The absolute hardest part of business is Zero to One. The reason it's so hard is because you walk into the journey thinking, "Oh, I just have to learn one new skill." And you don't realize that in that one skill there are like 100 subskills. And so it's painful. But like the joke though, is that as you become more successful, you actually miss that. You miss being able to go back and start over. That's why like serial entrepreneurs are a thing, because as difficult as it is, that actually is the most exciting part of the journey.
