thing. It's like, you know, I'm playing Horizon Forbidden west on PS5 at the moment, and I play on very hard difficulty. Ultra hard is a bit too grindy and a bit too hard, but very hard is, you know, I'm like, trying to kill the Thunderjaw for like three freaking hours on a Saturday. But when I kill it, it feels satisfying. And I'm like, is this what they said about. Is this what people meant when they said you should relax more and not work and stuff?
