Social media is one of those things where there's such a low barrier to entry that because anyone can do it, everyone assumes that it's easy. And obviously that's not true. It's a very easy game to learn and it's a very hard game to master. You have to really ask yourself, how am I helping this person advance from A to B in some way? What do they need? And if you're not dialed in on that, then it literally doesn't matter if you have all the mechanics right, because everyone's going to be like, I didn't learn anything from my coffee shop interaction with you.
