This is a YouTube video titled "How to Bounce Back from Revenue Declines" containing a monologue or talk discussing business challenges related to revenue drops over a few months and strategies to recover by reinvesting time. The speaker reflects on the psychological aspects of managing business setbacks and eventual recovery. The content is from January 2025.
And so what happened, inevitably. Right, is now you just removed an entire vertical from your business for those few months. So February, March, and April, you're seeing the revenue go down and down and down and, like, slightly. Yeah, yeah. And you have to, like, fight that psychological urge where the urge is, I want to fix this right now. But you have to recognize that, you know, you're. You're taking a step back to reinvest that time into something that then will replace it, moving forward. And it was so, dude, literally, like, March 1, like, the moment we turned it on, or May 1, it was like, whoop, we're right back.
