Nicolas Cole breaks down how Alex Hormozi packages the same content at different price points: free content, a $1,000-per-month community with 900 members, $5,000 workshops, $35,000 executive programs, and a $130,000+ mastermind. Each tier adds access and exclusivity rather than new material. Cole admits he's not using this strategy enough in his own business.

If you go through Hormozy's stuff, he has all of these courses here. Like, he has an entire offers course for free. Do you know where else he shares all this information? He has a group on Skool called Vantage. It's $1,000 a month. He has 900 people in here. Anyone wanna do the math on what that is? That's a million dollars a month. That's a $10 million business. For him to essentially say all of the same things in a different environment with more, a little bit more access, More opportunity to ask questions, more, et cetera. Then he has workshops. These workshops are $5,000. We bought one. We went there. Anyone wanna guess what we covered in the workshop? We covered all the same things. It's just, we got to hear him and his team say it in person, increased level of access. And we got to ask questions and we got to be surrounded by lots of other business owners who were all in the same boat. On the back of the workshop, what do they do? They go, well, this was fun with lots of people. Do you want an even smaller group? And do you wanna work with our upper upper level executive team where we tailor exactly what you should do? That's $35,000. We bought it. And then when you go do that, they go, we have one more thing. Would you like an even smaller group than that? And would you like to ask Alex directly? So now it's not just his executive team, but it's him. That is $130,000 or whatever. We go from free up to $150 grand for like a day and everything in between. All you have to do is look at that and go, it's actually the complete opposite. I am not doing anywhere near enough to maximize my situation.
