This is a YouTube video titled "How To Promote Your Substack on X" containing a discussion about strategies to circumvent algorithmic throttling of Substack links on the platform X (formerly Twitter). The speaker explains a tactical workaround involving ConvertKit to redirect subscribers to Substack. The content is from April 22, 2025.
X and Elon hates substack, and so posting substack links get throttled in the algorithm. So, like finding a workaround with that. Our workaround, anyone's curious, is instead of posting links to substack, we created EECs in ConvertKit. We link to those, and then at the end of those EECs, we move those subs over to substack. So super tactical thing.
