This is a YouTube video titled "Setting goals? Do this for success." containing a monologue or talk focused on goal-setting and growth strategies, emphasizing the importance of clear, actionable inputs rather than just working harder. The content appears to be a single speaker sharing insights on increasing enrollments for an educational email course, recorded in December 2024.
The only input is, I guess I need to work harder. And there's no real clarity over no what specifically needs to happen. Like, it's, it's very simple. Increase enrollments for pga. We need more people enrolling in the free educational email course. Like, that's the only number that you should be thinking about. And so whenever you're setting goals, it's like, how can you reverse engineer the specific actionable, tangible input? And another framework that's really crystallized for me over the past couple years is like, if at any point your strategy for growth is to work harder, you don't have clarity.
