One of my first ghostwriting clients was a guy that run and built his family business for 20 years. He sold it for $1 billion and was writing a book about entrepreneurship lessons. And I was a 26-year-old living in a $1,000 a month studio apartment with no air conditioning and an air mattress. No part of me felt like an imposter, though, because I wasn't trying to say, I know more than you about everything. I did know Quora. I knew Quora really, really well because I was practicing on myself every single day. So when I would talk to someone about it, I would be like, yeah, obviously, you know way more than than I do about a lot of other things. But about this one specific thing, I am very confident in what I know. And I'm not confident because I'm like telling myself some manifestation each morning. I'm confident because I'm writing on Quora every day, multiple times a day for like 2 years straight. That's where the confidence comes from.
