This is a YouTube video titled "Simplify for Success" containing a dialogue between two speakers discussing the design of a core curriculum focused on simplicity and actionable content, emphasizing a streamlined path to outcomes with supplementary bonus modules. The conversation centers on educational product development strategies.
And the biggest thing that I've understood is the core product, or the core curriculum, basically needs to be as actionable, simplified, and easy. Fastest path from how do I get to the outcome as possible? It's like, think of it as the fast pass lane. And so when you're building these products, it's like, build the core path first. Make it as simple as possible, but then surround the path with all these other bonus modules. That's like, yeah, if you're stuck, go check this out. Yeah. If you want to learn more about this, here. Here's the rabbit hole.
That makes sense. And I saw, as you were constructing the new curriculum, like, okay, yeah, this strip, it put in the bonus. This strip, it put in the bonus.
