This is a YouTube video titled "How to overcome Imposter Syndrome" containing a discussion between two speakers about strategies to manage imposter syndrome by focusing on sharing recently acquired knowledge with others who are less experienced. The content was created in December 2024 and involves advice related to personal growth and content creation niches.
Imposter syndrome is you trying to do the two year test forward. You're like, I'm going to pretend I'm two years in the future. You're not there yet. Your ideal reader or viewer or listener is two years behind you or two hours behind you. What did you just learn how to do? Great. Turn around and pass it to the person who doesn't know how to do that thing yet. That's the easiest solution.
Yeah, it's great how a lot of this stuff really converges on the YouTube advice as well. Because the thing I tell people is if you're struggling with your niche, figure out what have you learned in the last three years, or five years or 10 years, depending on how old you are, that you could potentially teach to someone who's in that position?
