This is a YouTube video titled "The Ideal Price Structure" containing a monologue or single-speaker discussion from January 9, 2025, about pricing strategies for membership and digital products, focusing on value ladders and price points for different offerings. The speaker discusses low-ticket items, paid newsletters, and experiential products like Ship 30.
Like, okay, now I want to come back to it. Yeah, those are little things that come to mind on the membership side. Yeah, I really feel like the, the best what's, what's a value ladder, I guess, where you have products at different price points. I feel like the best blend is super low ticket. If you're going to have something that's like 10 or 20 bucks a month, paid newsletter or SAS, then a little bit more in the middle. If you're going to do some sort of information product, just make it a low ticket. Async evergreen digital product. 252, 53, 50. Yeah, somewhere definitely under 500, probably under 400. Ship 30 was in this kind of weird middle ground where ship 30 for a while was 800. But it was experiential. So you got information, but you were really getting the experience of it.
